We have an anxiety disorder and this game is essentially the only thing that gets our brain to calm down and focus on something. We have used it for years and it has helped us through the hardest points in our life. We never thought a mobile game would be our mobile therapist but it truly is lol. Im so thankful for this game and the peace that it brings us when we need it most. We will always be a loyal 1010! Player :).
Really frustrating that the pop up ads wont close. Takes a lot of searching and tapping and going to the App Store and back to get it to stop. Very annoying.
We have played this game for maybe 9 years, this newest update is a nightmare. Before it was super smooth to place tiles/blocks. Now its glitchy and hard to place the pieces precisely. The tracking is just totally different. Makes us want to not play any further, sad.
Game is amazing but when we lose its the worst game ever we deem it to be racist when we lose.
This game is better than blockblast in every way. To start, it has a 10×10 grid rather than a 7×7 which makes it less stressful to play. It also has many color palettes to choose from, like the pastel one which we use, or the sets that show up every week. They also have minigames!!!! And of course this game came out YEARS before block blast did. Oh 1010 theyll never understand. We love you.
We love the game. We probably play it more than any others. Its relaxing, no ads and some fun daily mini games. But recently, while using the app we get a loud beeping and a few times when closing and reopening our phone there is a audio player on the lock screen that says 1010! Scanning our phone. So now, we dont trust the app and havent been using it.
We love 1010. We have been playing it for years and even went as far as buying the ad free version. Since we play this game for at least an hour every day this is so worth it. This is the only game we consistently play and we really am enjoying the new adventure update! We would like it if they added more themes but other than that we highly recommend!! Thank you 1010.
Great game! Helps our focus and concentration while Im having FUN !! As a therapist for neurological and physical recovery from closed head injuries we assign THIS game to many of our patients Totally worth it.
Ive been playing this game for 6+ years and its the only game we have on our phone and we truly believe for us personally- we dont need any other game. However, Im not sure if its just us, but every time Im playing music while on the game, our music cuts out because of the advertisement on top- leading us to get turned off by playing and just not play at all for that day. We just want that to be situated so we could play the game and music in the background. Besides all of that we love the game- its been our little secret place and we love it.
For the little gift pop ups there's a 'free' option and there's a 'watch an ad' option, regardless of which one you pick, you get an ad, either don't trigger an ad with this or make the prize bigger by default if you're gonna throw an ad in anyways.
As of the last few months there has been an incessant beeping noise after a few minutes of play-time within the app. Once closing the app the noise will cease but will start up again once you open the app and continue playing. Is there a fix/update on this.
We've had 1010 since we got our first phone in 2014. This most recent update seems to have broken our app. It forces an ad after every game and it's a broken ad. Just makes our phone play this weird sound and say it's "scanning device" and the only way to get it to stop is by closing the app. We are beyond upset. 1010 has been our go to game when we're bore for a decade.
Every time we try to listen to music with this game it pauses once a new ad comes on. Im too stubborn to but any mobile game ad blockers so ill suffer but its still annoying.
We love this game but it is extremely annoying and frustrating that when we are listening to a podcast or streaming music while playing this game, constantly the stream is interrupted while playing. We constantly have to stop playing and push play to begin the stream again. We really wish this could be fixed. NO other game does this except for this one. If this was fixed Id give it 5 stars.
Great game but the cubes are trying to get us.
Ive had this app for years and loved it, but lately its been weird. While playing, the app will lag a loud beeping noise continues. Then it says scanning your device where it normally shows a video or song playing on our phone. We find this really unsettling.
This game was so much fun. Still can be. But.. What is going on now? For the last few months, the game keeps resetting our score. Only in to continue playing and our score is at 0 again. The little help buttons change too. This has been our go-to game for years but the developers seem to be intentionally sabotaging it now. Why is our score constantly being reset to 0 even when we didnt lose.
Ive been playing for ages but all of a sudden this random beeping that sounds like an amber alert or fire alarm is ruining our zen time. Whatever yall changed please put it back.
The app keeps crashing with the safety vault icu message and it beeps in alarm while playing.

Loved this game for years and lately we cant play for 15 mins straight without the game crashing and our phone getting incredibly hot (which we suspect has something to do with the non-stop moving ad across the top of the game screen.) we had gotten to the point where we would close the game every few mins, give it a quick break and go back in to prevent a crash causing pieces to land in places we did not intend to put them. And then it developed a new glitch where it randomly goes black, throws up a 404 and then a long steady beep for no reason. Ill probably check back in after a few weeks snd see if anything got fixed, but as of now, Im ready to go find a new block game.
This game has way too many ads these days. We can't play without an ad popping up mid-game. Have played for years but this is so annoying.
UPDATE: There is still no way to go back to the original style of gameplay. The entire game is now different and less enjoyable for those of us who like the zen aspect of a continual game. The new adventure mode is okay, but it appears that the game has gotten rid of the standard continuous play option. We downloaded this game a decade ago and have been playing it off and on since, so Im extremely frustrated to see the entire premise of the game change. Please bring back the original continuous mode.
Im not sure when it happened but the tracks and changing color of the tiles now when you put your piece in mess with our eyes so we havent played the game in months. The old version was so much better and we miss it. Still 4 stars because its a good game we just cant play anymore.
Been playing this for a while. It used to be a lot buggier and annoying to use, but now its great. Ads only really play if you lose, and the game is constantly being updated. The creators keep trying new things to help make the experience better and im all for it.
Ive been obsessed with this game as a way to pass time or mindlessly play while listening to audiobooks or podcasts. Recently though, clearly their ads arent vetted, because we cannot open this app for any amount of time without an obnoxious beeping cutting off what Im listening to that brings up a media file called scanning your device with no way to stop or end the sound besides closing the app entirely.

