We like to play this game, but there are too many levels that are impossible to win. Its frustrating and we dont want to spend money to get to the next puzzle. Its fun until its too frustrating.
What is the purpose of the stars moving you up a leaderboard?? They should be used to purchase cards so an album can be completed or for gems to change tiles or backgrounds. Or just get rid of them if they dont do anything.
We love everything about this game but one key flaw that we hate is that you dont get to keep the different themed tiles and backgrounds that you have to spend actual money to get gems to buy them with. We do not like the fact that when we purchase them we can only use the theme for 200 turns. And considering im a casual player who plays through lots of levels a day 200 isnt very much fun if we have to keep buying gems to use the cute themes over and over again. They should be permanent if you are charging real money to use them. Otherwise it is a ripoff and makes the game less customizable and fun. And side note the ratios for the gem amounts should be raised if you charge a certain amount to buy the themed tiles and backgrounds.
We have been playing this game for a while. We dont pay for games so we know we have to put up with the ads. But having an ad every time you are done with a level. Thats WAY too much. We get having to have ads on there but you all put too much on here.
We love this game so much. The graphics and the mini games, just everything is amazing.
We play this game a lot, Im actually on level 3029 which is pretty embarrassing to us lol but if we could add something it would be the ability to purchase the boost without the packages.
Go back to the ads for us to win a prize why would yall get us started and then take it away.

We love this game so much. Its worth every penny to us. We just wish we had the option to purchase the fan , reverse, wand etc separately instead of just in packages. Or add more fans to it. We love to use those. We love that there are multiple games in one giving us chance after chance for rewards. Its entertaining and fun. We love this one best. The family is no longer fun or worth it. We traded that game for this one. Tile match is also good but not as good as this one. #1 game for us.
This is the first time we gave a negative review. After you made a purchase, you will lose the opportunity to get free coins. And the level becomes harder and harder.
We enjoy this game very much but we hate you dont have an option to opt out of the Treasure Hunt. We could do without a pop up screaming Failed at us every time we try to play.
We love playing this game. Its the best time matching game. We deducted a star because the game has been updated and the puzzle match game is different. Its more challenging to pass those levels. The graphics are difficult to read. The developers should have left this alone.
Good graphics, we like the actual game play except the timed ones. We play to relax and have enough deadlines and urgent matters day to day irl. Thankfully theres not many timed games, but they still come up now and then. Those timed ones are kinda stressful instead of relaxing, but otherwise its a nice game. Pretty graphics. Nice fonts. Cute characters and scenes.
We find it boring and just mindless. Im only playing it to earn points from MyPoints.

We have been playing for a while now, part of a great teambut now the options to get boosters on levels by watching ads has been taken away. We have been stuck on a level for 4 weeks now, which is frustrating and Im not able to help our team. Im DONE.

This is a fun game and we enjoy it but every time we buy a pack of coins, our card gets charged more than the amount advertised. We have disputed the charges with Apple but they never refund them so we are deleting this app and look for something else.
We have been playing this game on our iPad for over a year and really like the game. But the last update took away the free icons you watch a video and your able to try again with a free turn . Im 70 and retired and just want to keep our brain healthy since being retired is hard to do. So we like the perks of the game please give them back Thank you Gal.

