We were away from the game 6 months and really missed it. We must admit it is a challenge to come back and absorb the changes. But also very fun.
This game was awesome, and its sometimes is, but the bugs within the slots have just gotten out of control.
Tons of great things about this platformexceptional customer support and the chance to meet amazing people worldwide. The only downside is spades, which many believe is full of bots. The company denies it, and you cant choose your partner or opponents. Still, this is a minor flaw compared to everything else. Im not claiming theyre bots, but they never respond, no matter what you say or gift them.
App has always been great but they added SO MANY pop ups its crazy. 4 separate pop ups when you first open the app, A ploy for them to make money.
Thanks Pokerist for your AI dealer giving us unusual cards when playing Hold'em. We're grateful we only had to spent $20 our first month and play through some challenging hands to comeback from our biggest lost earlier this year. Ive been playing this game for a while now. Ive spent money on this game and have been a regular player for years. As with so many other poker apps, if you play the house games long enough, odd patterns emerge. This very review was prompted by a 14-game run of blackjack where we played by the book, and the dealer didnt bust once. There have been MANY other oddities in the multiplayer vs games like poker, you get more straight and royal flushes than are statistically probable, and youll notice lucky seats. They have a certificate saying their games are random, but reality and observation would dictate otherwise. We spend a lot of time playing the real thing, and this just isnt it. All that said, its an awesome community and platform, and thats the reason for the 3 stars instead of one. Smooth gameplay, fun and entertaining games, decent enough graphics, and tons of fun side games and side bets within games. Really really really wish it could feel more like the real thing as far as the odds and probabilities.
A good place to polish your skills if you're interested in playing for real money.

So Ive had loads of fun playing this but the in app purchases that show $2.99 are actually charging $12.50.
This game is beautifully designed, but ads are annoying and odds are not realistic! NOT In favor of you! It seems rigged.
A lot more transparency might create loyalty among those folks who have the time and money to play. We had a buddy who would play online while participating in a holdem game.
Odds seem to favour you after you buy chips.. For table games vs the house at least.

In the 2/20 (billion) room, one player won every hand continuously until reaching 77 chips. Thats statistically almost impossible. Im not accusing anyone without evidence, but players deserve transparency. Please review the play logs for that session. Share how your random number generation (RNG) is monitored for fairness. Provide more detailed explanations instead of automated replies. Honest players spend real money and time on your game we only ask for fairness and accountability. Thank you /Golden valley.

Its packed with other games like blackjack. Thats great but theres no MENU or HOME button. Occasionally we have to force quit the app to stop the current game and choose another. Its ez to get sucked into buying chips.
This game is virtually unplayable at this point. Every single table we join theres at least one person who goes all in immediately and then everyone else folds. You cant even play a complete hand and it takes the fun out of it big time.
We had trouble playing a game because so many popup windows and ads.
Money grubbers, the higher the chip count the more bots show up to play perfect hands. Who gets 2 straight flushes BACK 2 BACK! We lost all our money to STRAIGHT FLUSHES! Not 1 but 2 in 2 hands thats 2 of 2! Im not sure if its the games design or cheaters but when playing at higher tables this happens ALL the time.

Title: No support lost our account! Review: we lost access to our Pokerist account and contacted support many times. We sent them all our personal information, including our Apple ID and even our photo. Still, they refused to help us, saying they couldnt verify us even though we were just trying to access our own account! Ive spent money in the app before, and now Ive lost everything. Very disappointed with the support team. This is not fair.
