What Makes Caravan Cards Stand Out
Card game inspired on the similar game within Bethesda's game "FallOut: New Vegas".
Main goal is to form 3 rows ('Caravans') of cards with a value between 21 and 26 (either on your side, the opponent's side or both)
The player with the highest value in 2 or more Caravans, will win the game.

Cards can be added either values upward or downward on a row (depending on the second card being added).
Side-cards (J, Q, K, Joker) have special powers, you can use those to help yourself… or just to obscure your opponent's caravans.
These powers are explained within the Help screens and within the tutorial video.
You're able to put your own customized deck together, to create your own tactics to play the game.

Its pretty much Caravan from New Vegas. What it says on the tin. Ive enjoyed the game thoroughly, and have played it with others, who have enjoyed it too. Even figured out Ive been playing it wrong with scoring wins! (Its supposed to be 2 sold caravans, not all 3!) our only complaint is that multiplayer is basically disabled forever, as the game hasnt been updated in 9 years, and theres also no local multiplayer on the same device. Still fun to play regardless.
Really fun. It does still crash at the end of each game, but its not a big deal because you know who won. If it got fixed thatd be cool too though.
We got this app because of Fallout New Vegas we love this app and the music but the game randomly crashes on us.
The game is playable and definitely worth it if your trying to play caravan. Been looking for a time killer and this here is it. Didnt know its been out for 7 years.

People are attacking it here in the reviews but its just a 10 year old game, its fun and It works but its not perfect. But we would totally recommend it.
This app is really good. It taught us how to play the game so we can even play in real life. Our only criticism is that the multiplayer is disabled but the single player is fun to keep you playing.
Im glad somebody made an app for caravan so you can play anywhere.
We love the game and it needs a more user friendly version for the newer phone models, its an amazing game please polish it to an even more godly nature.

This is really accurate to the actual game and we love that we just wish it was much harder even on the hardest difficulty they dont use jacks and Kings enough to mess you up like they do in new vegas that and Id really like to see multiplayer mode added so we could really see if Im good against other people. But in the end it still gets a five star from us.
This is the best recreation of the card game Ive ever found with a helpful guide to boot. If you never knew how to play caravan and wanted to try, pick this free game up.
Honestly this app is great, perfect for deployments. We loved New Vegas and this game is how we made our money playing against every NPC. However the app crashes once in a while and doesnt stop crashing if you dont delete cache but it didnt effect our rating since it burned so much of our time. Thank you for making this app.

Caravan is a two person card game created specifically for the role playing game Fallout: New Vegas. Its a card game we really enjoy, but until now, the only way to play it was to own the video game. With Caravan Cards its now possible to conveniently play Caravan on ones iPad/iPhone. The app features a video instruction tutorial as well as written rules of the game. These should be enough to give new players a basic understanding of how Caravan is played. Ultimately the only way to learn the game is to keep playing hands until the youre comfortable with the basic concepts and game play. There are also plenty of other instructions manuals online that will fill in any knowledge gaps. Dragging and dropping cards is smooth and easy in Caravan Cards. We recommend using a thin stylus for accuracy and best visibility of the caravans. Theres a great vintage music track to accompany play and three difficulty levels. Players have the ability to modify their card deck for best advantage. In-app purchasing opportunities consist of buying additional strategic card packs to improve ones chances of winning. Those familiar with the FNV version have discovered that this game diverges in a couple of ways. The joker is used differently and the game allows for deadlocks, which should not happen. However, the fact is there are no official rules for Caravan. People can create variations to suit their whims, so we dont think developer MHCP has to "fix" the game to conform with the RPG version. Caravan Cards is enjoyable just the way it is. If youve never played Caravan but like fun and challenging card games, give this free app a try.
We wish we could build our own decks, we also wish jokers on aces worked the right way, we also wish we could use face cards on the cards we want easily. Its really hard to put it on the right card! We would give it 3-stars as its not really the same game totally, but its 4 stars because we respect that someone took the time to make a caravan app and we think thats awesome.
This is a wonderful app for caravan lovers. Unfortunately the game can end with a tied caravan, and jokers don't discard a whole suite on an ace.

