Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

We used to love this game and have played it for years. But the recent updates have added ADS between every single game!!! UGH!!! Now we absolutely HATE IT!! Unless you like being bombarded with ads, do NOT get this game!! Note: tried contacting Customer Support repeatedly but was told to force close app… That’s NOT going to help being overrun by ads!!!
The Game but no matter what we do, it keeps crashing.
Im surprised that so many didnt like your new version. We liked the new version! We played it more that we ever did with the old version, so now you have elected to bring back. You should make the new version as a new game, so the players have a choice between the old or the new or if they like to have both! Thank you.
When we open the game, it has this annoying sound in the background. We have the sound off in the game. We really like playing this game but have to turn our volume down in order to play this.
The only game we play! We especially like the Challenge game, its kind of a double Pyramid! Im into numbers, lucky 13!!! Its just our bag!!!! Even though we are not as young and fast as we once was! Getting old, thats what happens if you dont die young! Lucky us? No, Blessed!! Thanks be to God!!!
Im having trouble with this game. Every time we finish a game,all we get is a black screen and then have to close it out! We cant do the daily challenges or goals without closing every time. It so frustrating. Karen Pentz.
So far 2 days in a row our game is blank screen and we cant finish the game. So frustrating. We played for many months is there a fix?

This is a fun game and great mental exercise.
Game but no matter what we do, it keeps crashing.
So far, anyway, Mobility has brought us great games that have been free of stupid rules. More than that, Mobility has not shown the horrendous greed that others have shown. Mobility has ads that dont frustrate a player. They dont freeze up, theyre not overly frequent. There are no trick ads that appear to be part of the game and trick us into signing up for something we dont want. Yay Mobility!
This pyramid solitaire is great but why do we have to go through all the crap to get to it.
We enjoy playing Pyramid because it is challenging, relaxing and fun.
Stop attempting to force us to play Royal Match. We have to refuse it 5 or 6 times before we can continue our game.
We love this game, especially the daily challenges and reward stars. Our only complaint is the ads. Yes, we expect to watch ads. We dont mind, usually, we also expect them to go away. Royal Match and Garden Scapes are the worst. It doesnt even help to close the app. We have to force quit to get rid of them. One ad comes up black screen. No idea what its for. Same thing, force quit to get rid of it. Some days we just give up and play something else. Thats a shame because we really enjoy this game!
We like solitaire, but this maddening.
We like the game except for the ads. We could tolerate the ads but for one thing. If we hear another royal match ad Ill explode!! Thats all we hear. We dont get it. Its false advertising. You go on the game and just about all you do is match three. Theres no puzzle game to it. If there is its far in between. Again you have a good game. Why spoil it with royal king?
Keeps freezing or does not load at all.. And. As always. Way too many ads and the ads freeze and then we have to shut the whole thing down and start overI used to play several games. Now we just do the daily game.
We like the mathematics of the game, however suddenly it will stop working. We had our iPad checked and the Apple expert told us that it was a problem in the game, not our iPad. Since it requires us to turn off our iPad to get it working again, we dont play it as often as we used to.
Have played this game for years and loved it but we hate the new homepage. Only slows down the playing of the game and wasnt necessary.
Great game, but very slow to get started.
Not as fun as the other games. Theyre easier to play and dont have spend earned faux income to get to the next level. You can play as long as you wish, but in this game, the expedition forces you to choose between continuing by spending earned points or watching ads!! And we ALL know how much we LOVE watching hours of ads for free games!!
What reason is there for the cards to parade into the shape of a Z? We’ve come across this animation twice now.
We love playing this game but it seems that since the latest update our screen will go black when Im done with a game and try to start a new one. Its getting very aggravating and Im considering deleting this app and not playing anymore.
We play several Mobilityware games every morning, like five or six. This morning three or four of the games had some funky music playing in the background even though we have sound turned off for the game. Like an ad is persistently playing in the background while we play. Im putting this out here in case others are having this issue. Maybe our Nortons is right and this IS an unsafe site. But considering we’ve been using these games for a very long time, we certainly hope not. Before this, we would have given a 5 star review to the ones we play.
The advertisements are now over a minute each! Not good people!
We’ve had this game on our iPad for about 3 years and enjoyed it, despite the ads. Most of those ads stopped after after two to three presses of the arrow in upper left. Then comes Royal Match! It is the most obnoxious ad possible. An inane game which takes 6-7 presses of the arrows and the Done button on the pop ad app page. We do not like paying for games and must suffer the smaller ads. However, we do not have to deal with Royal Match again, because we are giving up this game ASAP. GOODBYE CLASSIC SOLITAIRE!!!!!,
This would be an acceptable, not great, game but for Royal Match. We were so frustrated as after Pyramid matches the Royal Match app kept interrupting our game: we hate furnish our stupid rooms games. Finally, in self defense we downloaded the RM app that we dislike the most. And the miserable RM app continued to beg us in Pyramid to download it even though we already had. Needless to say both Pyramid and Royal Match no longer reside here. Good riddance!
Started playing the Expedition game and found several issues/questions. 1. How is it that we have cards without matches if you are using a standard 52 card deck? In three games there has been a stranded card without a match in the deck, forcing us to use a wild card. 2. If a wild card shows up in the deck, why is it a use or loose situation? If we choose to not use it why does it not get added to the number of available wild cards? 3. Why is there no other way to contact you concerning issues like this other than in this forum? We enjoy the daily challenge, and have reached well over level 500 and have been very pleased, however the Expedition is fairly frustrating.
A really fun game to play and very challenging at times! We play it every morning while enjoying our coffee.
Ill temporarily raise this to a 5 star review based on the fact that we were immediately contacted and they are wanting to help us correct the problem. We have to respect a developer who does that. We love playing this game, but Im going to quit because of the ads. We expect ads, but when you have to X out of ads 13 times to get to the game that is ridiculous. If it was 13 different ads that might be a different thing, but this is 1 ad 13 times. We wouldnt play the advertised game if they gave it to us. We wont buy, or play any game when the ads are ridiculous!
