The new upgrade wiped out our progress that we earned by playing for years. Support is not responding via the usual channels. Any fixes for this.
Love the game but it runs out of energy too fast. You should have tapjoy for gold coins and energy.
What you have done to this game is unbelievably bad, to the extent that Im deleting it from this iPad. The other iPad, we have refused to upgrade because we were seeing things we dont like, and am seeing more, even without an update. We envision deleting that version as well, sooner than later. Ive been playing this game for many years, and have watched how youve systematically destroyed it. We are not pleased/.
We love this version better than the version for the iPhone. This one gives us unlimited energy opportunities and it is so much fun! We wish you could profit from all of the crops and not just some of them though…hopefully that will be fixed in an update.
Its too hard to make any profits on this game. The game used to be a great game – our favorite game. Then they stopped doing anything with it. We were so excited to see they brought it back. Its just not the same game though. It takes forever to make enough money to make any purchases. We cant even get enough money to update the chicken coup or buy a sheeps pen. The profits are ridiculously low, and some produce you lose money on. For the amount of energy, the profits need to be higher so that you can buy the items needed to keep up with the game, otherwise you fall way behind and the game becomes pointless and boring! Please make it more like it was before, it used to be a really fun, great game.
This game is very relaxing and fun to play. We have been playing this game for 6 years and have spent over $1,000.00 USD on this great game but today we started to play this Game and the entire screen was filled with floating/moving Zs The Zs really distract you from playing this Great Game. We know the Stupid Zs are telling you that your Factories & Plant Land Patches need to make or grow something but it is Absolutely Ridiculous! You only have 4 workers who cannot be everywhere at once. The Zs are so distracting that you are not even able to play the Game correctly. Since Qumaron took over this Game they have made some Good Upgrade Changes But they also made some very Bad changes to the point that we dont even want to play this Game anymore! This is so Sad because they could have made a lot more money if People really Enjoy the Game! The Game is no longer Relaxing & Fun But now its Stressful & Annoying! We Rated this Game 2 Stars because of the Zs When it used to be a 5 Star Game.
This game was our favorite up until qumaron took over. Now its too hard to get anywhere in the game. We keep coming back hoping its been changed back to some of the way it was before but nope.
If we could give this zero stars, we would. You start off with only 24 energy, and rapidly use them off on the most insignificant things, like mowing the lawn, and then have to sit there another half-hour before you can refill your energy to do anything else. Get rid of the energy requirements. You are losing customers this way!! Big mistake Big Fish.
Love playing this game! Just wish we could have the game progress saved so we could play across all devices.

We remember why we quit playing. The most recent update (this summer) wiped out all of our collections. We were saving our gold coins in our collections instead of cashing them in because we were always spending them accidentally. This was on the heals of losing all our connections to friends and not being able to collect at Jennys farm without the game crashing. Dont know if these issues are fixed, but we are still starting over with our collections. Needless to say, Im disappointed and not checking in much.
We have spent quite a bit of money on Farm Up HD and was at level 32. Now the game wont load when we try to play. We down loaded Janes Farm Up version, and that works, but Im really annoyed that we had to start all over. Not only that, but the new version requires more resources to complete tasks. Im not putting anymore real money into this game.
Rated this 5 stars awhile back and been playing for years. We hit level 59 and seems like that is the highest level cause all our collections we have accumulated are gone that we have worked to build up and also there is no number to show us how much we need to achieve to the next level. Does this game only have 59 levels? …. Then take what you have achieved in the collections away? Would like to keep playing if it does only go to 59 but give us our collections back we earned. You replied for us to update the game.. There is no update date for us to update it. Ok now got an update and still collections gone … Cant get into Jenny friend farm to help earn a gold coin. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IT GOES TO ONLY LEVEL 59. Funny how all replies are update the game . Sometimes there is no update. Whats going on.
7/16/18 for the past 2 days the game has stopped generating power. Meaning, when the came is closed no energy collects (1 every 3 minutes) to continue play. When we return after several hours of no play nothing has been earned. This is a very new problem. ** This game has become increasingly unstable with the past updates. Ive lost all collections multiple times, its impossible to deliver goods because links are missing, theres no way to complete daily quests and earn gold by going to Jennys farm without connecting to Facebook. What the heck has happened? Is DT running your company like he is our country.
Since downloading the latest update, we cannot visit ANY other farms to earn our gold coin. We have been a week or more without this ability. Grrrrrrrr. We have been playing this game for 5+ years and really miss playing it.
Since the newest update, we tap either the globe in lower left, or the boat, train, or bus stop. When the map comes up and we choose the location to send the item requested, there is no send button. Also, there are some glitches where the face of the grandparents dont show when you tap on them.
Since the update yesterday we cant do global orders. When we click on the global orders it wont let us send it!. Please fix this.
When we complete a quest and am asked if we want to share to Facebook and or twitter for gold coins it continues to say error something.
Ive been playing this game for a year or so. Yesdterday we were taken all the way back to the beginning of the game. Still have our silver and gold coins but the farm is level one. Help.
We enjoy the concept but we never seem to have enough energy and it takes too long to collect it.

