Community Insight:

We experienced no bugs in the game like others have posted in their reviews, so we believe the developer is completely ironed out any bugs that were there before. The game took us approximately five hours to complete, maybe six, but it was an extremely enjoyable and soothing journey.

Best game ever. Please continue with a 3 and 4 and more. Two is not enough. Please keep it going.

We love this game and we hope the creators are working on more. The machines are so creative and fun. Please give us more and with more chapters. Thank you for what you do.

The designs and artwork are impressive, as are the incredible machines to unravel. Scratching our head was common, as we tried to even decide where to begin, sometimes.

Just a great open box type game with excellent graphics and unique clever puzzles. Must have.

We just discovered this game and its really good. The incredible look of it and the ingenuity. The puzzles were at all different levels and that kept us going. The clues are logical. You still have to do some real thinking but, knowing that the clues are ACTUALLY telling you something you CAN understand, it gives you incentive to keep trying to solve the puzzle.

Im in our 50s and this game is provacative and relaxing. Strange mix, but keeps you thinking and wanting to keep going to the next chapter. Loving it.

We noticed with some other games, the focus is on gathering stuff (keys, etc) from spread out locations. Machinika focuses on clever puzzles, a charming narrative and the flow feels natural and engaging! Love it. Hats off to the sound design team.

It is engaging, love story lines like this. Seem to be so fewGood Ones. Thanks.

Great game, well made puzzle mechanics integrated into a theme thats pleasantly different. Well done.

We absolutely loved this game! We have been hooked on puzzle games ever since playing the original Myst, and this one has a really cool plot to it. The combination of easy and hard puzzles is perfect! Cant wait to play the sequel. Well done.

This game is very well done, very tactile and the difficulty not too hard. Highly recommend.

Beautiful graphics, very well done, but we had to bail out part way into Chapter 7 and never finished. The puzzles became tedious and un-engaging. We stopped caring if we solved them or not.

Beautiful designs for the puzzles and five stars for creativity. Love the humor and mood of the game. The bugs which showed using our old ipad made us not want to continue chapter 7. We were stuck and read a walkthrough and realized that it was a bug and would need to reset the chapter.

We paid for the previous game Machinika atlas and had too many problems with it. Left an email message about it and never got a response back. Why pay for this game? No thank you.

This game is enjoyable to play, the puzzles really make you think, but the fuse box puzzle is so blurry its nearly unsolvable. If that bug could be fixed it would make the game perfect.

Its trying to be The Room but its not even close. Graphics are great, but thats about it. The game is not that interesting. The puzzles are not that hard to solve, and sometimes they are downright nonsensical. There are also control glitches on a touch screen. Kinda regretting the purchase.

What on earth do you need tracking for? Its a game. You do not need our shopping habits to improve the game unless you aim to sell them.

We love this game, we want to know when youre coming out with the second one the machinika: atlas.

Super fun and makes us use our brain.

If you like Meridian or other puzzle adventure games, youll love this. Great story. Puzzles were challenging enough to keep you engaged but not so much that you end up believing its broken. Very happy with the number of chapters. Now that Im done, cant wait for the next one.

This game is awesome, please dont ever stop making games.

Tricky at times but not too difficult to get through. Im only on chapter 5 but Im loving it. Thanks for creating this game, keep more of this coming.

Not a big mobile gaming person and never get into games we download but the story line and puzzles in this game are soo cool feel like it should be made into a movie or showalso not too hard to need clues its just the right difficulty.

Absolutely amazing. Loved this game. Great graphics.

Cerebral, challenging, unique and highly entertaining. Best game we have played in a long time. Fantastic graphics, entertaining storyline. Exciting and mysterious.

We never write reviews but you have to play this one. We are an automotive tech. It keeps our mind occupied and has the same feeling of satisfaction of fixing a complex electrical problem when you finish the machines.

Hope they come up with a part 2.

So awesome and great plot. Puzzles are reasonably tough but not unmanageable.

Absolutely remarkable! Encore! We need more.

As someone who has put in numerous hours to 100% complete the entirety of the The Room series, and other tap-to-investigate games like the Faraway series on the App Store (which we also highly recommend if you like these types of games), this is a must buy. We will say we think some of the content is on the easier side in terms of puzzles – we never got stuck on something for more than a minute or two – however that does not detract from the experience. The puzzles were just involved enough that although simple, we still highly enjoyed them. We really loved the concept of having different tools, clearly inspired by the eyepiece from The Room games. We almost wish more was done with them or they played a larger role than what they did. The setting is a great idea, and kept us interested the whole time! Honestly compared to other similar games, the price feels like a steal! Its a great little experience that we highly recommend, and we are looking forward to the sequel! Great job devs.

