PLOT
In the late 23rd century humans have populated most of Earth. Troubled by the poor quality of life and the excessive amount of damage inflicted on Earth, they decide to plant new colonies on distant planets. The Earth military (EDF or Earth Defense Fleet) is in charge of organizing and carrying out this immense project. During the colonization, the EDF encounters a new life form, which turns out to be extremely hostile. Multiple attacks on EDF key installations, as well as on a research ship, force the EDF to improvise new strategies for a full evacuation. You are a high ranking officer of the EDF, who is in the midst of all the action. Make sure you all get back home to Earth safe & sound.

Its a good fun game RTS to kill time but we only wished there were new updates and new added features and maybe expand more units and fleet etc plus tech to unlock.
Probably our favorite mobile space RTS games. More levels please.
An incredible example of how to do tablet based RTS, customizable ships with a facsimile of fleet formations and several modes of play make for a highly enjoyable, and replayable experience.
Definitely worth the initial purchase and DLC purchase.
Four mines (1 max lvl deployment) can damage 5% of an enemy headquarters total health. The time between ours deployments is 60s. This means that it takes 80 mines, over 20 deployments, in 20 minutes to destroy an enemy headquarters. Did you know that an antimatter (or any other turret) counts as a ship? Did you know that in Conquest Mode you only need one ship and the capital ship doesnt need to survive? Ask us how we know all this!!!! Ask meeeeee.
Youre not gonna find another space RTS on the Apple Store. Just get it already. Wish they made a sequel.
This is by far the best RTS game we have played on mobile by far, great game mechanics, great design, and overall a very fun and exciting experience. We would love to see the developer add more in the future. Great game.
We love this game but only play every now and then we wish there was more content/ships that would be awesome but all In all 10/10.
We love this game and we need more like maybe a multiplayer rts style game. Our dream is to play a online game similar to twilight imperium. Anyways, this game brings our imagination of the book Enders game to life.
The main Campaign doesnt work. When you get to the third episode, all of the resources that you mined in the previous episode disappear and you are left defenseless in the face of enemy forces. This makes the game unplayable.
We've played this game since its first revision and it's great to see the dev keeping the game alive with updates. Honestly this is the most under rated game out there. A true hidden gem. We would love some DLC that would add a 3 or 4 slot cruiser type ship and more campaign stories.
We LOVE this game so much! For a small price you get 9 incredible and in depth missions, a fleet you command across said missions to combat a powerful foe, multiple different modes including a conquest mode DLC which adds a lot more content, and tons of FUN and DESTRUCTION and Replayability! The conquest mode DLC is only 1 dollar but in our opinion its worth more than that. OH and a sandbox mode where you can do just about anything you want!! It even runs incredibly on our very old iPad mini 2 at 60fps! Best RTS game on IOS EVER! We Cant wait for a sequel :).

This is the types of games we need more of on iOS. Great gameplay, love the conquest mode. The campaign is challenging and makes you learn the little ins and outs. But once you learn em its game on! Very enjoyable game.
One of the best pve fleet sims Ive played since homeworld.
Real RTS game and you dont have to put up with stupid MMO communities or some clan coming to destroy what you have.
This game is the best never played perfect game like this they did a good job of this hope make a good update about this soon.
This is a very fun game, we like the controls and how the fights play out. This is a game that we think not many know about and it should find a way to get out there and hopefully get updated later on with more Weapons and Campaign missions. We finished the campaign in a day and started the conquest mode which is fun. We hope more happens to this game in the future.
The game was recently updated. Everything feels much smoother. The graphics look improved as well. This game has a few modes. Which complement it well. You dont get very many games of this caliber with a single purchase. We wish your fleet would transfer over from space mining and survival. You are forced to play with a different fleet for some of the conquest mode. The sandbox mode is great for experimenting and custom matches. This was a very good purchase. One of the best game purchases to date. We would like to see some form of multiplayer in the near future. Not sure if thats possible though.
Endless hours of enjoyment with a hard working developer adding to the game at no extra charge. Love it Love it Love it Update: (June 2015) latest update looks great. You are missing out if you don't at least give this game a try. Endless fun. Update: (Nov 2015) latest update stripped all the turrets off the ship. At least we don't have to start over but it's an unexpected effect of the update. Update: (Nov 2018) our title says it all. Great little time waster. Always a fan of this game.
After the most recent update our save went back two campaign missions.
Pleases add iCloud save or just Cloud save that will make this game 5 stars we have all in our iPhone 7 and our main iPhone is the X and thanks for the info.
This game is an amazingly well done real time strategy game. The ability to set up your fleet how you want it both in which ships you use and how they're positioned allows for so much flexibility.
We played this game a few years back, and now coming back to it, probably the best strategy game we have ever played on IOS.
It a really fun and addicting game. It's not like all the other featured game which wants nothing but money this is genuine. We hope the people who make this will make more updates to the game and we just hope he's happy.

