We just started playing again and when we logged in all our cards, diamonds, and scores were gone. Is there any way we can get our history back? Cause we really dont like having to restart everything. All the special events cards that we collected are gone. Is there anyway to recover the history.
The game is amazing we remember getting into k pop and it actually helped us discover other songs and artists but its super frustrating that you have to use diamonds that are super hard to get for card space it would be better if it was rhythm points. And as someone that isnt a pay to win it we love the event that happens during Christmas bc it helps a lot. Another thing we never really understood is how come when you unlock a different theme card you dont unlock its profile picture instead? But instead you have to pay money for it! Also full songs in the game would be really nice. The game is really enjoyable and nice and the events are nice.
Waste of time. Horrible loading times. We always have to wait 3-5 min for the app to even load. Old songs not even updated.
Ive been playing this and superstar bts (before it was changed to rhythm hive) for a long time before switching to other rhythm games and coming back to this game now it could be way better. The speed is so painfully slow its hard for us to adjust playing this game again because its too slow for us to play it now, we used to be able to get 3 stars on almost any song we played but now we miss way more than we usually did so being able to change the speed would be good. Also the notes are soo close to each other? We dont know if its just our phone but theyre way too close so we dont really like playing this anymore except maybe twice a year for nostalgia we guess. Other than that its a good game if youre new to rhythm games.
Just logged into the game and everything lost, all our cards, all our stars, all our diamonds, everything went back to zero, do not play this game, it is super unsafe and your personal information is very likely to be hecked.

- card space we like the game its great its fun would reccomend but the limited card space is rly annoying expesally cuz if you play frequently then we gotta constanly get more card space and the only ways to get it is to either pay 50 gems for only 20 slots or upgrade cards to free up space and the gems is like not worth it it would be betterif you would just get rid of limited space alltogether make it so we can also pay with RP (for a resonable price like 1k or smth) lower the price to at most 10 diamonds for 20 or more slots make it so we can be easily rewarded with more card space – card upgrades its also very annoying when im tryina uograde a card and it almost always fails. Its such a waste especially when we have a 70% upgrade card and it fails and it almost always happens. Its especially irritating when its during a event and one of the quests is to successfully upgrade cards to s or r grade and it keeps failing. It would be much better if you made it so failed cards used to upgrade were given back insted of just dissapearing or made it so the cards cant fail to upgrade (like rythym hive…) -speed and dificulty all the levels go painfully slow… Please we and many many others are asking if you could make it so the speed can be adjusted to be faster/slower. Alot of other rythym games have that option as well and it makes them much more fun. One of the resons we always end up taking such long breaks from this game is because the speed is so slow while all the other games we play we can make them go faster and be more entertaining another thing is the diffuculty, some games have numbers by the songs showing a scale of how easy and hard the song can be (ex: pianista, bandori) it would be very helpful because easy medium and hard are very vauge. Shinees woof woof hard mode and girl generations we got a boys hard modes are completley diffrent, but their still both in the hard mode category. It would be much better if there was some sort of number scale going from arounf 1 -12 or so labeling how difficult the song is next to it.
We would give the game a higher rating, but theres several issues that prevent us from doing so. First is the load time when launching the game. Why does it take ~5 minutes on the newest Pro iPhone? Once in, navigating each screen takes another ~5-10 seconds for each one to load. We feel we spend more time staring at the loading circle rather than playing the game. The next issue is that, while playing the game, an alarm or phone call will disable the in-game sound. You have to relaunch the app to get the sound back. Alternatively, you can finish the song your playing and try starting a new one. If an alarm or phone call recently took place, the game will crash when selecting a song. See complaint above as to why this is an even bigger issue. If these issues were fixed, the game would be a more enjoyable experience. However, even with these issues, we still find ourselves playing daily to at least complete the daily missions. Thats the reason Im giving it a 3/5 since we do enjoy the game overall.
We wanna say the game is good if you like rhythm games, competitive games, and card pulling but it honestly has too much things to download especially the server maintenance its so annoying cause we always have to download something new when a new album or song comes oht.
We play this game a lot, usually everyday. Today as we were upgrading our cards and stuff, the game got really laggy and told us to relaunch the app. We relaunched and every time we try to get back in, its telling us to retry. Now we cant get back in and we work really hard on that game. We guess ill try later but for now we really cant get in. Its not our internet connection, its not our storage. Its just not working. Sorry for the long review but please just fix this because its getting annoying.
Last few days is throwing us out of the game please fix it because it's impossible to play.

