We previously wrote a comment like this but it seemingly went into the void. Emailing support will not do anything, because Hothead Games went out of business in December 2024. Nobody has been maintaining the servers on their games so inevitably, all their games will be completely offline very soon.
Idk if theres a team that is full bronze and u have a 99 ovr team and u lose thats JS dumb. Anyways decent game and we had 1000 big bucks and we didnt get a superstar.
This is the best game ever we love it and we play it everyday.
Fun game have played it for a couple years. Only recommendation is to have more player customization.
When we were playing we had so much fun despite going up against teams with all platinums it is such a fun game.
The only reason we have this game 5 stars and not 4 is because our team is really good and we dont have any problems anymore. Also we think you should add multiple lines to the game so those extra players are being played and not just sit on the players spot. Also please give the platinum jerseys and any jerseys a boost if you get them. Because we feel like their is no point to have gold and platinum jersey cards besides it looking cool. Also you should a logos card to it. Just like the jersey card it would be very cool if the logos arent just the hockey sticks and the shield. Also please make a card pack that is just a full line up of platinum players and price it at something like 1000 big bucks so every time we open. 400 big buck pack we always get the same position and it is annoying. Also MOST IMPORTANTLY PLEASE PUT A LANGUAGE FILTET ON TEAM NAMES. We are tired of playing teams with the names just being the n word or other vulgar words. And finally please have a level vs level matchups. Because we always feel bad when our team full of platinums plays a level one team that had only played one game.
Play in the amateur tournaments youll face teams with similar overalls to yours for a more fun experience on watching the team play.
Really enjoy the game; however, its currently glitching every time we attempt to join a trophy grouping. Hard to get to into the game when a major part of it isnt functional. Hope this gets fixed soon.
Still love the game but we wish there would be an update implemented to where you could watch your friends games too.
We love this game, so much we have two accounts, but we tried playing this account with our other account earlier yesterday, and it said that there was an error, ever since its been like that and we havent been able to play our friends, please fix this soon, when you do this game is five stars for us.
So for iPad now you are unable to create a new team in big win. The buttons just simply do not work. Devs if you are reading this please fix so we can play the game.
You know when your just having fun playing big win hockey then switch to Roblox come back and the screens really wide and you cant press anything please fix it Ive been locked out for a whole year! So do us a favor and please fix it because we have a great team and we wanna play.

Do you ever win in this game? We downloaded game and didnt expect to be good starting off and our team wasnt. Got demolished the first game. After that we spent money and now have a decent team and still cant win? We have yet to win a game and Ive played against teams rated lower.
This game is amazing! We used to love playing all the time. But now, whenever we open the game, the screen is very stretched out, and you cant click any of the buttons, making the game unplayable.
So we love the game but every time we join in freezes and wont let us click ANYTHING we have to swipe out of our tabs LIKE 7 times also Im literally a 40 and Im getting matched up with 95 how is that fair? Some things are broken and if we were one of those people who spent countless money on this game and You tie a 40 Overall thats ridiculous.
We used to love this game. Our son and we would play it all the time and re-name the players after his hockey friends. Im probably one of the few that actually spent money playing. Now we have to watch an ad after every two games. Thats ridiculous. We can see watching an ad to get more energy but now we spend more time watching ads than actually playing the game.
This game was fun and was playing weekly but it's clear they have let it go. Emailed support letting them know the game was broken and they never got back got to us or have fixed it. Can't even get in to the game. Disappointing but it is what it is.
Well its 2025 and we still enjoy this game a lot but the game needs to get a new version that works every time we load to play it says error 24/7 and it makes it very um enjoyable consider making a new hockey game or give it a bug fixing update so it all runs smooth like it use too.
Please for the love of god, this game NEEDS an update. Cant even enter tournaments anymore and can barely play a game without it saying there was an issue.

