We enjoy this game. We live in Vegas so whenever we get an itch to gamble we just play this game but the bonus gift every four hours is ridiculous!! Waiting 4 hours to receive 5 or 10 free coins pisses us off Ive gotten 500 free coin ONCE!! For the most part its usually between 5-25 coins. LOOSEN IT UP.
We dont like waiting for four hours for the free gift and only end up receiving five or ten credits especially when we are down to zero credits.

Your point system for free coins giving free play needs A LOT OF ATTENTION! And if you could win more coins , At one time, every four hours wouldnt seem like such a waste of time of even trying! But 5 coins is such a cheap win, if you get 250-500, is not so bad but a 1000 never happens! We think to keep ppl interested in your game ( the game its self is awesome!) you should change your free coins to no less then 500 and up!! Id give it a five star for sure! But , coin rewards really is bad, cheap, and reason for 3 stars! We hope you listen to this feedback and do a better free coin amount.

We started playing this because we love Keno. In order to play long we have to buy coins. It does not pay well.
Fun to play because it is KENO, but extremely hard to win no matter what you bet. The free coins are useless, maybe you can come up with a better idea so we could play longer. Usually takes about 30-40 minutes to lose what money you had. You created a great keno game, just like Vegas, but too tight to win.
The free coin bonus needs lots of work.

The bonus gift has been set up to be stingy in giving chips or coin. After hours of waiting and then picking the gift box has us to be lazy in going there knowing there are many chances that your gift is going to be under 50 and only if you happen to be lucky after 7 days you might get up to 100. It's really not motivational game to play. Then the numbers you pick, less than half might come up. Only half or less of your numbers picked will one up making your winning is only half of your bet, not all the time, every three games. We only play it maybe four times a week, fifteen minutes a day. No excitement like the casinos. Not the kind of game you'll get addicted to.
So when we run out of money ( usually only get 5 credits for free gift) we simply take the app off our phone and redone load it and get credits again.. Its a pain but if you like this game its what you have to do.

We had this app years ago, but deleted it now we remember why. No matter what box you choose its 5 to 50 pennies. We can stay in the same spot for days, but as soon as we leave then it gives 500-1000.