This was a great gameI had a hard time putting it down. It was just the right balance of challenging and solvable, plus easy to use game mechanics. Im really looking forward to the next gameI hope its available soon! There is a tiny hole in the story line. We hope its not a spoiler since Im not giving any hints about the actual puzzules, but if the ship has a visible hole, how could it support life during extraterrestrial flight? Also, does it make sense to assume that the atmosphere used by the alien pilot would support human life? Other than these two things, the story hangs together well, the game was super engaging, and it left us wanting more. The price point was also perfect for the length and quality of the game. We really prefer paying for a good game over watching endless ads.

Love the interaction ability. Nice thread of story. Well done.

Pretty good game. No problems playing it on our iPad. Some of the puzzles seem almost impossible until you finally figure them out. Well worth it for the small price.

Ive played em all, and THIS one had us feeling almost sick because theres no sequel or prequel to this as we type. The fact this game has an ENDOSCOPE and digital ITEM-SCANNER/duplicator takes it to a whole new level; its not the stale mystery lens gag of The Room & DaVinci games. Dont get us wrong: The Room series set the bar, and high, but this game was just so much more imaginative and creative than all the others. No two ways about it. PLEASE make with another, Littlefield!! We NEEEED!! Ha.

This game is a great deal of fun. Puzzles are solvable without help, and some are hard enough to keep you busy for some time.

We loved this game! Had to YouTube a couple times where we got stuck, but really enjoyed the adventure. At the end of the credits, it says the adventure will continue in Machinika 2: Atlas, but when will it arrive??? Anxiously awaiting this sequel.

We can only hope you developers are going to continue the story. Great endingleaving us to just imagine and wait for more.

We love bits and pieces of outer space puzzles and their connection to other beings not from our own world , please make more of them. This Machinika puzzle is very interesting and also educational at this point of the game its been very enjoyable thanks for creating it.

We love this game and cant wait for the sequel, but the necklace bugs out when you put in the stone and the fuse box puzzle is blurry and difficult to see what your doing.

This game is really good to pass the time M and makes your brain think outside the box on solving the puzzles it took us probably in couple days to finish but if you wanna take your time and only finish one per day you could probably finish it in a month probably.

We love this game, while theyre were a few bugs in the beginning, they eventually got solved and the game was very fun. Our only advice: the next time more levels are gonna be added please make them relate to the ending scene to continue the story we think you have a very good game here with the potential to be a longer and very fun game.

Really enjoyed this game. Just finished it, will look forward to a sequel.

Graphics – PHENOMENAL Music/Sound Effects- Big thumbs up! Story- kinda there hard to critique without giving spoilers. A suggestion would be to have some sort of journal or narrative between chapters; like the main characters thought process as these discoveries are being made and NOT in the middle of the puzzle, revealing unnecessary hints to solving the next step and speaking of- adding an option to disable hints would help add a challenge for those looking for something more, without reworking this otherwise masterpiece. Also, who is the person we are playing? What is their role? Like are they working in a shipping/receiving department of some company, or just an individual collector of some sorts? Difficulty- 4/10 Overall, we thought this game was too simple, & almost didnt purchase it the chapters were way too short as we previously mentioned, the hints are unnecessary & wouldnt fix the lack of difficulty, but it would certainly help or at least have the option to choose if they are on. Overall, this game is awesome & amazing we wouldnt change anything about the existing puzzles but hope to see significantly more challenging puzzles added in the future! Edit: After completing the game, we rescind some of our previous remarks regarding THIS game, & would forward those suggestions to future projects. The only big suggestion we would make, is to change the prompt for writing a review to the end of the game. Our attitude toward this game changed quite a bit as we progressed through it. Very much worth the $4.99 & dare we say, even more. Perhaps a way to give this game more of the value it is worth would be to charge $0.99/chapter (with the first chapter, or tutorial chapter being free) this way a big price wouldnt deter people from trying it out. We are hooked & eagerly anticipate what you have to offer in the future! Thanks!!! 10/10 =].

This was a totally unique, beautiful, mysterious puzzle game with a responsive interface. There was only a few times we got stuck and had to go online to find walkthroughs but otherwise pretty great. We had to restart a chapter once because we went out of sequence. Overall though we give it five stars despite the few things here and there because we havent played such an enjoyable puzzle game in a long time.

Restarted this chapter twice but at the section where you line up the lights using the scope we were unable to get the third light to work no matter how slow we moved the circle. Disappointing to say the least considering we paid for the game.

Its like The Room puzzles. A very cool 3D interactive game. Youre dealing with mysterious and futuristic devices that at the end it means something. Beware: Chapter 7 constantly gets glitches. We had to restart that chapter a few times to make it work. It looked like you got stuck but it was glitching actually.

This game is excellent and the gameplay for all the puzzles have been very smooth up until the two latest chapters. Chapter seven is so buggy that Ive had to restart the chapter 3 times because the puzzles were not loading properly and items in our inventory kept disappearing. Im playing on a brand new iPad thats only a few weeks old and its already glitching. Im hoping bug fixes will be released soon.

Can not-finish the game.. Looked the cheet on YouTube..dont help.

This is a great game and a entertaining but a little bit over priced for such simple puzzles. For the price Im expecting 20 plus chapters. Hopefully to be continued.
