We rated this app with one star, but really it deserves more. We didn't give it more than one star because the app is free, but the minute you go broke, you have to either wait 30 minutes to get a measley $1,000 in chips to continue playing, OR you literally have to BUY more chips. There is something not quite right about buying fake chips, with real money, to pretend to gamble. If you choose to buy the chips, when you win, it's not like you can cash those chips out for real money like you spent to buy them. We would much rather have paid for the app and be able to play uninterrupted, than to wait the 30 minutes when we go broke, because there is no way we're going to buy chips from these folks. Other than that, the app is actually a pretty swell app.
Fun way to learn the game, but would be nice if there was a way to either pause or slow the game down so you can analyze the hand (for new players), and the description of the game needs to let users know they have to buy chips if they blow through the first free set (or have to wait for 30 min for a new set of free chips.). If the game is going to be free, really make it free… But we do like the game.
We had never played this game before but now that we have we love it!! Great game.
This game is so highly entertaining. Easy to pick up, even without reading the rules. And free! Totally worth it.
You have to purchase chips if you wish to continue playing, what a scam! Not so free! FALSE ADVERTISING.
