We have been playing this game for years. This last change that you made is horrific. How did you come upon only giving one round? Why did you make that change? Also, there was a group of players, who were not AI who played often? We just cant tell you how disappointed we are we probably will never play anymore.
Best thing about this app is playing against other real people. That truly increases the chance and strategy of the game. Worst thing is that rarely are there enough players to fill a game so the AI steps in. Then the AI cheats at the game. Particularly the AI is allowed to swap Jokers of played melds and keep them in hand. For a real player the joker swap must be completed by playing back in that turn. This isnt really AI or machine learning. Each of the AI players have different strategies which you can pick up on. Wish there were another multiplayer option out there.
We used to love this game. You could easily play against real opponents. Now with the updates you mostly play AIs (aka a computer). That wouldnt be terrible except the computer almost always wins.
We used to enjoy this game because it was easy to play with friends online. Not anymore. We cannot even find our friend anymore it always sends us into random games and they still have not fixed the sound mode. Everytime we open the game we have to turn on and then off the choice for sound. Frustrating.
Ive been playing this rummy game online for years. This last upgrade makes it so slow and clunky even when you put it in fast mode its still slow and takes forever to run a game. We never play online. We always play off-line. It takes a long time to play a game, and the response is very slow. Im going to have to find another Rummy game to play because this upgrade just ruined the game.

Have been playing for many months and appreciate the update done 3 days ago. However, you seem to have 2 choices of play: a quick game or with friends. Both choices only have computer bots to play against. Please detail how to play multiplayer online with real people! Thanks.
We used to play this game all the time – every day. With the newest update, players are no longer sitting around the table but are squished to one side. And though we choose to play online, the players now say Al1, Al2, and Al3 instead of players memes. We do not want to play against Als, which is why we choose online. The app now seems slower and clunkier. Wish we could go back to the old version. Im looking for a new rummy app.
This was a darling game, easy to use, great real player interface. The version you just released is clunky – almost unusable. It makes us suspect the game was purchased by a competitor and downgraded to chase users onto another app.
While playing occasionally would not allow us to pick up card on turn.
The UI on the app is mediocre and melding and picking up cards are slow when playing online but thats not the worst thing in the app, the clock timer is really bad, if the time is up the AI randomly picks and discards the card without even asking the player and there is no way to turn off the timer in the game. Its frustrating UI and timer clock is what is making give this app a bad rating.
Fun game. But in online play it constantly crashes, freezes, and says you have left the game, while you are in the middle of playing! Happens at the least every other game. Seriously annoying. Dont waste your time if your looking to okay head to head online.
This game is awesome. But one thing they should update in this game is the possibility to finish the game without piling a last card. If we meld all our cards over the table we won the game because our hands will end up empty.
We would rate as a 5, but every time we start a game after the first hand or so it quits allowing us to move our cards. It will not let us discard, meld or move cards around, then time runs out and it automatically discards the last card we received and forcing us into leaving the game. We loved this game and it worked fine for weeks before this started happening.
The How to play the game instructions didnt actually tell us how to play, it didnt show us how to lay down melds or even how to declare a rummy in offline mode.
This is our favorite online multiplayer game. The play is smooth. We like the sound effects of the cards as they are being played. We also appreciate that almost all of our online games of Rummy get played all the way through – players do not bail in the middle of the game. We really appreciate that and make sure that we are able to play the 3 or 4 hands that make up a game. We have been playing this game at least once a day for at least 4 months or so. Overall, this definitely deserves all 5 stars.
In the setting mode if the double opponent score could be removed after a first lay down rummy, the game would be a lot closer when playing in the hard mode. Good game, great mechanics. Only a 3 because of double score rule.
How does 7 + 5 equal 24? Or Jack, 10 & 4 equal 48. The app math is often inaccurate.
We've been playing this game for a while, but we've been having issues with the new 4 player multiplayer consistently crashing on us. We don't know if it's other people leaving, and if it is, it would be nice if an AI took control so the game can go on. Thanks.

