We absolutely LOVE this game! Our favorite game, but we are running into technical issues when we want to add a tube. It is not giving us the option to purchase a tube, and ads are NEVER available! We have tried offloading and reinstalling, but that doesnt help. It is not just on Apple, either. We downloaded it on our dads android, and it does the same thing there. Please fix this.

This ad gets stuck every time we play ball sort game.
We would give a great rating if we did not have to wait out countless layers of ads and trickery to actually play the game. The ads just keep coming and they are getting longer and longer. Multi-stage ad gating. Its become one of the most frustrating features of free-to-play games, and its a totally annoying time theft. X that lead to ads >>> that lead to timed low-fill circles etc. There is a reasonable expectation of ads before the game is free but this is ridiculous and our time is valuable. Playing less and likely will delete.

We love this game its so relaxing and super easy if you have a child you should get this for them they will love it.
This game is very fun and satisfying you have to sort the balls and it goes from ezy to hard.
This game is beautiful, easy to play, and infinite playability without extensive paywalls. The ads are plentiful if you dont pay, but most of them are interactive, which isnt so bad. We appreciate that we can watch a short ad to get extra slots as opposed to paying for them. We also appreciate that you gain coins that open up more skins/customization. Id love to see animal styles like paw prints, cats, dogs and coat patterns; pastel or neon ball colors; skins featuring gemstones, crystals, music, and butterflies.
We really enjoy this game and could be addictive. We noticed the patterns are all the same the only thing changes is the levels. It then becomes annoying cause you already figured out the pattern which its not much challenging anymore.

Ive never ever reviewed a game, but this got irritated when Im trying to relax and play a good game. The game itself is great, so we decided to pay $7.99 for No Ads. We got up to about level 135-136 and we tried every possibility, but we starting noticing the puzzle was unsolvable without adding another vial for extra space. So you have to watch an Ad to get the extra help. If you advertise No Ads for a price, why do you make us watch another Ad to be greedy and get more money? We wish we never bought this game because we wasted $7.99.

Too many ads that do not allow you true enjoyment.
We enjoy this very game very much and happily paid for it to be ad free however you still have to watch VERY long ads if you want to add a tube or use reverse actions. There are other similar apps that are truly ad free with in-app purchase as advertised.

We really enjoyed this game until the update! Just updated the game and when we started it again: 1. Was not the same game- graphics now look like it is for children and 2. We thought enough of this game to purchase the no ads version, and it was disappointed to find that you still have to watch ads to access certain features, such as extra tubes or undos . But what we find strange is that you can earn coins with free spins and by, you guessed it, watching ads. But theres no feature Ive seen so far that we can use our winnings to purchase. Wouldnt it make sense for us to be able to purchase extra moves and tubes with our coins?? Definitely regret purchasing the no ads version. Theres absolutely no point to it.

This is not just misleading, its potentially dangerous. These kinds of ads could lead users to download unknown apps or files, putting them at risk of malware or other security threats. Its extremely irresponsible for app management to allow this. Developers should not just approve any advertisement without reviewing its safety and accuracy. App creators have a duty to protect their players not expose them to deceptive and possibly harmful content. We hope the developers take immediate action to screen and remove such ads.