Great afternoon, So we just received an update with Christmas theme and we also saw that you all implemented teams, you have allowed us to earn coins through tutorials youve given us the opportunity for different interactions throughout the games, like portals & the ability to switch cards and send things through team-building!! Awesome!!! For that we thank you all!! Now to balance our gratitude.. We would really like it if you stop forcing us into the elimination games in the app. Specifically, the one where youre in battle with other people, and if you lose you fall into the river. We dont enjoy stuff like that often or really at all. And you shouldnt have access to our rights as we choose to use the game. Im currently on level 6867 and this is the second time that we have played this game. We deleted it before to make space on our phone and at that time we believe we were at a level well over 2500 so please stop forcing us into things. Its our decision to play or not to play. This game is very relaxing for us. We experienced some self improvement competitiveness and overall we enjoy it. One other thing that we forgot to mention, we are very dissatisfied that its nearly impossible to complete the star books section, especially given that Ive played so many levels we cant trade on our own .. & we cant ask one another yet in that section. It just keeps saying coming soon so that forces us to keep playing until we fill up enough stars to get one of the gift boxes.We should be able to earn rewards. & It also takes so long just to finish the scenes or traveling chapters. We only get a small reward thats not even worthy of how many levels it took to complete that scene/travel from country to country. You make us have to buy unnecessary items without being fair about what you reward us with. We dont want to always have to rely on real money purchases. We love this game but our favorite part was the 5 daily challenges. But now they arent there anymore. Ill probably uninstall it since thats the main game we played.
Ive been playing this game for a year now. Its one of those games that Ive never grown bored of. We like the tile matching game and also the other little side quest game you can play that has all the days of the month and you can gain 10 coins for every level you beat. We enjoy it but we noticed it all of a sudden just disappeared. We are not sure if its a glitch or if they took it away from the game. We always looked forward to playing that. We hope it comes back.
The new update for the daily games is absolutely terrible. Its hard to distinguish items with the new layout. We used to enjoy the daily games. Please go back to the old version.
We used to really enjoy this game. We loved the daily puzzles but now theyre not fun at all. Theyre designed to make you use up your coins and boosters. Yet another game going for a money grab.

Ive played this game for a few years now, and it seems like they change the rules every other week and its very frustrating. They have made it nearly impossible to earn coins without paying. They have taken away all of the ads, so now we have to use coins to play games, and you have to hope you win to earn your coins back. We plan on deleting the app soon, once we have lost all of our coins we will no longer play. And if they keep with the track that they are going, other people will too.
We like playing the game but we only get .10 cents if we win the round. Also!! We dont always get the .10 cents for winning the round.
Its always the same challenges. The prizes arent comparable with all the cost.
Love this game! Our only issue with this game is that Ive been playing for over a year and Ive only completed 4/36 sets of cards meaning they dont give enough in that area for it to be completed and you get more coins and powerups, other than that. Great game.
For the most part, we love the Bingo side quest and the game. We find earning 5,000 or 7,500 is beyond impossible to achieve unless we make a purchase. We imagine other options would be to abandon our household responsibilities, sleep, and work. Oddly, we find adding two friends worse. Additionally, the daily quests have gotten ridiculous. The amount of objects to be found in the time given to find them is often under a second. The human brain is incredible, but that is too much. Especially when we have to sift through what is likely a hundred or more objects. We hope this makes an impact on the next update.
We have been trying to contact someone because we keep getting charges for purchases and Im not receiving the credits and its so hard to reach anyone other than writing a review. We need help getting these issues resolved. Theres also a problem where a purchase will list $1.99 but then you are charged 399 so there is a big discrepancy or error glitch, problem of some sort purchases through this app and Ive been trying to resolve this issue now for more than two weeks. We even sent an email through the app with no response.
We love this game it is so fun we can play this game without being bored.we love how there is not a timer it is soo much fun.we love the game.
We like this game, but they need to make some changes when it comes to some of the extras. When you buy cards, the large pack should not only come with 1 and 2 star cards. When building the cities, so many hammers should not be required. We lose interest really quick when we cant seem to move forward. There is no skill we can develop to make ourselves better it is a programming issue.
Good morning, Please fix the glitch that gives us just 4 lives everytime we open the app. It actually does not make sense. We do like this game but opening the app and seeing that we only have 4 lived every single time just brings our spirit down and our stress level up.
When we win the level it not giving us all the hammers we win. Please fix it.

Im on level 5542. Ever since you added the zapping/changing tiles, we very rarely play. Its SO hard to win a level. We love this game and dont want to give it up but we cant win any levels with the moving tiles. Also trying to get the keys to get the extra space(which should have been there anyway) is totally ridiculous. This game has gotten much worse since we started playing.
Im on level 4,325 and we simply love this game!! The levels are fun! We love how the titles change during holidays! The ONLY thing would be you never get purple/pink stars and we would love to get different tile sets, but we only have 7 (not sure how we even got those) and the title sets are like 100. :-( Please keep it up and please increase how you can obtain purple/pink stars!!! We just saw an ad pop up to get a match game and saw it was from the same developers and downloaded right away without hesitation.
Our wife and we cant agree on what all the icons are. Is it a pumpkin or tomato? For the longest time we thought the honey thing was some sort of torch. Please explain.
