For a very long time now this game has no support so if something happens you are on your own. This game is extremely expensive to play and not worth it.

This game is incredibly buggy. The developers' handling of it is haphazard. When they rolled back data due to an item quantity error, they arbitrarily deleted items we'd purchased before the error, rather than calculating the difference. This wiped out thousands of dollars we'd previously spent.
Games a lot of fun…there's no bridges once you get past a certain level and it only prioritizes and favors paying players regardless of time spent or trying to reach out to customer support.
Its not a bridge as much as a war game its still good but it takes forever to load.

This game is actually really fun. Ive made friends from all over the world. Of course there will always be rude people or people who dump loads of money into it, but you really dont need to spend much to have a good time.
We see a lot of the negative reviews are around in game purchases. But thats well every app game. Unlike other app games, you dont have any forced ads and few ads if you want free resources. Maybe 5 a day and its a choice to click the rewarded ads. Other than that you can play and grow in this game without spending any real money and no ads. Its very detailed content and the seasons progress for long term entertainment. Theres always something to do and different side missions. Truly an amazing strategy game, you can build your game so many different ways for better outcomes and different advantages. Id say the only downside is the customer service if the game glitches which we havent experienced yet but have been told by other players its hard to get ahold of a developer to help. Other than that you also get to make real friends and work together as a community. We love this game.
Yes it will cost you some money for the basics however you dont have to spend any money to play but It will be hard to play. Its a 24 hour 7days a week and 365days a year game. It will keep you busy. You will learn from others. Make friends but be safe and dont give out your personal information to other players. We love the game. Easy to play.
We downloaded and started playing this game over a year ago. At the time, it was relatively inexpensive and growth was quick and easy. As time has progressed, however, the app has tried to grow in both cost and features. Most features are half-baked and full of bugs. They implement new builds before they have fully fleshed out the previous, buggy rollouts. They prioritize things that reduce playability or offer no change to playability (such as a chat censor that stars out non-offensive words and only works on English words) and dont fix real problems that affect playability (such a buggy plots on Olympus that allow exploits to favor one side to win over another). Some players spend tens of thousands of dollars and some pay just tens of dollars. Developers have a customer support thread available for every player but they never answer players who dont spend in the tens of thousands of dollars range. Basically, they only care about the satisfaction of the whale players who have sunk a mortgage or more into the game. Nothing against those players, honestly. But be aware that if you arent going to spend a substantial amount of money on their app, they couldnt care less about helping you with game problems. Our advice? Pass on this app. It is great for meeting a lot of great friends from all over the world, but there are a lot of other apps that do the same thing, cost less, and respond to all customer inquiries, whether they spend or not.
The game is actually good but seeing how is 9 years old there's a community that just makes multiple alliances to boost their strength so it's all saturated now. Join them or be bullied.
We love the game. We started playing for the bridges and stayed for the awesome people we met. Unfortunately though, unless you spend a ton in-game, customer support is nonexistent.
We like the game, but for the second time we have made a $4.99 dollar purchase and the charged us 34.99. There is no customer support so no one to question the purchase.
We love this game but Im currently stuck in Chapter 36 because the space pirate ship events always happen during our work shifts or while Im asleep. Ive been unable to progress for over a week because we cant be online during those times. Is there any way to bypass this task or complete it another way? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Also if you can include a support link in the settings that would be great! Id like to keep playing but Ive been stuck for almost 2 weeks and am losing patience and interest.
Was playing and enjoying the game , and right around the time when you are supposed to unlock the radar, the game totally froze up. Restarted the game. Didnt work, uninstalled and reinstalled. Didnt work. Kind of a bummer , because the game is fun but now we cant play it at all.
If you just wanted to build bridges in a mindless game then dont download it. Just a basic build your base, join a guild, get the premium currency and an added gimmick (this one being bridge building). If youre into that youll love it. Otherwise, its just the same type of game as any other freemium.
We started and we love the game but slowly they are making events pay to play they also add events without explaining and they are costly to compete for the prizes yes you can get strong without paying but unfortunately its war and the one with the most money will crush you and your hard work.
This game is not what you think you get stuck having to fight animated characters to move to the next level. Its no way; no hope to pass 82/83 this game is about building an empire and fighting at a child level. Not building a bridge when it feels like giving you a chance to build a bridge it will. Once youre stuck youre stuck and so far two to three days.

We couldnt open and read Terms of Service which means we couldnt agree to Terms of service which means we couldnt play the game. The app icon on our phone looks cool at least.
Nobody wants to do side missions. They just want to build the bridges. This is not build an empire.
The game is not bad, but the incredible amount of false advertisement from the screenshots to the advertisement is ridiculous. Just kick it to people straight. This game does not look like this when you download it at all. Do not trust those screenshots.

