Why wont they fix the crashing of this game? It happens over and over. Others seem to hive the same problem. JUST FIX IT.
Loved it until recently. We wont be buying any scrolls to continue on for sure. Twice now this past week Ive bought scrolls and it goes back to the game but with a blank board – NO tiles! The only thing that can be done is start a new game. Not a happy player when we were at our highest level ever. But, we guess itll save us money since Ill no longer be buying scrolls.
We use to love this game but we will be in the middle of the game w 18 scrolls and it just disappears. We quit playing for awhile cuz it was annoying us. Then we went and downloaded all the games to see if it we could find one similar or updated and it is doing the same thing the tiles just disappear in mid game.
Im a huge fan of 2048.. Kills a lot of time on plane rides and waiting rooms but this version is very frustrating because if you use the scroll feature.. There is about a 50% chance that it will crash and all the tiles will disappear.. Literally just happened to us with a high score of over 5 million.. Its very disappointing. We hope the bugs can be fixed someday.
Ive been playing your 2048 game for yearsssss! And have spent so much money on the scrolls. But randomly the app just deleted all our progress. Our current score is 65262632. What do we do to get our grid back?? Its completely blank right now.

We love this game but it has a bug. When am play and we use the scroll our board goes blank. They need to fix this.
Love this new version of 2048, but it has a glitch. It credited us with scrolls as promised, but when we got low and purchased some more, it stopped crediting us with scrolls we earned. No crashes, though, as others have experienced. Installed on 11/17/2017 on iPad2.

We love this app! But recently there is a bug that steals scrolls and makes all the tiles disappear.
Loved this game but so frustrating that the tiles disappear as you set a new record (of course, right after you buy scrolls), and the high score history is gone.
Game board goes blank after achieving random "tile goals". This started after we bought scrolls. It has happened three times since then. It is no longer fun.
Most of the times when we use about 3 scrolls the 4th scroll we will use will erase our entire board. This is extremely frustrating and we're hoping that it will be fixed.
Good game but it crashes too often, especially when you're about to break your record. We bought extra scrolls and it crashed. Asked for a refund and never heard from the company. Even after the '15 Oct 15th update it still crashes and the screen will go blank. STILL CRASHING AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE.

Good app functioning, but this game version is too easy due to the vast amount of compatible #'s available. We recommend the original 2048.
We had 5 scrolls and purchased 5 more with a bonus of two free, now we have 11? Nice trick. Find another version or don't buy their scrolls.
This game is really great and we think its better than the original in our opinion because you can get to a high score like we got to 38,970 IKR and we got to 2048! And scrolls (aka game refreshers) renew the game but doesnt take away your score just the little 4's and 2's and the little itty bitty numbers and we highly recommend this app.
The original 2048!had malware on it which kept opening ad after ad, so we deleted it. We saw this and decided to try it. It's MUCH better than the original, challenging — and really addicting! Great little game.
We have been playing this game for 2 months now and love everything about the game except one thing. We would like to have the ability to set one of the swipe directions as "Ask us before it actually happens". It is very rare that we swipe down and several games that we had been playing for days were ruined by an inadvertent and unintentional down swipe.
This is the best game we played so far.
We REALLY like this game. It's addicting and everlasting of you've played regular 4×4. We did beat the game on our first try. Our hi score currently is 114,365 ! LOVE IT!!!!! #2048-6×6.
We think it is good we can beet our dads score and we can get past 2048 the funny thing is when u go back on the regular 2048 the tiles look HUGE.

This is a good game plz increase this time.
Good game. We only use left, right and up moves. Not the down swipe but sometimes we accidentally swipe down and that move ruins our game. So can you add an option to disable one swipe move.
We like this game and we were happy. But last ten days, 4 times it closed by itself and we purchased a lot of scrolls. We need solution for this problem and our purchased scrolls.
This game is better then original bc u get to cheat and bigger size we got to 2048 and got 3 mil best game ever.
This is a very addictive game, we love it.
We like this game better than the original 2048. The design is great, and at least we can go somewhere . We want challenge, but we do not want mission impossible. This game is challenge enough and also can go to high score. We like the part that we can use our score, so we do not have to start over to a new game. Then, we found out we have to keep buying score if we want to use the score. Can we have a game just have fun? We are willing to just buy once, but keeping buy? It is no different than gambling. We hope the designer can reconsider.

We really like the concept of the scroll but it hardly seems worth using it since the game still doesn't save. If the game would save, this would be a 10 star app.
We just downloaded it but have no idea what we're doing. What is the objective and why are the number tiles flipping all over the board? Anyone? We're not usually this daft.
This would be a great game but the structure of having to keep purchasing Scrolls kills it for us. Once the Scrolls are gone them that's it. You need to buy more. It is similar to owning a boat….even after you paid for it you will forever have your hand in your pocket. No chance.
