The game is free, fantastic and challenging. Sometimes we like to reward the developers by buying something that will help get us past a level. Gems are obvious. Gears we figured out (part of the fun!). What we cant figure out is what we get if we spend $29.99 on Special Event-4? Graphic shows 3 military ribbons. What do we get for our money? Game is full of little mysteries which makes it great to play! But what is Special Event-4.
Back in 1985 we were 10, we probably dropped $300 in quarters into 1942 by Capcom. We had a business fixing VCRs and TVs and radios. We spent a lot of time in radio shack and more in the arcade next door. This game definitely brings back good memories for us.
Have been playing the game for a while now and we enjoy it even though a lot of things you have to learn by trial and error. However, the admins are not very helpful at all. Usually when there is an issue or glitch they just say sorry and it takes them forever to respond. Recent incident happened where there was a glitch on the game side and the admins locked us out of our account for the remainder of the week even though we reported the glitch earlier and was advised to continue playing the game. Now when we tell them that it was not our fault and we were not using any suspicious app or anything all they can say is sorry, please come back to the game later. Now Im missing out on a lot especially since we have the monthly membership and they have not offered any solution or way to compensate for the time and resources lost. We have asked to speak with a supervisor and have been met with a dead end. The customer support is very poor.
The game is fun and challenging however there are a few things that could make it better first do away with the drag down pause this is frustrating and cause more issues than it solves. After all there is a pause button at the top. Second give us the ability to ignore certain people as they dont participate in some of the challenges and we would like to not play with them again. Third we would like to see more opportunities to get more gear. Other than that its a really fun game if you can get past all of the ads.
To beat levels 100+ your basically paying to win . Its enjoyable and a great time up until that point.
Loved this game at first. Invested more time than we care to admit playing it farming gold and gems. Upgraded two devices to tier II, our first Tier II upgrade and our fleet does not perform any better. We probably have just hit the plateau.
This game is a blast(Blasts). We are really enjoying it. It moves along quickly and flows nicely from mission to mission.
This game reminds us of the standing video game Galaga. Its so fun and relaxing. We love it.

Its the best game ever, because not only can you get add revive yourself, but you can also not waste diamonds using the ads. We are actually a better pilot than our dad too.
This game is fun, engaging, and a great mobile version of the "Midway" games of our youth on the old NES. Content is available for purchase, but the offers and ads are never intrusive or excessive. Great balance in the gameplay, immersive action, it's neither too easy nor too difficult where you're made to feel you can't advance without throwing money at it. Thanks for a great game experience.

We think the developers need to give out a small amount of VIP points, for example, for daily entry into the game. They do it in a lot of games.

Like every review says. Base game is great but then the difficulty just spikes and it feels like its forcing you to pay to win and progress levels further or grind out the same 4 missions every day and scrape together the resources for upgrades. Idc about the run on sentence. We went from loving this game to not being fond of it after the difficulty spike. Pay to win=.
Game is fast paced and addictive in a lot of areas, but needs updates to patch in-game glitches and better customer support as well. Im currently seeking chargebacks for purchases on an item that hasnt worked properly as advertised for several months now. Still highly recommend, but beware of and be sure to report and receive compensation for improperly working in-game items.

As many have said. Since they got greedy, you play until you hit a wall and the only way around it is to shell out money. We've been grinding for months now and getting absolutely nowhere. We're on it often but it's getting to the point it's more frustrating than fun. So, buyer beware.

This is an ad delivery program disguised as a game. Actual game mechanics are horrific; pitting beginner players with veteran players in PVP; difficulty increase in tiers is grossly imbalanced. If you dont watch ads, you cannot progress.

Its actually a interesting game. It gets difficult as you pass the levels like most games however the last level in each stage is pretty difficult. You have to get coins and know how to use them to upgrade your plane. You have to save your diamonds to use them the right way at the right time. The game is awesome.

There is a aircraft you can do some damage to but then you have to use your special powers things to do more damage.
When are you going to fix the division war option. We have attempted to play the division wars every day for the last several weeks, but every time we try we get a notice that states division war hasnt started yet. That will continue through the entire week.
Ive been playing a few months now as with most games we spend too much time on them Im enjoying the competition with other players Received a message in the game from admin today that we were playing with our phone time settings. However we travel for a living and frequently cross multiple time zones. And have not seen any means to communicate to the admin. Would be most unhappy if they booted our profile for traveling.
As an oldet mellenial at 39 years ok we remember the original 1942 on 8 bit NES. The gameplay is fun, mixing in Blazing Lazers & 1945. Awsome High Star. The 4 of 5 is because the App:Game is in nonstop sales & 'upgrade' mode, so many ways & combinations to make ones head spin, Also, there are several currencies, Gold, Blue Gems, somethin' else;… But it aeems despite earning uundreds of Blue Gems it wont credit. Without Directions, instructions, chat, cust serv. Or help, cant figure out why & it makes one feel cheated & want to move on after realization.
This is a fun shoot them all plane game. Similar to games from the late 80s, it doesnt have much story line but so how keeps us playing for hours. There is a lot of different kind of game play available. These include division/team quests, playing against other players for high score or longest lasting, and level by level/normal gameplay. Each level is harder than the next. Sometimes the difficulty becomes impossible to overcome without upgrading your plane,pilot, and squadron. There are many ways to earn upgrades and it is also possible to purchase many of the items necessary to upgrade. Warning: though it is possible to purchase upgrades, that option is very expensive as compared to simply playing and participating in all the various types of team fights, and tournaments. VIP points are earned by spending money. However the majority of high level players are a VIP 0. So they obviously did not spend money. Only time.
The game is actually fun and addictive, but the price to acquire upgrades are very expensive. The prices are almost equivalent to purchasing a game for your Xbox or PlayStation. Seriously its just a game for your phone to past time. We dont want to debate over lunch or upgrade our Peashooter.
When you complete a level, it says as part of a reward, you get diamonds. Approximately 4 per level. We have done a lot of levels and we still have no diamonds. Just contact support? Which button?! Its all a money grab now.