Bridges run out and your left with a game of what we call upgrading, you have to loin an alliance or create one to survive, chats seem to be adolescents sex talking between each other, alliance leaders dont have a clue about this game. To us its a waste of time and money if you spend any.
The game itself is boring and repetitive, but the players unity that keeps the game going. Thus, if you haven't started it, we would not recommended it. If you have, make sure you can tolerate enough with bugs, glitches and ghosts customer service reps. Although, you have spent $50-60k, on your game, their customer service still treat you like an invisible. They would never reply or fix anything for you, unless you're a top spender accounts. We're talking about $200K plus, then you might have some replies.
As we had feared, this is one of those games where you have to construct an entire world. We only played it for about five minutes, but we know these games. At some point, you have to start collecting and mining resources, and at that point you have to start paying Money. We thought it was going to be just a bunch of puzzles which wouldve been interesting. We got to the fourth puzzle and we couldnt even figure out how to move the pieces over to construct it. Im not trying to sit there all day and try try to figure out why the game tells us we need to do something but theres no button to push to do it. We uninstall it immediately.

We have been playing for some time but after a month or so we lost the ability to play it on our home WiFi. It works fine on our work WiFi so at home Ive been playing with our phone data. This app is the only app our home WiFi will not open. We called our cable company and they checked our WiFi connection and told us everything is good on there end. We dont know how to get ahold of anyone in the game because the help in game does not exist. We just need help to figure it out.
If you have no self control with spending, do not download. The game itself is a 10/10. It is a money scheme. You will not succeed unless you spend easily $100-150USD a week. You wont understand until you are already invested in the game. If you are reading this, remember this part. Google BUILD MASTER ACCOUNTS FOR SALE. We promise. Do better Buildmaster, or give us a bunch of orange medals. Then Ill lie for you.

The game never loads. We thought maybe it was our service but we cannot get the game to load at all.
This game can be so fun! After you pass the bridge portion theres a whole world with other players. They become your friends and as time goes on you learn who to trust. You dont have to spend lots of money but you will need to spend a lot of time and effort. Until one of your team members screws your over. Trust no one. Its fun but it runs its course and after a certain amount of seasons you need to choose to continue or quit.
We love this game, its entertaining and Ive spent a lot of time on it but, Im stuck on a chapter that wont allow us to proceed because what we need to do isnt showing up. The customer service chat in the game isnt working and we cant find a good contact to get assistance.
The developers are beyond greedy. Its so expensive to become strong. Definitely a pay to win game. The only way this game is playable is being online and in a good alliance because we love everyone. Now if it wasnt for our friends this game would be pointless.
Wanted to build bridges like the advertisement said. This game allows you to build a few while progressing through a bunch of nonsense that you have to keep clicking through to get to the next stage. After 3 simple bridges the game became too complex and took a complete turn in objective. Space ships popped out and ninjas and all sorts of nonsense that doesnt even make sense. Just want to build bridges and not have quests to complete to do that.

Its a really fun cool game however to get any of the skins or to progress you have to spend a lot of money now we were committed to spending what we felt was a fair amount but this game was a lot more then that 100 bucks gets you nowhere you need to spend a few hundred just to get a new special skin to help make you stronger and we are in a strong alliance which hasnt done much for us but kept us from getting bullied by the strong alliance idk its a split for us we like it and we hate it at the same time. Oh and there like we think a pc version of this game we read another review who said ad for game is misleading g and it is misleading even on apple App Store the pics you see of the game isnt how its is on mobile phone the pics you see or ads are way cooler then what you get if you download it on your phone.
We have been playing this game for about a month and we really like it but we are mad about some aspects of the game. For example, it has glitched when we are doing hero training which causes our heros not to be upgraded. What makes us most upset, is that we just spent about 2 million in data chips at the grocery store and it took all of our coins and gave us no data chips. We also wish it was a little easier to get high rated hero posters. Maybe instead of having the bar set at 90 hero searches to get high rated hero posters, it can be 70. Idk, we love this game and get on it a lot, but we are very mad about our wasted coins.
We want to build bridges and solve puzzles, not listen too poorly animated characters tell bad story and be force to play different game mechanics to even be able to play the bridge building portion of the game. The actual bridge building part is good though.
When will the new update, Ver.1.250.584, be available to Apple users? Its causing significant disadvantages for all players utilizing an Apple device. Please dont make us get an Android.
Dont listen to K wire. Dude thinks money is the only way to play. They got mad the game made it fair and cried like babies. Game is awesome. Not at all a scam.
We really just expected some mindless pass-some-time app that kept us occupied while we waited for our car to get new tires, but we were pleasantly surprised. We havent been able to set this phone down! Theres so many different components and opportunities to continue; the bridges are a side hustle but the real meat is in expanding your town and community and different goals- definitely download this one if youre needing a new game.

After so many levels in this one section you dont get any bridges, which is sad cause thats why we joined there can be drama with some of the battle parts. We will say it can get expensive to play. Also, theres times were pushed to update but no updates available.