Its a great option for playing Caravan on the go but the app has become really unstable over the years. Id love if somebody took over ownership of the app and gave it a stability update.
Game plays as expected of caravan, but unfortunately it crashes after each round.
Jokers used wrong. Itll eliminate ALL cards of that number. App crashes at the end of the game. Is still Caravan though. So w/e.
We felt like playing some Caravan and we were wondering what would show up if we had looked for Caravan on the app store, then this showed up, which was a big surprise for us. So naturally we downloaded and played the game, which didnt disappoint, because it plays exactly like its instructed in the guide book! Well almost, Joker doesnt discard all the suits of an ace card like its supposed to. It does reflect that originally you werent supposed to be able to discard cards in the beginning, which doesnt show in Fallout: New Vegas when youre able to discard as many cards as you like instead of shuffling because of possible glitches, but it does show in this game as it instead shuffles when you have no numerical cards. We wish it wouldnt randomly crash as much on hard difficulty, but overall its a lot of fun.
This is a great game and we love playing it but we wish it had a money system where you can bet caps like in fallout: New Vegas.
We love caravan, we were excited to finally find it on the App Store. Its a little frustrating, because some of the ads stay on the screen forever, so we have to force close the app and restart it in order to pay the next game. Other than that, no complaints. So glad we can finally play Caravan again.
Its a pretty fun game, but there are some problems. As others pointed out, the cards are not exactly the same. Ive noticed that jacks sometimes remove two cards from a deck instead of one. Jokers also arent perfect, but for the most part its good. Game sometimes crashes, but this isnt that bad. A few fixes could make this 5 starts, but for now we say 4.
All this needs to get five stars from us is to update the game to have exactly the same rules. Other than that it's a fun game that we'd recommend.
Stopped playing Fallout New Vegas a while ago but still love Caravan. This lets us play without booting up the game, haha. Very fun to play on the subway. It crashes tho whenever a game ends, and if you're offline and go to the instructions or any non-game page, then try to go back to the main screen, it crashes also. We're on an iPhone 6s running iOS version 9.2.1. Would love a bug fix for this issue. Great app, thanks for making it!! :).

The jokers not doing the same thing as the real game is annoying. The rest is ok.
Rules are first to get two winning caravans wins the game. App requires the opponent to form a caravan before ending the game which is incorrect. Glad to see a caravan card game. Please keep working on it.
We have been learning how to play online. Fun except the game closes out as soon as either your or the AI wins. You arent able to pick your own deck which is a let down.
Feels low quality and reset when someone wins.
We love Caravan, always have – probably always will. Most of our friends dont know how to play it so having this app has been a godsend to help explain how the game is played, additionally gives us something to kill time. Removing ads was a one time purchase and was super cheap as well, so Im quite grateful for that. Even if we hadnt removed the ads, they werent too intrusive. We have two issues with this app that knock it down from a 5 for us. 1. The multiplayer is broken, its been broken since Ive downloaded the app and we have no idea if this will ever be fixed. Id very much like to play it with our friends over the phone but not sure Ill ever be able to. 2. Screenlock occurs once youve opened the app. It locks into a horizontal view but also blocks your ability to swipe up to exit the app, so the only way to exit (that Ive found so far) is to swipe down and -hope- that you have a random push notification to click to pull you out of the app. Otherwise you need to restart your phone per use. Assuming these issues arent just user error on our part, theyre pretty critical to the normal enjoyment of this app. But its worth noting this is the only (and a pretty decent version) Caravan app that we could find. If Caravan is your game; Id still suggest trying it out.
This game needs multiplayer for longevity.

Game crashes every time win. Reopen and hit continue and play the same two cards to win and crashes again.
The app itself is clunky, does not have an aesthetically pleasing interface, and crashes with every complete game. The most frustrating part however is that the rules of caravan in FoNV are not followed in regards to the jokers. The joker played on a non face card is supposed to eliminate every non face card of the same numeric value except the one its played on. This game eliminates all of them even the one its played on. Also noticed that when two queens are played on one card it only reverses order once, or it at least keeps the same suit as the original card the queens are played on. It seems this app is not getting regular updates so Im likely screaming into the void but we love playing caravan and would be very pleased to play an accurate version.
This game has several inconsistencies with the rules in Fallout New Vegas which makes the game unplayable for us. Really disappointed and will be deleting this app. Would love to try again if they fix the rules as we really like playing this game.

The game is fine, except that it crashes whenever the game is about to end, so theres no satisfaction.

Either the developer doesnt know the rules, or s/he fails to implement the rules. Either way, it shouldnt be that difficult to get it right, since so much effort was made to create the game. 1 star for the failed effort.
This is not Caravan. The rules do not match and some of the cards don't even do what they're supposed to do. We'd avoid this.
Rules do not match the actual card game in NV and there are many bugs. The app crashes often and takes a long time to load ads.
The game says its Caravan. There's a screenshot of Goodsprings in the background and New Vegas style music playing. But that's where the similarities end. The rules of this game DO NOT match caravan. Jokers take all of a number including the one played on, and they don't work to take all of that suit when played on an ace. The placement system is twitchy and will often place cards in the wrong location. If you love Caravan, this will just frustrate you.