Let us start by saying we have played a TON of RTS games on iOS. In fact we have played a TON of different games on our iPad in General. We came across this game when we did a recent search for a space RTS (we had just finished playing GOF2 for the 7th time). We can safely say this is one of the most underrated games we have found in the App Store. The game play is pretty in depth, and the story is short but entertaining.we would love to be able to create larger fleets, as we have more resources than we have available ship slots. But a 5 star game non-the-less. If you're a fan of games like Star Trek Armada, or any other RTS that centers around big battles and resource gatherings his is a must have on iOS! We got the game about 2 days ago, and just beat the campaign. As soon as we finish writing this review, we're going to purchase the expansion. Overall this a great games and we're looking forward to updates.

This game bro! We want to kiss all the devs. We're excited to see more added on to the game maybe even some multiplayer/local gameplay, more ships and abilities maybe even lager scaled battles. We've been stuck on this game even after completing most of it and we still love it. We only wish we had the money to support this amazing creation . This game has inspired us.

The game is so much better then when we first got it a few years ago the ships look awesome the whole game seems to have been upgraded sense we last played it. Although it would be nice to have the mothership with more available upgrades maybe some more ships to buy or cannons to provide a more unique experience and the campaign could be longer but still the game is great.
Best space RTS out there, from simple story missions to a grand campaign this game includes a lot of cool things like ship upgrades and even the ability to dock smaller mining ships at the mothership its been a lot of fun to play this game.
Best star ship game out there. Doesn't have endless pay to win content like other games out there.

In our opinion it is an awesome game but we think you need to make one improvement and that is to make the sandbox mode available for purchase instead of beating conquest mode so that it is easier because we couldn't beat it so and you all would make a profit from it also so please make this possible.
Love the new sandbox mode, and we're impressed on the new graphics. Only one thing we like to see is a bigger fleet size in campaign, and in conquest mode. 5/5 star this game is truly amazing.

This game is intended to be a 2D mobile version of Homeworld. This is a fun concept and the game has a lot of potential but it needs more refinement to live up to it. The controls are somewhat unintuitive and the introduction is complicated. With more user testing and a few more rounds of development this could be a great game.
Let us start off by saying this looks like a great space RTS. Its a game category thats hard to find good games for on mobile platforms and we think Space Borders has a lot of potential. Our largest complaint by far is the crashing. We might be 30 minutes into a single battle and the app will crash completely. Theres no option to restore progress eitheryou have to start over completely. After three crashes in a few hours we gave up. The other complaint we have is with the resources. It is possible, in the beginning of the game, to buy things you dont need (like a mining ship) and then not be able to purchase any weapons. If you keep selling things back and taking a 50% cut there will come a point where you cant actually purchase anything else or restore your inventory. You need weapons to get resources and the first few levels are pretty difficult even with a decent setup. Theres no hard reset save uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
If you like RTS this is the best game in the App Store. Please please please. More levels in the campaign.
We played this before the update and we loved it before but now it's more then that also we're cubyjjj.
Ok we still haven't seen the old ability to bring the mammoth in evacuation…. And the new update we can't find the turrets on ships/can't identify them….. Besides that the only good fetuses that were added were 1.mass driver turrets for oddesy 2.the miner u can now hold a click over an Astros and send him automatically…… But besides that we sorta want the old game back.
