We climbed the ranks rather quick. Once we had the option / access to larger buy in casinos we took the option of purchasing a couple of the discounted chip offers that always pop up. One reason being we figured Id go from 1+ billion to 2+ billon and have some fun making big bets and if we lost that extra billion no biggie just return to our normal tactics and continue advancing, simple right? Second reason we WAS really enjoying the game and the physical money contribution would be a thank you to the creators. NOPE! Big mistake. Its like from the moment you make a purchase you get locked into an algorithm where you either fold 60% of the time or just lose over and over. We put it down for a week or so thinking no its just our bad luck. Nope, no change. Downloaded on our work phone that has a completely separate Apple ID. Got up to 500 million, made a purchase and bam constant early folding and lost after lost.
The title is a bit generalized because there are players who know how to play the game but the majority anymore think you play poker like lotto. They obviously dont understand the game and go all in hoping they get numbers that match or make a hand. We personally cant stand them for long. But if you can find a good table with players who know the game it can be a lot of fun.
This game only lets people who spend real money win over time. If you dont spend money, you will constantly lose big pots on the river. There are much better holdem games at the store.
If you HOLDEM the cards dont come very often. If you FOLDEM the cards you need come very often. Just like most of the poker games Ive played. Like it does that on purpose.
We GET THE WORST HANDS POSSIBLE we LOOSE ALL OF THEM BECAUSE OTHER PEOE SRE LUCKY BUT NOT ME.
We dont usually spend money on games. Got a bit of unexpected cash and thought why not spend a few dollars since Ive been enjoying the lower stakes games here. As soon as we dropped $10, we had the most incredible run of our life, straight after flush after full house, every single flop hit for the next day. And then suddenly and dramatically, nothing. Ive put probably 10 hours in since then and have gotten nothing better than a pair, the number of hands Ive lost with AA, KK, AK, the odds of this happening are ridiculously low. We have no proof, but if its easy for them to do, profitable for them, and astronomically unlikely to happen naturally, our spidey senses start tingling.
But the game is rigged sadly but still fun to past time.
We erased our account by mistake. We have it for a few years. We have almost $200, million right now and we wanna open it again. Can you help us.
Why is it that sometimes when we have the winning hand the money gets split? There have been times when we loose it all because we have a straight when someone else has a flush.. But then when we have a full house the money gets split with someone who has a three of a kind which is two hands below a full house. Other than that, we enjoy this game! Very well made app.
We had a really great review before now. The game is still great, but this is the second issue we have had. First issue was we didnt get rewards issued like we were supposed to. Custom service did take care of it pretty promptly. But now we have a new issue. We purchased a $1.99 briefcase. We use our cash app debit card for things like this. We get text after purchase saying our cash app card, which has $25 on it, was declined for $37.00. Why is the game trying to charge us $37 for an item be advertised as $1.99? We thought maybe its a mistake. Tried again and got the same text from cash app. Messaged customer service, even sent a screenshot. Nothing. No reply.
We still think the game cheats. It seems most of the time we fold, the card we need comes up, and when we stay in hoping for something to complete a hand, we rarely get it. Then it seems when we get a good hand, someone else always has one better. We have two pair, someone always has a higher two hands. We get a straight, someone else has a higher straight, or a flush. We get 3 Aces, someone gets a full house. We get a full house, someone gets 4 of a kindvery frustrating.
Love this game been doing it for quite a number of years.

We used to love this app, but unfortunately the algorithm is ridiculous. Its at the point where you can virtually predict what cards will be coming, statistically ruining your odds.
This is our go to poker game, love the gameplay, team features. Our only issue is starting up the game is hit and miss, constantly saying there is no internet connection.
We like this version of the game. It is more realistic and random. You can play without pay, which is pretty cool. Cards not based on how much you spend. If you are a good player, you can play for free. We definitely recommend giving it a try. Hours of fun for free worth the five star rating.

We enjoy playing this game. The only problem we have is it take too long to get all cards necessary to get them all. The same cards are repeated too many times and enough coins are not given and players take too long to play.

It was frustrating and our concerns where addressed and we are so grate full This is not a easy game. Takes skill, timing,luck, and always competitive enjoy.

Have a lot of fun on app. The algorithm favors people who go all in,,,with junk. Other than that its over all appearance and function is way better than the competition.

Good game but seems like the higher your percentage rate, the less games you win.
The server kicks you off not because of your internet but their servers cant handle the games.
Its ok nothing really special about this game. You either are up or your down its never the same. There is a lot of inconsistency where if you have the higher hand its either split with another player or you lose even if you have the higher hand. Complained several times but customer service seems to always an excuse and refuses to send it to tech support. There has been many hands where our hand or hole cards are higher but lose anyway. Example we had an A10 and it was split to the other player who had an A2. Our hand should have taken the pot. Or we would have a pair in the hole and the other player twins the hand with 2 pairs. Just know that this game has some inconsistencies.
Very hard to win a hand. Every time we deposit money it seems to be way more favored for the house.
Sometimes you cant get a hand good enough to even ante with for 30 or more hands while one person will get pairs of aces, kings etc nearly every hand. In the mean time, some dork will go all in every other hand with nothing. Not like playing real poker at all.