We enjoy this game, but laying down the cards is squirrelly. Sometimes they wont stay, especially the jokers. Sometimes the game locks up. The advertisements at the bottom are obnoxious and distracting. Its way too easy to hit one of those when trying to move cards around in our hand and off to safari it goes. The levels are way off. Normal is no challenge at all because its so easy. And hard is no fun at all because the computer rummies first or second draw. Please update this! It could be a five star game with some tweaks.
Decent rummy game. Love and hate it. Currently am writing this, asking developer to please eliminate the strange music that randomly appears out of nowhere, sometimes. We have the sounds disabled. We have to close the app out to get rid of it. Its not even good music, just a repetitive beat. And no, an ad hasnt opened. Strange choice, developers.
After we played about 200 times the AI began to cheat. After we win a round the AI wins the first game in the next round always. And then it cheats on every play. We can get the same card four times in a row and usually it lays down cards two to three times before we do. Cheater.
The app keeps crashing after each deal and it is highly annoying. We do NOT recommend anyone to download this game!!! It is seriously a waste of time and space on your cell phone. We will never play this app ever again and it does NOT do rummy the right way!!! So done with this game.
Other than the following, enjoying the game, so thanks!… Now to possible bug: Why is the opponent not laying down any melds, picking up our discarded card only to then turn around and discard it on the same exact turn? The first two games, the computer operated just fine. Can this be fixed.
We have been playing this game for a long time and have enjoyed it. But now they have started advertising during the game at the bottom of the cards. This is very distracting and we totally do not enjoy playing the game anymore. Until they correct this we will find a new game to play… Not sure if we should have given it 3 stars for this reason. Before this we would have given it a 4 or 5.. The advertising between each game was annoying but we adjusted to that. But don't have the advertising on-top of our cards.
This app won't let us play off of cards on the table. In some instances, such as adding to something is fine, but dissecting what's been played (to start a new run, or switch out a joker) is impossible. So much ability to be a really great rummy app.
We enjoy playing this game but it cheats. When it's our turn to get a card off the discard stack, the opponent will snatch it. The opponent also seems to start the game more. Other than that, it's fun.
One of the better rummy apps, but after playing for a week we're knocking it down to 3 stars. Allows you to arrange your cards as you want and has the auto arrange button. We know the rules of rummy but this has a few different ones. Not all are outlined in the help and some are changeable in the settings, but not customizable enough for our liking. Says it supports Game Center challenges, but we can't find it anywhere to play with friends. Difficulty settings are WAY off. Normal is too easy, the deck shuffled THREE times and no other players laid down and we gave up. On Hard the other players rummy in the first and second rounds way too often.
Love the game but the advertising is ridiculous, the latest update said it fixed it but that was a lie.
Love the game but just recently while playing we get redirected to an advertisement. While its opening a page we have to wait then close it out. Very annoying!! We got 11 ads in two minutes while trying to play.
This app used to be good. We would play all the time. We didn't mind the ads to much, but now the app constantly closes and plays and replays ad after ad after Ad for Ad and you can't even play a hand anymore. Going to delete the this game soon.
Way too many, very annoying ads! This game is definitely not worth all the pestering that comes with it.
This was a good app, but suddenly it keeps redirecting us to some websites or to the App Store every time it's our turn. Unless there is a way to turn this off, this app is no longer worth playing.
Bad game!!! Opponents go out on first time around (computer generated).
We cant get 40 points on our first turn or "initial meld". What now? We cant do anything? It wont let us draw or discard or anything.
Game is great except for pop up error messages that won't go away.

After the last update, we can't listen to our music while playing the game. Please fix. We are using IPhone 5.
At the beginning the game continuously lets you win. It will draw the card we discard and then immediately discard it again. Eventually, however; it will get to the point where you will never win. The game will rummy on the 2nd hand and you never have time to get decent cards. We think this could be a really fun game but when it's given to you or leave you no chances, it's just no fun.
Though not like regular Gin Rummy but we like it!! Its kinda like Canasta cuz you have to Meld 40 points each hand before you can lay down any. One thing id like better is instead the minus negative points, change it to where the points are positive and add them up to a player scores + 500 points. But we recommend this app.
It is not bad but over time we notices we get same suits. The computer player is not challenge enough. If we used hard they win all the time and if we put on normal we win all the time. Just say we got bored with it. Also annoying ad keep popping up. We're this close installed this.
And it's really good and never glitches. We love this app ;-).
First off we have been playing this game tonight for 3 hours straight and we are in the middle of a game on our Xbox 360 also (Dead Space Trilogy) lol and we can't stop playing this Card game lol. Anyways great game, and we will have to purchase the non-advertising version soon because (1) it's an awesome game and (2) the Adds are annoying as all get out!!! :-) So if we were you we would skip the free version, take our word its worth the .99 cents lol.
