We think this is a pretty good app. You get on there and you put in a nickname or real name and then you pick an avatar or put a real picture in. Then, you can get friends to play. If no one will play, you can just pick random people and play. Its perfectly fine. You dont have to pay, we dont think theres any addsno. You could also get better at drawing by playing this game. Its also really fun to us. Have fun.
Our girlfriend and we were in the middle of an argument and we asked if we could just color and she suggests we played this, Ive never gotten over an argument so quick in our entire life.
This game is so much fun and we like how were given a nice number of options to choose from. We highly recommend this game to everyone of all ages.
We give the game five starts because not only can you play with local people, but also with family and friends which makes this game very fun! And many drawing can be cool, awesome, and even funny! We are addicted. We do wish if the special offer didnt pop up every time you open the app. We also wish you could add a new color based on one you already have.
This game has improved immensely as far as filtering out the bad type of players. For one you have to ask permission to chat and you can turn it off. Also, if you get a player that writes the answer out or uses arrows, or is abusive in any way., you can just not play with that person again. This has made the game much more enjoyable! We dont understand, though about the reels and the playback and all that stuff it doesnt really make sense to us and it seems redundant.
Draw with Friends back in the day was fire!!! But overtime the game was pretty much unplayable and riddled with ads. This game is simple, fun to play, and little to no ads! 5/5.
You can draw and then you can guess what other people draw and other people can guess what you did and its so fun.

We love how the option to purchase many of the colors and tools is by the points/ gems earned from watching Ads. However, the Ads are far too long for our attention span, and we tend to do other tasks while awaiting the commercials play for 3-5 minutes. Which then, we dont play as often as we like. Its a fuN game for creARTive people! (with patience).

So you see on the bottom it says buy ads you can choose if you want ads or not and somehow we got premium.
It is so fun you can really get social and learn' to get things okay but sometimes people in party servers pourpusly just leave the room and it's annoying.
This game is fun until we have to repeatedly tell people we dont want to have some fun cause Im married with 2 kids..SINCE WHEN WAS THIS ABOUT DATING.
The game is super fun, but has some limitations; it would be great if you could swipe through the gallery, now art book, instead of having to exit a picture entirely and then tapping to go into another. An update recently removed the ability to tap on a picture to see it larger and to rewatch how it was drawn. That has been a huge source of entertainment among our family and friends who have this app. Its removal definitely makes this app not as fun, and more annoying. The word prompts are recycled a lot, an infusion of new words would be great. There are no black or African representations among the avatars, except if you go to the monster or robot category. Which is weird because there is a representation of literally all others. It is difficult for this app to track drawing near the borders of the drawing area. Resulting in one having to repeatedly swipe and draw before it tracks. The developers need to bring back the gallery and allow it to be manipulated as it was before with the improvements added to swipe from drawing to drawing. And also allow us to automatically view friends galleries.

