We used to play this when we were little so it is easy enough for small children and fun enough for adults! Its so fun to play especially for children because the bonus jar has a dog and all the little details are so cute. Would recommend.

Before we can play the game, we have to spin and collect cards and x out of challenges and races and … We just wanna play the game.
We love this game but it freezes often and when you restart it, you lose your points. Also when playing the album game, you dont get the points they promised.
Ive played this game for years & we love it, but recently it kept getting stuck anytime we would try to play. It kept repeating us in the same spot for days so we decided to delete the app & redownload it. That fixed the problem but now everything cost a lot more. Things before were 25-50 coins now its 100-200 coins for hints or guesses. Thats crazy! We also didnt realize that deleting the app on our phone deleted all our progress. We thought it just took it off our phone. Thats our fault for not knowing ahead of time.
We enjoy playing the game when it allows us to! All of the events and ads that constantly pop up is annoying! Please tone it back.
We love this game and have been playing for so long, but recently there have been so many things to close as soon as we open the app that it just doesnt feel worth it anymore. We love the game, but there should either be way less events or a way to disable the popups.
The game keeps giving letters like (N,G,G,we,E,R) or (M,K,O,N,Y,E) just happened not even 10 minutes apart. On cranberry 08 and cranberry 12.
Too much pop ups before even getting to play the game, makes us not want to play anymore.
We love this game and its very entertaining to play, in addition to being challenging. Annoyingly so, the ads are quite excessive for being free- if you exit out of the app for a second, bam, ad. When you beat a level and move ahead, bam, ad. Its obnoxious how many ads are in this game AND theyre almost always longer than 5 seconds. Youll have to watch for 5, press skip, and then wait MORE (5-10 seconds) to exit the next screen. We can only play this game for 30 minutes tops for how annoying these ads are.
We understand we dont use words like rape and others, but WRITHED is a word.
This game makes us think about words we already know and with words we dont know. It also keeps our brain working even when we dont think it is. Get word cookies now, you wont regret it.
Requires having letters to be scrambled or unscrambled in ones mind to come up with the correct word. Very ideal for seniors trying ones best not to fall into brain drain.

Really makes your brain think. One thing tho there are extra words and its really annoying when you get extra words instead of the actual words but other than that really fun game.
We enjoy the game. We don't care for the ads. Sometime it's a bit boring but for some reason we keep coming back. We wish there were more "special levels". 10/2/17. It's now several months since our last review. The changing graphics are interesting and the new spin wheel is different but, the fact that the ads now have to be X'd out two times and the talking ads have no way to skip them, is too much. We'll have to pass until things, at the very least, with regard to the ads, go back to the way they were. It's been fun! Its not November 2025 Ive been playing this thing ever since 2017, even with the ads, we find it really helps us focus. We are currently at 252,000 coins and since our update, approximately three months ago now we find it more fun than ever.

Love that those with all levels of education can play this game! And if a word is not in the puzzle but is a valid word, you get extra points that go toward hints you can use when needed! If youre a wordsmith youll love this. The whole family can play together as you try to guess what the word is! You can play it alone too! Love, love, love this game! Bravo.
We love this game its great for learning words and basic English but on some levels, some of the words are harder to spell to complete it and it can be hard. Love tho.

This is a good game to help your improvement of spelling! We always spell our letters now but we use to not! You what this game! Clock itout.
Good for when im bored or even when we want to sleep, it calms us down.
Of all our phone games, we play this one the most because it takes the least time commitment and still feels rewarding. We play it while standing in line at Costco, waiting for tea water to boil, and even while brushing our teeth. Ive been playing regularly for a few years. The weekend puzzles and fun side challenges are nice additions that keep it from getting monotonous. Its a clever brain game. Challenging enough without being so hard that its frustrating.

Pretty cool so far. Ive only played for five minutes but the sounds and graphics and overall tone and feel of the game is aesthetically pleasing and keeps us continuing to next levels.
This is an excellent game to learn hundreds if not thousands of words.If you are looking for an educational word game for your child,we would recommend Word Cookies.
Im addicted, however quite a few words are not considered that should be we.e. Acre, old, odd, die, died, ole, yet they do have words like typify.
We play this quite a bit. Its rather repetitive, but challenging enough to keep our brain engaged. They try too hard with pointless side games that involve pancakes and doughnuts and challenges and dog toys, for some reason. Id rather they have more actual WORD SCRAMBLE based side games. Our real problem, however, is that many of the in-game ads that offer bonuses will not actually allow you to return to the game, forcing you to exit the game and lose, not only the bonus award, but the standard award you earned from game play. If the white-screened ads pop up, we know Im doomed. It causes us to not click on the ad bonuses for fear of losing what Ive earned.
We play a variety of games mostly word in card games. This is our absolute favorite and has been for years.

They constantly push you to buy, buy, buy. Or you get continuous long commercials. Now they have a stupid coin box that you cant remove unless you spend more money and when you do, it starts over so you can spend more. DEFINITELY NOT A FREE GAME.
We have been playing this game daily for years and love it. BUTthe latest update ruins it for us. Every time we swipe a word, an encouragement pops up with a sound. Given how much we play, this is a real annoyance. We can turn off sounds, but the words still pop up. This is NOT an improvement. Please fix it or we will have to delete the game. It is that bad.
Cant put our phone down and the cookies are really cute and we wish we had some.
We enjoy this game so educational BUT WHY TAKE THE AWARDS OFF.
This game is great at challenging our brain and helps to pass the time. However, this app has sooooooo many pop-ups, and Im not talking about ads. Im talking about pop-ups related to the game. For example, if we get on the app after a 2-week-long hiatus, we get as many as 10 back-to-back pop up messages. Unfortunately theres no way to avoid them.

A game you can play and not spend any extra $$. Been playing for years and absolutely love this game. Theyre always coming up with new events and things to keep it interesting. Cant say enough good things about this game. Deserved way more than 5 stars.
Why does our progress not save anymore? Is it because we dont use Facebook or Goggle or whatever to save progress? We had over a half million baking points and now Im below that and replaying levels we have completed. Still a good game if you want to bow down to the aforementioned internet lords of scum but if want to enjoy it like it used to be forget it.
You have to click too many things before you even get started playing the game. We almost deleted the game from our phone.

Love this game but now, since the new iPhone update if we swipe up to leave the app and go to our texts or email, really any other app, the game lags so badly. Its starting to get really annoying.
We really enjoy playing word cookies but why did you need to add cards like every other game? Ill be deleting the game when we find another that is just the game. Disappointing.
This used to be a fun free game with only a few ads in the free version. Then one of the updates turned it into a pop up machine that is almost all ads. Im disappointed, but Im deleting the game.
