We loveeee this game and getting to make millions of looks! But thats where the issue comes we end up buying sooo many accessories and items that it becomes incredibly difficult to look for the them! We have bought a few of the same exact pieces because we forgot we had them Please add more tabs, or customizable ways of organizing out stuff.
We love this game so much, we also really love msp2! We think you guys should add our old boonies and petshop to msp2 as well! And all the little mini games! The daily spins and everything!! <3 msp classic also has this DIVA vibe with all the y2k neon colors and sparkles and punk rock! The dramatic back grounds and what not, in our opinion (not that it entirely matters) msp1 was ABSOLUTELY perfect, we'd move EVERYTHING from there to MSP2 and call it a day and maybe we would move on from msp1! Anyhoo, just a thought.
We noticed not only us but others cant log in on their MacBooks or laptops in general. Its frustrating, we really up it gets fixed.
Ive been playing this game for almost a decade and we do truly enjoy playing it and using it to socialize with others. We feel like this game wouldnt be dying at the rate that it is if the bugs could be even remotely fixed. This game gets buggier by the day and its awful. Desktop is pretty bad but somehow the mobile app is ten times worse. Please, if you cant fix desktop then at least fix the mobile app.
Ive been playing this game for 10 years and still spend money on the vip membership but Im about done. This game used to run so smoothly on every device we had and now we can barely play for more than 10 minutes because the lagging is awful. It also randomly logs us out for no reason? Please fix this because Id love to continue playing.
SOME THINGS TO ADD ON MOBILE: 1) Allow guestbooks 2) Allow us to change looks in art books. 3) allow us to make looks for other users.
We started playing when we were only 11, now Im pushing 20. We dont play anymore because we know its for kids, but we come back sometimes to look at the old memories. We met our best friend on here, he unfortunately passed back in 2022, and we miss him. Ill forever thank this game for giving us the ability to know him.
Im aware that you guys have came out with a Msp2, and most of the time, energy, and effort goes into that one. Its honestly sad because people are starting to make their way back to the game, and the majority are adults that play for nostalgia. Our main issue with this app is the lag, and the consistent bugs like it kicking people out of chat servers randomly. Please start putting as much effort into the original msp as you guys do with the second one. Theres a lot of people who would love to spend money on the original game, but are reluctant to due to the bugs. The lag is awful and things rarely ever load. Im barely ever able to pull up our profile Its just disheartening to see that the effort is going out the window because of the second platform.

Ive been a loyal player since 2011. We dont play as much as we used to but when we do we remember why we dont play; everythings bugging, lagging, pausing and freezing. Also why did u change the order of our wardrobe? It is 110% harder to find what we want to wear. This might be our 13th reason. :/.
We've been playing for a while now ever since we were a kid. We are now 19 and we've created a new account since we got too old to be under the name "xxWolfiePlayzxxx." we are now "cuIt -" (uppercase we!) we've been pretty active on here recently and noticed how MSP slowly degraded in quality, multiple bugs, lagging, slow performance etc. It gets very tedious to the point where we have to delete and redownload the game for it to stop doing it, and even then, it starts doing it again. We also don't understand why PC gets more options than mobile does when it comes to VIP usage like for example, text coloring for your status, enabling an animation to your profile and so on. It's just a waste to get VIP when you can't even use it to your advantage fully and not everyone has the money to get a PC in order to get those privileges.

We love this game, have loved it since we were 10. 20 now, the lag on here in INSUFFERABLE. This needs to be fixed PLEASE! A lot of OG players have come back and we want to enjoy it to the fullest, but the lag gets in the way of that.
Fix the game in general with the lag and messages not showing aka friends too and gifts.

Username You should add a place where you can change your username. It still has to be friendly but there is a lot of old accounts that come back to play again. Those people would probably like to change there username. The only thing we were have so that scammers can still be found is that one there profile it will show what there username was originally. Block/Report Buttons People can block and report people but those people just make new accounts once they get banned. We would suggest making them stay at the login screen until there account gets unbanned. If its permanently banned then give them a 2 day lock out of movie star plant then let them back in so they cant just immediately make another account. Rare Trading You should add a scammer to the report button if someone gets scammed. There is also a rare trading glitch. If you have more than one color of an item sometimes it glitches and make it the color you dont want to trade. Mobile and PC If someone doesnt have pc they cant make other people looks or look in there mobile guestbook. You should add those things to mobile. Some items you cant even gift or trade on mobile which makes it really hard to trade with people. Youre game doesnt work. Its laggy and wont even let us in. It continues to say servers down when we try to enter the game.
We love this game Ive been playing since we were about 8 Im 18 now and still play regularly. Although this game has A-LOT of issues. Certain things dont work right anymore like art books fame etc it seems like you guys are just trying to push msp 1 away and focus solely on msp2 and thats so disappointing and frustrating to those whove spent years, time and so much money on the game.
Literally have played since jan 2012, the lag makes it almost intolerable. You have to relog every 5 minutes and considering the amount of money and time people still dump into this game it needs to be fixed. Nothing insane just wanting to be able to log in without freezing every 30 secs, we refuse to buy more than a week of vip at a time bc of this. Our hyper fixation goes away soo fast bc of how frustrating it gets to play.
Literal childhood game but please fix your game like we know you guys want people to move to msp 2 but were all adults with JOBS and MONEY and we are giving YOU our MONEY if you work harder on this game maybe youll get more of our MONEY.
We tried to log back into our account but forgot our password we go to change it and it wont let us bc of parental controls that we had never added and they wont let us in bc we havent bought anything to show its our account even tho Ive sent multiple screen shots of emails attached to that account and everything.
Okay we cant believe we havent played this a long time ago?! Like you make your celeb then you get pets,earn fame and coins! You can be a fashion designer to! And chat and make online friends but people can text YOU AND THE SOMETIMES TEXT THE WEIRDEST THINGSS but we love MovieStarPlanet its like youre little character is a celeb and actor.
Please make it less laggy and bring back actual not AI backgrounds for movies. This was our childhood game and it hurts to see.
Moviestarplanet is our favorite virtual world game. We love how much customizability we have with our avatar and we love the games core mechanics of building up your career. We think it is very creative. The LAG is such a HUGE issue though we swear we cannot play for more than 1.5 consecutive hours before we have to refresh because our game crashes or lags out way too much. Yet we always find ourselves purchasing a month of vip every so often because the enjoyment we get out of this game is so much please fix your game and show that you care about your playerbase please incentivize people to return to this game and actually retain your players.
So we havent played this game in a while but when we first open the game it lets us make our character but then it wont let us go into the actual game. Theres a side bar in a different language or something idk but it wont let us play. How do we fix this.
We dont know if its our wifi or the games but both moviestarplants are fully updated! It keeps saying that the servers are down. The main game will load to 35% and the other game wont load at all. It did this before but we had to update it and it worked fine. Ive been playing this game for about a decade. We love playing it but Im starting to lose interest because Im not able to play it.