We have this game for a while. We absolutely love it but recently Ive been noticing while Im playing we hear a beeping sound and it says scanning your device. Dont know what thats about but it has us a little worried. So we had to uninstalled the app.
Starting to get really annoying and worrisome with the random and continuous beeping while playing. This never used to happen but now recently every time you played a game after a few minutes, theyll be random loud beeping sounds and a media player on phone will read that its scanning your device.
Recently, this games Google ad server has implemented a truly heinous function: While playing the game, after a few minutes, the ad server pauses any other audio on the phone, such as a podcast or music. If you restart the audio, after another minute or two, it stops audio again, and sounds a harsh tone, two or three times, pauses, and sounds it again. Because of the game UI the ads are partially covered, and theres no way to stop the tones. This has made this game UNUSABLE. Nice going, Google, because youre shoving your ads and making them unavoidable, we are going to have to avoid them by deleting the app.
This game was working perfectly for years into this recent update. Every time we open the app our phone beeps and it open random sketchy pop up links. We dont know if this app has malware or what but most definitely deleted it.
A sketchy, beeping noise plays shortly after starting a game. Before this, it was an enjoyable game but is now completely unplayable.
Been playing this game for years on and off. We downloaded it recently again and ended up having to delete it again cause the game was becoming slow and heating up the phone. What made us fully delete it was the game started to beep randomly and the phone music widget would say Scanning phone. Very sad we had to delete it given that its such a nice game to play to distress.
We've been playing this game multiple times a day for probably 9 years now. These past few months of updates have rendered the game basically unplayable. New unnecessary graphics, stars and gifts that delay gameplay, frowns when you lose adding yet another pause. We think the art mini game is fun however the new sliding shadow when you make a match and the bar up top showing progress is insufferable. Might be time to put this game down and find something new.
Obviously for a mindless game like this you often have some other source of media playing, but it cant be music on your phone because the ads in this app constantly turn the music off! Ruins the entire app. Fix it.
We really love this game, but when Im playing it (and ONLY this game) our phone overheats and it gets super laggy. We feel like its damaging to our device. Uninstalling for this reason time to find another simple but satisfying time killer.

PREVIOUS: This is our favorite game but why is the new update glitchy and slow? We thought there was a problem with our phone so we deleted the app and reinstalled it. Turns out its an app update that makes the titles look weird. We hope it will get fixed.
Some ad causes an alarming beeping sound in the middle of a game.
Used to be a fun game, lately, virus pop-ups keep showing up with this app, we have an iPhone. Feels dangerous, so deleting it.
We keep getting this security scan.top pop up and then a weird beep on our phone.
When we downloaded this game, we paid the money to remove all ads. Since then, the designers have added several new features (cheats) and have returned ads to the regular play. Its annoying. We paid to not have that distraction in our life. We wish they had left our game alone and made a #2 for the new features.
We have been playing this game for 8 years. We have been around for quite a lot of changes in this game and we will say besides from ads (which understandable you need to make money) and a couple of glitches that make us leave the app (but never get rid of our score) we havent had many issues with the game in all our years of playing. Thanks for a great game, please keep it simple and perfect as it already is.
We're not sure if the "following 3 pieces" are being generated 100% at random or with the knowledge of what's on the board. We'd like to think it is 100% at random. Our high score is a bit over 7000 so we would agree with the others who are enjoying this puzzle.
We have loved this game for years! So glad the company has decided to keep it compatible for the iPhone iOS updates. Our one complaint is with the newest update of the app. Previously during gameplay, you just placed the blocks on the grid to fill rows. Very simple and smooth gaming. Now it has a shadow that shows where the blocks will land, and the movements on the the screen are now super jerky and not at all smooth like it previously was. Please return the gameplay to the former version! Dont fix whats not broke. :) Thanks for reading this. Jessica.
Is the frowny face when you loose really necessary.
Love this game. Its easy to play and calming as well. The newest update however is very disorienting. The shadow/floating images of the pieces moving on the board before we put them in place are nauseating. Is there a way to turn that feature off.
Please give us the option to turn off the new block 3D/vibration feature. We play all the time but really hate this feature.