You guys should put a lot more different kind of animals and bees, fish, flowers, pants, trees to make honey on the next update please.
We play it all the time… Sort of addicted to it. Would love to see they develop more new exciting tasks beyond the highest level so far (level 59) to keep Farm Up fans having fun playing and loving the game. We only don't like the forcing of using gold coins to progress etc. We ourselves don't have Facebook and a credit card yet and stuff, but we do have a job and y'all game..we been playing on two accounts and we've bought, help fans like us and we help you yes. Highly addictive, awesome game!!! The only problem….a big problem….is the repeated attempts to connect to Facebook when you start the app before you can play the game….. Please add a feature to turn this off.
Game seems to be dead! We've lost all our neighbors! It was such a great game! We still play by ourselves cuz we loved every the game. Hope they fix it soon and we get our neighbors back.
We gave this game one star because of issues. We enjoyed playing but got frustrated with the many glitches in this game. 1. Unable to add friends and none of the people (Grandma, Grandpa, and Jennifer) have received credit for all actions. 2. Takes much too time for energy to build. 3. Requires too much REAL money to play. This is just a few of the problems with this game.
Deleted this game 3 times hoping they would fix…can't do anything without paying for energy…this time we paid and now can't get on the game…lost our money.
You can't complete task without energy. To get energy you have to hit certain butterflies to get water to convert to energy.
Great graphics, more ways to earn gold…lots to do…this game is well worth playing.
Really fun game, with a lot to do! Could we get some way to make the canners process faster? Maybe buy upgrade to be faster? We don't want to use all our coins for instant finish. Cool game. Pls make more like this.
Love the game…. Am at the max of level 59… Husband should help reap crops… Water crops… Get rid for the spin wheel…it is useless… Shorter grow times. Also unlimited play for an hour. Who has 4 to 10 hours.
Beware !!! We payed for coins, but never received them. We contacted them twice, never got an answer back.
Game glitch allows you to make purchases and sends you an error message. Your iTunes account gets charged. Company does not respond to emails or customer complains. Buyers beware of in app purchases. Realore- have at least one person at your company look into this…people want to spend money.
We have been a daily player for years and have decided it's finally time to give up on Realore. An issue submitted last month still has not been responded to and Apple had to refund our money. It's too bad Realore stopped caring about its customers because now the customers will stop caring about them. Our rating is strictly based on lack of customer service, not game play.
Do not care to be constantly harrassed into other games, considering deleting too pushy. Also we have no friends in game and will not harrass facebook friends. So no way to have friends in game or fun.
We love this game because we had played it a lot of times and we rated it because it is the best game ever.
This is a really fun game. We can relax while we play because, so far, there's nothing we have to do against a clock. We like that. We're not sure what we're supposed to do with the crops we harvest – sell them or use them to create the goods from our factories? It would be great to have some guidance on that subject. BUT the farther into the game you get the more money you have to spend. We feel at some point the player should receive some monetary reward for their progress. This is what perturbs us with this in app purchasing. We can't afford to spend money like that. Since we're retired and on disability these games are a lifesaver for us, but we're going to have to shelf it and go back to our one time payment games such as Royal Envoy. Shame on you developers and big companies for being so greedy. Please give us rewards for playing your game.
Although the concept and set up aren't bad, your earned items decrease over night and you cannot progress without making purchases. It's a shame that's the way they make more money.
Game is fun so far but chicken feed is priced to high we'v had real chickens the feed was not that much.
Why have our neighbors disappeared all of a sudden? Is there a problem with the app. We keep getting no connection error. Our WIFI is working fine just not on this game. We like playing but if this continues we will have to delete.
Even though we have read some bad reviews for this game, we have not had any trouble finding our stuff. All we have to do is click on the barn, and we see all the crops, and eggs we get from the farm. The only trouble we have had so far, is finding neighbors.
We have been playing this game for over a year. Our farm was well established and profitable. This last update took away the only free method of earning gold, which is required for just about everything. Now there is no reason to log in EVERY DAY, it is just a waste of time!!! What was a really fun game to play is now less than worthless. Dont waste your time on this crap fest.
We bought this game about a year ago or so. It was one of the most pleasant games we played from the App Store. Fun, easy to learn, innovative ways to upgrade your farm, great atmosphere. Since the update, you can't do all that needs to be done on your farm because they implemented an "energy" bar. Now, to work on your farm, you need to spend major cash. Terrible idea, guys. And because crops go bad if you don't harvest them in time, lack of energy has detrimental effects to the cash you are bringing in. The developers are forcing you-not urging you- to pay real cash. Until the developers change this element of play, we are deleting this app. What a shame. Great gameplay, short-sighted implementation.

We really like this game a lot, we play every day. The one thing we wish is that there were more space and land.
We give this game two stars, one star because we like the story plot and another because it is fun to a point. However like so many other games you have to spend money to play it. Once we put forth five dollars to play for four hours and then we had no restrictions. We do not want to spend five dollars every day just to play this game. What we're looking for and just cannot find anywhere is a Farm game that we buy out right without needing to pay every single time we play it. We can only play this game for a few levels before they make it impossible to play without spending money. We're going to delete this game.
Farm up has great potential, but all that it could be is utterly destroyed by the financial model. In app purchases of gold coin are required to do even the simplest tasks. As a result this game was not fun for our daughter and not fun for us. There was a moment in the game where we could not do anything without a purchase. That goes beyond in app purchases and borders on extortion.