The entire time we had the game there was no sound it made, the songs were not playing so we only played them with no sound awful game.
Ive been trying to level up our R cards and every single time the app tells us it needs to relaunch so we press the retry button but when we open the app our rhythm points and cards we used to level up the R card with are gone. We really love and enjoy this game but this is frustrating.
Absolutely horrible when it comes to events, it keeps crashing and you miss out on soo many events.
So we downloaded this app first of all it took a good 30 mins to finally play the actual game bc of how long it takes to load?? And we wanna play the next day and here we are waiting for another 30 mins, we literally just gave up and ditched this game like.
Its good but the problem is everyone the 1st part loaded the second part is at 100% but it says couldnt download also before it downloaded and when we were gonna play a song like in the middle of the clapping it kept kicking us out of the game pls fix it idk if it is our phone or something but try to see it pls.
Overall a really good game and its easy to grind despite pay to win being an advantage but our old account was deleted after we had to stop playing in 2019 due to college and we had no way to recover it. Good thing is despite only being back for a week im doing pretty well but Im still upset over the many R cards Ive lost.
When we were gonna play the game we waited for hours to play and is still uploading.
We took a few months off of the game, and we came back to find out we had been logged out and forced to log in. It wont let us log in because our username was not in between 6-20 characters, even though we had that username for years prior to this new rule. And it wont send a password recovery link because it says our email is not the correct one although that is the only Ive used for the game. Now we are forced to restart all our progress and all our 5 year data is gone. All because of this new log in system that is not very good.
All the games take ages to load.

1.When playing a song, the blank space under the recieving line(the linear area where you tap or hold the notes) actually has NO reaction AT ALL, and its really DISTURBING.Please figure a way out to FIX it this problem as SOON as possible. 2.When can we change the SPEED of notes freely? As a music games player we really CANT stand the original speed coz its too SLOW for us. It CANNOT be hard to make the speed of notes easily changeable, can it? Please try to fix this as SOON as possible.

We absolutely LOVE this game like its literally so fun. But there is one tiny little problem, we literally cant hear any audio, like none at all. No sound effects and most importantly NO MUSIC. So ive just been playing it without sound because it seems like no one else has had this problem but we figured we should write a review just incase someone can help because it would be really nice to actually hear what im playing.
Im not getting any sound in the game no matter what we try to change in settings. The game and our phone are both updated.
We love this game and have loved it for so many years but, we're giving it 3 stars since we didn't log in for a whole minute and, when we finally did, it remembered our account but took away basically ALL of the R cards we worked hard for and made us start from the beginning. We don't get why we got to keep all our regular cards but lost all of the important S and R cards.
Its probably just us but when we play the songs we cant hear the music and Im not sure if thats how the game works or its just bugged.The only time Ive ever heard a song play was when we were play Make a Wish by NCT and that was like a few months ago and we feel for some reason that your supposed to hear the music, But this is not meant to be an complaint its meant to see if its a bug or if thats just how the game works.

We love this game its pretty cool and we love how fast you can make each game but we would like to see more modes like extreme or something then the other three. Our top two problems we have with this game is 1. How many cards you can hold. This issue is so annoying we hate when we have to many cards then our Inventory is full then we have to delete cards just so we can get other cards and do the same thing so on and so on its so annoying and the tutorials are kinda confusing in our opinion like it took us a long time to figure out how to do things in our inventory 2.It falls under the gets old games. Yes its different for other people but for us personally we think sometimes the game gets boring then we. End up forgetting that we have this game then play again and miss all the updates like we think this game should get better updates like big ones that make the games fun not just adding more songs into the game in idols groups yk? Other than that this game is so fun we recommend this game to everyone okay bye.
Just downloaded this game again after a few weeks, and it literally wont let us in. At the first screen when it loads everything isnt working. Help.
Keep asking us to relaunch over and over again whenever we try to start the game! Fix your bugs or dont even publish in the first place okayyyyy? We are in US and Ive re-downloaded this app for like three or four times! Fix your bugs and clean up after yourselves before trying to sell fans anything. *UPDATE: can only use roaming data to get in, Wi-Fi cant. Frustrated.

So ive been playing the superstar game series for years now and we obviously have a lot of complaints but overall its a pretty solid game. However we have just one reasonable change that we think could be added into the game. PLEASE add a note speed setting where we can increase or decrease the note speed like in other rhythm games. The extremely slow speed is literally killing us.
We've tried downloading this app 3-4 times and could play only once but even then we didn't have any pictures like the files for photo cards or songs were empty. We still don't have them but now we can't play. W hen we choose the song the app just closes and we can't do anything about it.

We understand why the Halloween event is canceled early but why couldnt they put an in game notice? Instead we found out from the fan discord server after the event ended, not even from the official source first. Seeing the empty event section without being able to finish the event felt like a slap in the face.