Its like every game we play in tournaments is a 80+ team with platinum and purple (highest level) players while our team is 51 with a gold and silver player. HTF am we supposed to build a team with the constant mismatch??? So dumb.
You cant even play all you do is watch not for us.
The game is awesome but there is one thing that messed up the whole thing and when we say that we mean the WHOLE ENTIRE GAME, it like makes everything bigger and now its scrunched all up into one screen and when we click something it wont work and we have to click in a random spot to open so we really hope they fix this bug.
Okay we download it right after the long waiting for the make team we cant get past the privacy.
Please update the system. We really need to update. We love playing this game. We dont want to stop specially when its hockey season for us.
This game is great! We get upgrades cheaply, and we can watch a video for lots of coins. Sometimes we might play against a player that might be 402-271-93 when we are 67-23-39 but we actually win most games because our players are high in stats. Those card packs are great even the bronze ones are! You even get a bonus of 500 coins which occurs we think every time you win. You can even customize players names country of origin and even their jersey. Overall, 10/10.

MAKE A 2023 UPDATE. Just make a new game but better. Theres so much you can do and we hope it happens.
We used to play this game a couple years ago on our dads phone and it was ULTIMATE AWESOMENESS, FUN, and NOSTALGIA! We ABSOLUTELY LOVE hockey, and hockey cards, and its something we would VERY MUCH so LIKE and really ENJOY! CREATING and MANAGING your team is GANGBUSTERS EPIC! One of the biggest features this game has which really gets us is that UNLIKE MOST sports TEAM MANAGER GAMES you can watch your guys play the ENTIRE EVENT! We JUST RE-DOWNLOADED the game and it was DOPER THAN DOPE.
Theres so much more you guys couldve done with this game such as adding a playoff mode, being able to switch lines, add Captains, etc. Please update the game.
If you add iceing and a little more saves by Goailes It make it feel longer and games be more interesting grate game.

This game is so fun getting different tier characters but we also think that when theres a tournament everyones team should be somewhat similar. And to all of the people who say there is bots its not its just pay to win and that should also be solved.

We love this game so much! We played big win baseball and took a peek and it was awesome. But big win hockey is even better! First of all, we love, and play hockey. Second of all, we like how you can change the players names and stuff. Also the team name and uniform editing is really cool. We love this game and y'all should totally download it. This game is super fun we think it is awesome but… Penalties should be shorter and the periods a little longer trades would be awesome you need full seasons it is that addictive Id download it as soon as you read this message this is the best game Ive played in years we hope you download it and we would like it if the creators would listen to some of our ideas.
Great game and Ive been playing it for years but the game needs an update. Id love to see a player market like madden mobile or fifa to buy and sell players. Id also love to see more promotion and advertising instead of just letting the game die.

But the best part is the rewards and the rewatch button.This game is fun to play watching videos a lot.playing events trying to win Stanley cups playing against all of your friends.Im 71 rating so its still pretty hard to win. But when l win its a big win. So fun all of the games are fun.
But theres one problemCan you add five bucks when you win that would be great if you do that upgrade.
We are on level nine with gold and silver players, perfect chemistry etc. We pick three golden cards to play in a game and we verses a level two with bronze players, no cards and bad chemistry, Im like okay, im going to win this easily. Next moment, the score Is four to one with us losing, now, we feel like we lose every game. But we still enjoy this game a lot. Thx.
We highly suggest an update in how big win football is where you can use your coins for things other than the bronze pack, such as uniforms contracts and the booster cards, and make the big rush packs more common, we cant remember the last time you could buy the big rush packs.
We are so into this game, it is so much fun.
This game is so easy for us to build up players!! Our strategy when we started a team, was to wait for the weekend event to start, and then try to keep our placement under 1000th and when the event is over, free 400 bucks! Then we use the 400 bucks to buy platinum players or save for Superstars! We continue this strat until Im basically rich from the events, you should only play when the events start so youll have a lot of gold impact cards to use. Try this strategy! Patience not included. RIP Big Win NHL 2013-2016 btw.
Great game but being a 101 overall team and constantly losing to people that are like 70 overall. Losing sometimes to those teams is fine but every single time. There minus well not even have a rating system.