Amazing game, but theres a lot of ads and every time we draw something theres always an ad, but we understand that its a game and that all games have ads or most of them.
We had to get a new acc because our phone broke, but the thing that bothers us is that we cant talk to our best friend anymore but we dont remember his/her invite ID. We would like the app developers to make it to where you dont need their invite ID to invite them if you know what we mean. But overall its a pretty good game.
The game is fun but it could be great if they would follow in the draw something best game ever by having more than like 8 stickers and ability to auto draw shapes.
Years ago we played a similar game, which we enjoyed immensely. This version is simplified, with a hangman-type letter selection and an endless number of words to select from. Theres no point system for difficulty level either. All that said, we are having fun with it. Im no great artist, especially with our finger on our phone screen, but you only have to get the word across, not be a great artist.
The game is pretty fun but the tools are pretty limited unless you pay. It would be a great place to meet new people except you cant just message someone. You have to send a request to chat and they dont even get to see an opening greeting from you like words with friends.
Ive been playing for years. Heres the positive, negative and suggestions for improvement. Positive :Its a lot of fun and a great thing to pass time. The game has also helped us immensely improve our drawing skills . We look forward to playing and seeing what people have sent over . Ive even met new drawing friends . Negative: the new featured gallery addition is a great idea however , whomever is in charge of top picks seems to be really biased. There are so many submitted drawings that are really great and represent every level of skill. The problem is the developers (or whomever is in charge of that feature)only choose the same few artists over and over . Its really discouraging . A lot of people feel this way. Top Picks is basically the personal gallery of a select few artist .same 3 or 4 names on repeat. Dont get us wrong, they are amazing artists but its the same names over and over . This doesnt even come close to representing the community and it feels really unattainable for the many others that work really hard on their drawings. It would be nice to see a variety of people being featured. People of every skill level. Request: Is there a way that we can enlarge the canvas to work on specific areas ? Kind of like when looking at a photo on your phone? Also any thought about a variety of tools like pens, markers oil paint etc? It can be a paid feature and it sure would be nice.
Ive played and loved this game for years until it was no longer available. Its back with a different name, ads between each game and a $6.99 charge to play easier. This is all new and its a mess! We cant get a nickname either! Im really disappointed. Update: Since we submitted this 3star review the ads have increased to 2 & 3 long ones between each game! WTH.
Its a good game and its really fun, but it has so many ads and its hard to like even finish a drawing and then its like ad ad ad ad so yeah if you hate ads then dont get this game.
We were an early user of this game and recently returned to it when our older adult parents got iPads to encourage their creativity and give us another way to interact with each other. While we understand the desire to make money and can reluctantly accept the fees for certain tools, we are appalled to discover that you can only store the most recent 30 drawings in the app. Im not sure if the game changed ownership or what happened when the name changed to Buddies from Friends but there is no legitimate reason to prevent access other than greed. If space is an issue, have the pics reside on the individual devices. Im an avid user and now Im tempted to cancel the whole account. Theres a note indicating that your library can be sent via email by request but thats not the same. We hope they fix this policy soon or we will likely lower our rating further and will likely stop playing.

It is a very fun and enjoyable experience but.. The ads could be a little less frequent and maybe we can change are pfp without vip pass. Overall amazing game.
The only reason it is not a 5 star review is that we had a stranger draw something inappropriate that would have been not good for a child or a teenager to see. We reported the person. We guess there is not a way to prevent that from happening.
Oh our gosh. This game. Clean user interface, easy to navigate, and a fun game concept for art lovers. Ive had so much fun playing this, and Ive gotten to meet so many amazing artists and make friends from around the world that we otherwise never would have met! We were hooked from the moment we clicked that blue button on the App Store! When there was an issue with our drawings showing up blank for people on the receiving end, we sent the developers an email, and they responded in only 14 minutes!! FOURTEEN MINUTES!!! They immediately acknowledged the problem and began troubleshooting with us, telling us the updates and recent developments. We will confess we were a little desperate (sent them a long, informal email with much of it in all caps followed by a thousand exclamation points and angry/sad emojis, sent probably close to 5 or 6 angry feedback messages on both our devices, then attempted to call them twice to no avail), and they were super patient with us, despite us being an absolute pain in the neck. Its only been a couple days, and the issue is ALREADY FIXED! How are they so freaking efficient?? We couldnt ask for a better team!! We wonder if they have a corporate address? We want to send them flowers now.

Its quick & hassle free; its competitive; the graphics arent bad & you can get really creative when you try. Think Ive found our newest fave mobile gaming pasttime!! Give this one a try!! A+.
Too many ads, especially for Royal. Very difficult to get out of the ads.. Waiting for the Xs or done over and over.
In the beginning, this game was really boring and people were cussing and writing bad words in the game when theyre not supposed to if we could change one rule in this game was that you dont have Public people to play with we would rather having a code that you have to type in in your iPad, computer or phone and play with the person who you want to play with kind of like Kahoot if you play Kahoot, you have to type in a number to get into the game because its private and you can have it with your class or your family and its kind of like a game that you can do like trivia questions. The first time we saw someone cussed us in this game we reported them and deleted the app, but then we got it again and we started kind of liking it. We like when you do the groups and stuff with your friends this game is 3 1/2 stars for us. Thank you for whoever made this.
People arent able to understand any words we put in our art because they are from a different country.
The game is reallly fun but some people draw the wrong thing on purpose to make people not guess correct and we wish the game had less adds but still reall fun game please download it still.