Been playing this game for years and just recently came back to it. But the lag is insufferable. The inability to load anything makes the game borderline unplayable. If Im lucky enough to get past 35% on the loading screen when opening the app, we still struggle with loading anything. This is a childhood favorite of ours and its sad to see it become such a struggle to play.

We love this app so much and we are a frequent buyer but as we read in previous reviews we also know many people that love this game and he agree that its too laggy to play.
We have been trying to long into our account for the longest but we forgot our password since we havent played since was 12 (19 now). When we try to reset it, theres no email sent. Tells us we need our parent to confirm in the parental control center but when we go to the center and enter the email it says we have not made an account and leaves us with no next step. How will we ever get in if we have no parental account nor does it let us create one. Very sad about this, we used to love this game.
We love Moviestarplanet we have played it for years. We recently began playing it again after a year hiatus. It is so laggy and takes forever to load. When you play the On Location game in the app and close the app, any xp you had earned from the game disappears and it is very frustrating. We also noticed that a majority of the players for the original msp are getting older and we think they should adjust the game to reflect and fit the the age of the players.
Alot of us are coming back to the app, please fix the lagging and bugs. It moves so slow and we would really enjoy playing this game again.

The bugs r causing ppl to be logged out n temporarily unable to enter their acct. Its ridiculous & says it cannot connect or etc. Fix. This. People have been speaking up about this. We had a level 23 account with loads of coins and diamonds, we've played msp forever. Made a new account, LOADED with rares, and bought multiple month vip packages, we bought the $35 year vip top-up and all was fine, we decided to buy it again and BOOM took our money and gave us nothing. We wanted a refund and when given one we were BANNED. Our username is Zerphicx, we'd love it if you'd unban us. One star until the day we get our account back. UPDATE!! We made a new account and got as much levels and rares as we coukd before we decided to make the brave choice of purchasing the top-up again! We bought it and not only did it go from $35 to $45. It also GOT ME BANNED BUT STILL TOOK MY MONEY!! Msp do better and be better!! You banned Zerphicx and evanesqe for YOUR OWN FAULT.

We downloaded the game but it will not let us make an account. We make a username for example Elenapixiegirl and it says only letters and digits when that is exactly what Im putting. Fix your game.
We saw someone else comment this title and we would like to use it as well. We havent been active on the game in a while but like us, and many others, we are making our way back on the game and actively playing. But, with this lag it makes it hard for us to enjoy the game to its fullest!! Please please fix these bugs or please make it available online again!! We feel like it was its best while online. We know that you would gain a lot more players by fixing these issues!! We recently purchased VIP and would like to purchase a VIP package for longer BUT Im reluctant with the lag because nothing will load on the mobile app!! Thank you!! Im a veteran player with an account that is well over 10 years old. It shocks us that still, in 2025, this game has horrible lag even after becoming downloadable on both PC and mobile. We should not have to refresh the game every 10 or so minutes because something is not working or loading properly. Not to mention ourselves and others have spent lots of money on this game hoping it will get better. We love this game when it works so so much. Additionally, adding forums access to the mobile side would make the game so much better. Please listen to us and fix it. Make MSP better for everyone.
We love you guys completely however, the lagging on the website and app makes it frustrating to actually want to keep buying and playing. It makes the game leas enjoyable. We know several people that want to play lag free but just get frustrated with having to constantly close and reopen the game and it discourages people from wanting to play. Please fix this. We and alot of other people want to continue playing lag free.
Moviestarplanet has like 4 main activities, farming starcoins, shopping, dress up, and going to chat rooms to show off your new outfit, and you guys made farming harder and the dress up screen unusable.
So many features have left the game like the complete bio with achievements to look into, while the fashion is still there, the clubs feature was also deleted. We wish to return to our moms computer in 2013 when we played.
