This is hands down one of the best games on the App Store. It doesn't get old! Love the game center stuff, can't wait for more. Need cities!!! Where are all the new levels?! Give us more levels!! More modes! More things to EAAAAT! Put this on Apple Arcade.
This is a super fun game but we do have a few complaints. One, we cant actually open the achievements which is same with the leaderboard. Two, why does mecha wojira cost money it should be free? Anyways. This is a great game. We hope you make another type of this game :D.
Ive been picking this game up on and off for over ten years now, so happy they keep it updated to support new iOS versions.

Love this game from our childhood but please fix the Arial text glitch the other reviews are talking about. Makes setting unusable.
Still a super fun game! There seems to be a menu bug where nearly every option just says Arial as well as a number of other small bugs in the game, but luckily its still playable. An update to use the full screen would be amazing.
Excellent + the developer must update the game so that it does not appear in the Apple Store.
Why dont you guys update the screen size ratio for the new iphones. Also why is every word in the game replaced with ARIAL.
We think this game is absolutely awesome, and was fun to play. Its also an improvement from Super Mega Worm Lite because Super Mega Worm Lite crashes every time we finish time attack, yet that doesnt happen in the full version. We also have Super Mega Worm vs Santa as well. We think that one is even better.
Overall this is a great game. We love the simplicity of the graphics, the gameplay, and the audio. The only reason we give it four stars is the lack of multiplayer support. Our only suggestion would be to add in a local multiplayer support. We wouldn't recommend adding online multiplayer, though, because that would a little too hectic.
We love this game. We remember playing this game in 2012, but now it got typos in the end of winning the game and it wasnt like that before. We get it, old school games had typos, but it feels like a bug instead of it being on purpose. It also has crashed on us once since we bought it again not long ago and every now and then it has this bug with the title screen. It says, arial instead of saying start like it should be. Please fix this. We have an iPhone 7. We love this game more than Hungry Shark: Evolution and this game is older than Hungry Shark: Evolution. This game would be a lot better than Hungry Shark: Evolution, in our opinion, if you fixed these issues.
Don't get us wrong, we loved this game, but we wish there was more to it. We beat the game in less than a half hour, and we're not even that good at most games. It also barely has any replay value once you beat it. Please add more to this game.
Game crashes at level 18 on 12.2 update on AppleTV.
The developers need to get their act together and fix the Apple TV controls for this game. Completely unplayable.
This app is amazing, following Super Mega Worm Vs. Santa 2. It's insane new worm only costs $0.99 extra. This worm comes with a LAZER and MISSILES!!!! Literally so addicting, and so fun. It crashes a lot, though. That's the only real problem about it! Totally worth the money, and you'll have so much fun.
We'd like to start out by saying we PAID for this game, and that we also made in-app purchases. Not only that, but we were also able to enjoy the game on our jailbroken (and slow) iPod 4. Now The game requires an iPhone 5+? There isn't even an option to download an older version. We feel ripped off. Now, if you happen to have one of the compatible devices, then we'd like to say the game is great and enjoyable, including iCade support. We are giving this two stars because of what we stated above.
Not offering support for the iPhone 5 is absurd and lazy/greedy. There is nothing about this game that cant be handled with ease by the device. Players see this for what it is, and its hard for a developer to shake a greedy reputation.
We used to enjoy playing this game. But latest update removed support for iPhone 5. How can such a simple game now require latest gen hardware? Devs need to go back to programming school.
So this FIVE year old game with graphics that didn't look great 5 years ago now requires a brand new device to play? That is what sequels are for. The company should be embarrassed and Apple should pull the game.
We can update the game again. Yea! Old review follows. This game is so simple it makes no sense to cut out the older hardware. Now we have an update that we can't get rid of and can't do which drives our OCD nuts. Thanks for nothing.
We love this game but there are some things we think you should add 1) In the demo the game lets you use a ion Icade mobile but in this it doesn't let you 2) You should customize the worm so you would kill people with your styled worm 3) a storyline and and areas. This is what could be more added to the game but for the different areas you could choose different worlds or levels.
As a gamer we only play games on steam and such, as a prefer to spend money on games and have as little microtransactions as possible. How ever this game (we forgot how much it is) is high quality. It may not be our favorite game, that honor belongs to demon's souls (yes they made a game before dark souls.) the gameplay is superb, the graphics are nice, lore, not so much. But still, if you're like us who actually buys games, and not spends $2,000 in a game of farmville and stops playing the game and moves on in life, you should like this game.
This game is one of our all time favorites, and we're not just saying that, it really is good. Hell, it even is one of the "essentials" on the entire store. Us ourselves though would enjoy an update, because updates are good, and we as people like good things. We have some suggestions for you to think about: 1) Worm customization because it's just kinda bland. Maybe the option for a custom palette swap, funny hats, or glasses and ties! 2) difficulty settings because we like a challenge, and some people think the game is hard enough. Normal mode would be the current, easy would be slightly less difficult, and hard would be more challenging. 3) a storyline. Because the only story type stuff is at the very beginning and the very end of the game. After five or so levels, the background should switch and you could be in a different place, like a city for example. Or in a desert. And maybe have cutscenes to showing, the story! 4) Music! Now don't get us wrong, we love that one song. But that's just it, there's only ONE SONG! It's called variation, or, having more than one song playing. It could be random and change every level. We dunno it's just that the same freaking song. If these things were added, even just some of them, we'd give this game a 6- rating. (If we could lol).
We think you should add mountains do the ground isn't just flat and also we think instead of buying the robot worm you should unlock it by beating the normal worm because This game is 1:99 overall great game.
The game was hilarious. The only thing: in the end credits you misspelled infestation.

This game is the best game ever.
We used to really enjoy this game but the new update has made it much less enjoyable and actually removed content instead of adding it. While the vs Santa can be downloaded separately, it is no longer supported or updated. The mecha cannot be used, iphone 5 full screen is not supported, and it doesn't run as smooth and the game mechanics feel clunky and outdated. Please reunite the game and continue to add content instead of removing it.
We dont like the changes pls put it back the way it was. We cant bring our self to even play it any more.

Not sure if this will help, but for those that are upset about it no the update longer working on older devices, in fact, it won't even let us download it, we sent the dev an email and he quickly replied that he made a mistake and will fix it after the holidays… We assume it should be working again shortly after New Years… So we for one will be changing our review as soon as that happens.
The update killed some of it best features, mainly the song for us. We're glad it has mfi support though, but pls fix the song at least.
Was better before the update that took away content. Bring back the things you took away and we will give it 5 stars again.

Before the update the layout was awesome, the controls were so much better, and there was Santa mode. Now you guys removed things instead of adding it and we bought the mecha worm and now we have to buy it again to used it. PLEASE CHANGE THIS.

The dpad does not work correctly anymore.
Whenever we update all our apps, this game sits in our update list and taunts us with a not compatible with this device error. It wont update or go away. It seems like to fix this we have to either uninstall the game (and presumably be unable to reinstall later, losing it forever) or live with this popup haunting our update list for the foreseeable future. What a hassle. We really regret buying this now.
We've played this game with no problems since we got our iPad, and now your saying it's not compatible? What kind of scam is this.
There is no more support for iPhone 5 and lower. We can't even update this app even though we paid for it. It doesn't take a genius to realize that this game isn't graphically intensive and can absolutely run on older systems.
No reason to drop support for older devices when the game played perfectly before.
This game is no longer any good to us since it can't be updated on our phone. Very disappointing.
