Our iPad died and we got a new one. Now we cant play word for some reason. Our sister and we were in the middle of a game when our iPad broke . How can we fix this problem.

It is a fun game and helps keep your brain going.
We enjoy playing words with friends as it exercises our brain and keeps us thinking. We get bored easy. We dont like to sit around and just do nothing and when we have some time to just relax, we get into playing the game. Im also pleased that Im able to transfer our score From one device to another. Thats not so with our games which is disappointing, especially when you have a high score and then you have to start all over again.
Entertaining to play a word game we enjoy and stay in touch with family and friends around the world.
We have no interest in any of the game Awards so their frequent promotion is annoying. We wish there were some type of opt-out.

Our goal when playing this game is twofold: keep our brain sharp and working. Ive also made casual friends via Words. It is fascinating to learn about Australia or Canada or another state or province.

We liked classic words better a few years back when all those so-called prizes meant something. Now they are a pain.
Our wife and we love playing this game however it is very hard to find a game that weve started. Because of this lack of clarity, we have started and stopped several games that the other person could not find it is not very clear.

Good game but do be prepared for an onslaught of advertising that can be quite distracting. Very annoying to have to back off a game, then re-engage just to avoid ads.
We dislike the Wordfinder aspect. You cant tell if the opponent is cheating or not. And of course, too many ads.
Overall we enjoy playing this game, but for the love of all things holy, please fix the rewards process. Its very annoying to sit through 10+ rewards played out when we click on the back button. And Skip All doesnt skip anything. Try grouping them together into 1 announcement.

Love the game, but HATE the annoying celebrations between rounds with someone. The celebration music is loud and annoying and it insist on coming back after one or more celebrations like one wasnt enuf.
Dont understand them and is a pain to have to keep pushing on all of those instead of combining into one or two.
We love this game and love that we can play with our friends. But we gave it 3 stars as it is super annoying that their is an ad after every play you take and we get tired of having to watch them and we refuse to pay 10 dollars a month to have no ads.
We love playing the original version. The new version has entirely too many ads, which takes the fun out of playing.
Its a fun game but the ads need to stop, it doesnt make sense to have a new ad where u have to click to exit 4 times everytime u play one word in the game. If that can be reduced that would be nice.

Mike Cerrigione Two things irk us. One someone plays a word and the game says valid word but not in dictionary, blah blah blah. Then you freeze The word and no one can play on it. If it's ok to use it should be ok to add onto.
Game is fun but if you dont pay you get bombarded by ads. And the ads dont end when you hit the x. Sometimes you have to his 3-4 xs before the ads ends. And lately some of the ads will bring you right to Amazon or a foreign website.
Ive tried rebooting, reloading, everything we can think of but it does not update. So we always have to defer to Classic . We loose points and rewards there and its so frustrating.
We just played a game where we got dealt all the 10-point letters and several 4- and 5-point letters. Its not a competition when one player gets all the high point letters.
Having to watch the bonus points series. Just let us play the game, please.
They used to only have ads after each round of the game which was fine. But now in the middle of playing a game a random ad will pop up and makes you lose concentration on the word you want to place. We're not pleased and think think the quality of playing the game went way down after this change.
Why do ads have to be after every play.

Great classic game but now with the last update theres literally a pop up advertisement in the middle of an advertisement. We understand the need for them, but its getting ridiculous to play some scrabble. Secondly, we opted out of the sharing our info and tracking our profile and its not obliging. We went out to a furniture store one night to look at bedroom sets and later that night, we all of a sudden have advertisements for furniture and mattresses. EXTREMELY CREPPY. Do, better yet, BE better. Come on.
Great game but way too many ads. Some of the ads have no option to close and you have to go to their website and the Temu add has porn.
Recently we could not get free coins by watching an ad. Why has this changed.
Ive played this game since 2011 and still gets so frustrated. They accept made up words, and absolutely ridiculous words in foreign languages, that look made up, as well as names of obscure places on earth, yet wont allow us to use place names ourselves. This is when playing the house, as REAL people dont come up with such garbage. Words from 500 years ago, in foreign languages is pretty dumb. Talk about stacking the deck for the house. Basically, you learn how to cheat like they do, but who likes to play with a cheater.
Wayyyy to many ads and long ads. Every turn, really.
A fun game, but the ads in between every move, and bonus awards that are unskippable, it can be an absolute SLOG.
We love playing this game with friends that we know and people we dont know. However, some of the ads will not go away unless we turn off our phone and turn it on again. That is very frustrating.
