The main objective of the Spider Solitaire is to remove all the cards from the table by creating descending sequence of the same suit, from King (K) to Ace (A). When a sequence is completely formed it is automatically removed from the game.
Besides the possibility to drag the cards there is two movement modes, the classic and the automatic mode. On the automatic mode simply click on the card (or sequence) that must be moved and the game will find the best spot.
On the traditional mode it is possible to move a card or runs of cards by simply clicking over the desired cards (or group) and then on the destination.

Great, fun version of Spider Solitaire.

The spider app is easy to use. The game itself has a problem. The same value cards appear on each round. For example, the Jacks appear with the Kings a great percentage of time. The cards should come out in no particular sequence, but rather in haphazard values.
The game is fine, it is just slower to respond than what we are used to.
Please get rid of the Heinz/Kraft/Wal-Mart ad (with music). Every time it comes on (more than 5 times in 10 minutes), the game locks up until the music stops. HORRIBLE ad.

Unfortunately the new update doesn't have a pause button. We lose the game we were on and have to start new. Other than that we love the game and the app.

This game has no hints so you have to get the cards where they need to be without help. One of the few games we have chosen to keep on our tablet.
Love the game. Beginner level is addicting, next level more challenging, and fun. We do wish you could reset the times you won and lost. As you improve an become more proficient it is extremely hard to catch up or exceed you previous losses.

Love this game. We play it on the train to and from work, helps us relax and makes a repeated boring trip go faster.
So call us crazy, we downloaded 33 spider solitaire apps trying to find the one that has everything we need & most of what we want. This one is almost perfect it has: – Tap to move & it makes intelligent choices (unlike many others which you will see explained in our review of those apps) – Game difficultly levels & Game Center integration – Cards are easy to see and layout works in horizontal play – Options for cards & background The only problems we have with the app: – Rather than a help button it has a card bounce effect after 5 seconds, we really prefer a dedicated help button & no bounce. This should be an option. – we could not find a way to get rid of the very distracting flashing ad on the bottom of the screen. No in app purchase, no separate game for purchase w/o ads. Were it not for the above, this would be a 5 app. As it stands 4. We won't use it with the ads, so delete for now, but we hope devs make a change. As an aside – DEVS PLEASE NOTE: it was ridiculous that to get here to leave a review we had to use the help button which sends us to your website help page, load your home page which is in a foreign language and find our way to the get your apps from App Store. There should be a button in your app for leaving a review. Although the aggravation makes us want to dock a star from the rating, we don't think it would be fair to the rating of how well your app works. We WILL NOT go thru this aggravation to leave a review for any of your other apps.
Nearly every time we "Restart", a board of jumbled cards appears; half the time "New" shows an incomplete board to begin.
Great game for fast brain working entertainment.
We enjoy this game to the point of addiction! This new version is much better than the former versions. We do have one complaint–if we have to leave the app to answer a text, etc, the game we were on exits and a new one starts. Thus seems to be since a recent update. Sure wish you'd fix that.
Wish this game could be played by tapping instead of dragging cards. Former much easier than latter.
Change it back! Why fix which wasn't broken.
Quadrimind "updated" their program to 4.0 and now ALL of our history of the game is gone. We've spent hours playing spider solitaire and improving our stats and now it's gone. We are extraordinarily unhappy with the company for wiping the program with this new update. We will recommend any of their products in the future to anyone. We wouldn't have minded the change in layout and skin if the history of our game play had remained on our pad. It's unconscionable that the company did not give a warning that their new version would destroy all one's hard work. Don't get this product.
Was working great until 2 days ago. Now says "waiting" but won't open. What happened.
