Well just like the game it says tap a star to rate and it gave itself 4 stars!! We have issues with how its set up for extra blocks, turning blocks, go back to remove last play. We just lost because our extra blocks were blocked by get a game ad. Really?? If we have 10 go back to last play why cant we go back more than just once. Also the change direction of blocks is just strange. We should be able to pick what we want changed. The trash can is good. Its an addicting game but after the ad over our extra blocks. We will only spend so much time on a game that forces us to loose over something like that.
Ever since the update ads have returned even though we purchased the ad free version. We cant find any button to allow us to restore purchases. Who do we contact about this? Its illegal to collect money for a service described that is not provided.
We paid for the no ads feature, but still have ads like crazy. We’ve been playing this game for over 8 years and the one time we finally pay the no ads, Im disappointed. Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon.
Recently updated the game. The game board is so zoomed in, with no way to zoom out, that we cant even play the game. It also freezesdisappointed.

Love this game! We lost all of our stars and power ups despite having data backed up in cloud. We had every single theme available and some 48,000 stars!!!! It restored our ad free purchase and our highest score but we want our stars and power ups back!! Help!!
We’ve played this game for years. Its great to play when you have a few minutes of downtime or if you need to pass the time. Very relaxing and fun. Our biggest gripe is that we finally bought the game to get rid of the ads. However, you still need to watch ads to get power-ups. We wish you could use the stars you earn on power-ups. There are only so many themes we like, and we’ve bought them all, so Im just accumulating stars now for nothing. If you give the option to get rid of ads for a price, it should come with the option to buy the power-ups with stars instead of having to watch ads. Im so incredibly sick of watching that king drown in a ball pit or that mother and her kid freezing to death.
Avoid this app. We paid to turn off ads but the ads keep playing.

Had to update and lost all of our 2000+ stars and several custom board designs we had already purchased with other stars. Also paid for no ads, and didnt realize that meant we couldnt do challenges and stack rewards. Lame.
We loveee this game. Its sweet and simple with some fun additions. But as someone who plays it often like its second nature, Id love even more themes. Customizations and currencies are a fun motivator in any game, and the simplest of updates relating to this would please people whove had the game for years.

We love love love this game, we play it all the time and we enjoy the simplicity of it, however we noticed there is a new update with the daily challenges and we really wanted to play them. For some reason though they are not appearing in our app and it made us sad :(. We even went so far as too delete the game and redownload – and it still did not show up. We lost all our stars and themes which we are crushed about :((. We just want to play the daily challenges.
We’ve bought every theme in the shop and now we have over 9k stars and nothing to spend them on. What happened to the limited time themes coming in every ten days? Please make more.
The game is relaxing and good. The only problem we have is with this new ad that is played constantly for a horrible, disgusting game! Every time the ad begins we have to flip over our phone! We cant stand to see a moment of the ad for the Happy Hospital ASMR game and Im so sick of it Im ready to delete any game that continues to show this ad.
We love this game and have played for many years. A few weeks ago, our trash power up quit working, so we deleted and re-installed the app. We lost all of our color variations, and apparently the ability to do the challenges. Fast forward to today, we updated because it specifically called out the calendar challenge and new power up challenge, and theyre still not working.
Why must you add a final sad face to the end of a game?! It is aggravating. Lets try again would be far better.

There was an app update that quit the game we were in the middle of. Typically not a big deal but we’ve been playing the same game/hand for 2.5 years and getting close to 2 million for our score (I was told this is a world record for this game) How can we get back the game we were in the middle of to continue our play? This is the only game we play.
We purchased this game a long time ago and have been able to play it freely. Suddenly today we started having pop up commercial interruptions. This is not acceptable. Please remove them from our game play. Thank you!
This is a fun puzzle that we have played for a long time. Our criticism is that the ads are getting out of hand! The website says there is a way to disable them but we are unable to find what they say is there. They dont make it easy. Not only that, it is the same ads over and over. Please help. Support doesnt support!
It is a great app for 1010, but the constant advertisements are frustrating. Every time you open the app you have to go through two adds, one opens in your browser. This also happens anytime you loose a game, or anytime you pause the game to go to another app. And there is yet another add at the bottom of the game that if you accidentally touch goes to a browser add and then another add when you return. It used to be bearable because the adds were quick, but they have recently been over 30 seconds, which is crazy when you just want to respond to a text and return to the game. In addition, the adds interrupt podcasts at times to the point you cant listen to a podcast and play the game at the same time. We are very close to deleting this app.
Why did you make the puzzle larger? Ruined a perfectly good game. Didnt need to keep changing it and adding new bits. Was perfect as a simple puzzle. Been playing this for years and now its trash.
Our game ended, and we had more moves to make. It just arbitrarily ended. Very upset since we were going for our high score of 1,000,000. We were at 970,980, and they just ended our play.
We paid for no ads many years ago and now to use any of the power ups you have to sit through several ads. Even the daily challenge wont give you your reward until you watch an ad. There was no reason for us to pay for no ads. After many years of having this game Im getting rid of it.
The ads make this game unplayable. Everytime you lose a round your get a 30 second ad. Even after the ad stops playing the game just sits on the add with you clicking everywhere trying to close it , only gives you options to go the game page in the app. Takes us two minutes Everytime we lose to get back to the game.
We had 300000 and we reinstalled to get the update and it restarted us completely and didnt even give us the update what is this stupid game. F this game im playing angry birds.
UPDATE 5/2/23: they added mode ads. If you pay to not have ads, they will feed you more ads. This used to be a fun puzzle game but now we feel scammed and have to tap through multiple overlays that offer ads to start a new game. We’ve already paid for no ads but am still given this spam.

So cool. Play 4 hours. Just wish there were more modes like random mode where it randomizes so blocks onto the board and then you fill in the gaps. Thats all. 1010 RULES!!!
We really like this game! Its simple and creative and makes an amazing puzzle! We’ve never had any issues with it. We like how you can save up points to get different formats!
We love the themes so much and how there is basically no end to the game and to us it is better than Tetris.
We were in the car with a family member and she looked at our phone and said we have 1010 so we asked whats her high score she goes oh like over 400,000 and Im over here with like only 3000 so now its our mission to beat her score.
Been playing for a couple years, love the app. What we play on a daily but we think there should be dark mode on it.
5 stars BUT.. We paid for NO ads and yet every so often the ads start up again.
We love this game its good to play and listen to music or an audiobook! If you go into settings and go to the 1010 app you can turn off the Wi-Fi and cellular data access and then it cant play ads!
