We love this game and we played through it before the update. We decided to play it again for the new levels and the maps wont load. We havent 100% all the other levels yet, will that help.
We cant even play the new area they added because it crashes before we even loaded in.
We dont think Ive unlocked every level because the victory conditions dont show or nothing happens when you get to them.
Why do we keep getting dropped from the game? At least twice for every map area is too often. Usually it is when we are nearly done with the area, but sometimes it is when we open the map, and last time all the controls disappeared. Reloading does spoil the game when it happens so often. When we can actually play, we enjoy building the climate zones and trying to make the animals comfortable. The graphics are nice, and the tools are good, though a label for those would be helpful too. We dont have trouble with other games, so we do not think it is our iPad or our connection. Please fix. It has been a while since we last played, but the game still closes unexpectedly. Not much for instructions, and it is still buggy. Lost airship, cant replace in the same spot, and the level will not finish without it. New game takes us back to the first level, of course, so we cant continue. We need to delete the app to restart. Why do we find all these bugs in any Netflix game we try.
Very fun game but after launching the satellite and getting access to the other side of the world our game keeps crashing. (Has been crashing in late stages but reloading and able to finish them) turned the video down to very low. Any help would be great.
Update: started playing again when we saw they added in a desert environment, but because we delete the app between playing we had to go through all the levels again. No worries as we love it, but everything is still crashing a few times an environment and we cant play the desert AT ALL. Really hope they fix that soon we loved this game when it first came out, so we were excited when we saw they reworked it, but now Im in the first tropical area and it crashed, and now it wont load our saved game at all. So we cant play without restarting from the beginning. Major bummer.
Loved the first level of this game so much that it drove us to write a review (we never do). Because after completing the first level its now stuck and wont let us progress even though all goals are met. _()_/ what a bummer.
We cant stand photo mode. It would be fun to snap the odd pic here or there, but requiring us to hit all ten of the esoteric points every time or else we cant complete the level just makes it a drag. Can we go back to where the only requirements to complete phase three were make the animals happy and clean up your buildings.
We have spent a while learning how this game works. We are on Parched Dunes and the Savannah seeder isnt working at all. We spent a good amount of time getting the aqueduct, animals, wet lands, etc. But now we cannot use the Savannah Seeder. After reading on Reddit and other places, we have learned this is a very common bug and the developers havent fixed it. Im slightly PO bc this is our favorite world yet. We love seeing the elephants, zebras etc. But now cant move forward. Do better, developersits embarrassing.
We like this game, but its frustrating that it doesnt seem to save. Maybe Im just missing something, but the game says that it automatically saves your progress, and Im not sure thats accurate. We completed the first level and did everything, even the bonus objectives, but when we came back to the app later it is only showing us the option to start a new restoration and doesnt seem to have saved any of our progress. We like the game itself, but Im going to wait until there is a manual save option since we dont trust the automatic save feature and we dont want to start from the beginning each time.
This game captured us more than many others recently, and we would have loved to continue playing it to see where it takes us, but it is held back by an unnecessary bug that makes it unplayable. After exiting the game, any structures you have built disappear the next time you start it up. This is on iPad. You cant proceed past a single session because you cant see what youve built to get you that far. It turns out the buildings are still there, but theyre invisible. Tap and hold on a tile and youll see what should be there. Unfortunately its not playable this way. Had to give up on it.
The game its self is so good. We were enjoying it. The issue is the app crashed constantly and didnt save any of our progress. We did the same level 8 times and finally made it through without the app crashing then the app crashed in the next level and started us back at the previous level. We were so done after that.
We really liked this game when we initially started playing it. However in the middle of the game it crashes on us. At least once a day. Now Im stuck with one open level and our game crashes everytime we try to play that level. Yall should really consider some bug fixes. Because without the crashes its a great game.
We want to like this game but the supposed auto save feature doesnt work and if it does the home screen doesnt show anything to continue with the current game. We have loaded and reloaded 3 times and it just keeps restarting at the beginning and is driving us crazy. So if the developers fix this problem we would gladly play the game. Its just not worth the hassle to start a new game every time we open the app.
The game is amazing but it wont let us pass the entry level and we completed everything. We really want to keep playing but it wont let us, we recycled everything, all the animals are happy and everything is complete we dont get it. Ive refreshed it already too.
This is genuinely one of the best games we have ever played. It is relaxing while still having rewarding goals & objectives, the graphics are surprisingly rich, and the sounds(with headphones on) bring it to a whole new level of zen. There are still some glitches(we have to close out the game at the end of each level to move forward) but they have greatly improved over the last few update releases and honestly are so minor when the rest of the game is so good! We really appreciate that they are still releasing updates several years past release, the most recent 2025 update included new map areas and new game objectives – such fun additions! We have restarted this game from the beginning dozens of times and will continue to do so countless more times. Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing game.
We love this game so much and we think its the best mobile game but theres something that needs to be fixed and its the rover on Canyon peaks on mobile device if the developers are hearing this then that would be great! Overall, its a great game.
Underrated strategy game. Underrated ecology game. Underrated terraforming game. The best game.
Our settings buttons on the left and menu on the bottom obscure the info telling us what the animals need. So we never know why someone isnt happy and cant get a perfect score.
Loving the new update but it crashes constantly.
We enjoyed restoring biomes for a while with this game. Unfortunately, every time we try to open Parched Dunes, the game crashes, so our journey ends here, but we had more fun than we expected to for a free game (if you have Netflix). The animal graphics are cute, and the theme is welcome given whats happening to our actual environment. We did notice, though, that once we make an animals habitat ideal and take a picture of it, after that we can mess up its habitat with no penalty in the process of helping other animals. This means that players can win scenarios with one or more animals totally screwed at the end. We still am glad we tried this game, there are just a couple of things to fix.
Cant get to Parched Dunes. It keeps crashing.
We LOVE this game, it has SO MANY BUGS. Im almost done building out on the new desert level, but we cant place the savana seeder, theres no dialogue box that gives us the option to confirm placement. We took a screenshot of the issue, but we dont see a way to attach it to this review. This new desert level contains several new environmental factors, but none of them are explained, nor what kinds of features will affect them. It also crashes often, about once per level. Usually after a level it gets stuck on the loading screen. No instructions or useful information about anything. It has an encyclopedia, theres no useful information in it. You just have to fumble through figuring out how things work. It would be nice if this game had a sandbox mode where we could generate random maps. Once you complete a level, theres nothing else to do except replay that same level. We LOVE this game, please fix and improve it.
Ive been enjoying the game, but cant get beyond 81% complete because every time we try to start a mission on the final continent the map doesnt open and the game crashes. Ive tried restarting our phone and even deleting and reinstalling the game to no availhopefully an update will come soon.
Great puzzle game, but crashes or hangs almost every time we boot it up.
We really love this game, but the amount of bugs makes it almost unplayable. Here are just a few: -game crashes when trying to take photos -game crashes at Parched Dunes, we have not been able to play a single level there -game gets stuck loading after completing a level -controls disappear when trying to place objects -game randomly crashes when trying to recycle items we really hope these issues get fixed soon.
Great idea for strategy game. However, as others have mentioned, it is extremely buggy. It constantly crashes. Also, at times buildings are disabled in the build menu and it is not always clear why. It would be great to have some hints, e.g increase moisture or decrease temperature.
This is an interesting game as you play to clean a polluted wasteland and replenish it. It takes time to learn to use the various machines and position them to their best advantage in the section of the world you are working to recover. As you learn, your machines bring back the land and water features and eventually re-introduce wildlife to your world. You succeed when you have converted your environs to a self sustaining ecosystem. While a thought provoking game, we found it to be a one and done game. You work thru the scenario, you learn how to use and where to place the machinery and the game works to a satisfying conclusion. One and done.
We managed to complete the first four regions in spite of the crashes. Now that Im trying to do the new region, the game crashes before the map loads.
We got totally addicted to this game, then it started crashing every time we opened it to the point where it is now completely unplayable.
The game is very very fun and we have no problems with that, our problem is that there is 0 saving happening. We had restarted the game due to not playing for a long time (2 ish years) and was excited to play with the new update and had nearly completed our 3rd area when the game instantly kicked us out and when we opened it the only progress made was the tutorial area. We would recommend this game the second the auto save mechanic gets fixed or they add a manual save option.
We like the game a lot, but Ive experience a good number of crashes even at low graphics settings. The most frustrating is that we cannot access the final region as every time we try to generate the parched desert region it crashes. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
Solid game, nice 4-5 hour playthrough with a bit of replayability. Satisfying and fun mechanics and puzzles. Only downside is it turns our phone into lava and crashes sometimes.
What can we say? The styling is gorgeous, gameplay loop fun. Ill update if we feel differently but thus far its great.

This game is great, in a real world where we sometimes feel powerless to do good, at least having a simulation where we can restore a world destroyed by humanity is very satisfying, and soothing. We hope the devs add more levels, Ive gotten our world to 100% but we want to keep playing.
Hands down the best game for relaxing. We needed something like this to help get over our dopamine addiction. In a society that is so addicted to moving fast, this is such a great way to slow down, and use your mind while working through the tasks at hand. It is recommended to use headphones for game play, and after not using headphones and then using headphones we can see why. Definitely use them if you can! You will hear your biome slowly come to life. Very surreal. Applause, kudos, and major credit to creators and developers. Thank you so much for this experience.
Thank you to Netflix for allowing this to be possible. We've been waiting to play this since it came out on steam but never got a chance to buy it. It's wonderful.
This is a gorgeous game of life creation, strategy, and natural beauty. Its challenging and deeply relaxing. One of the best relaxing games Ive played in a while.
A simulation game in which you arrive on a barren planet, develop technology to restore nature, and ultimately remove it all when its no longer needed, so you can fly away and let nature thrive.
The thing we dont like is that you cant zoom out that much or look from the side or look down.
We used to play this game when we were younger and it has been probably more then 4 years and we were wondering have they added more areas to fix because we are not into playing the unchanged game.
We love the idea that this is healing Earth. No destruction and hate, just healing what we should be currently and consistently doing. Thank you creators for creating this game.

We had a lot of fun playing the game until we finished everything in four days. The game needs more difficulty and maps. Replayability is limited unless you're okay with doing the exact same map over again continuously. We wish there were an endless sandbox mode or more complex maps that combine almost all the gameplay mechanics. This game has so much potential.
Amazing gameplay, 10/10, but countless bugs and glitches. Occasional crashes, always gets stuck when leaving a level, the coral lab appears as a beehive when you move it, the animal relocation doesnt work, all of this even on lowest settings with free memory. Please fix this.
