We have been enjoying this game since August 2013, downloading it without knowing how to play poker of any kind. In the beginning there didnt seem to be a serious kind of security about behavior and while many players were kind and patient while we learned the game, other players were very rude and extremely crude. Over time we saw things change. Ive always played fair and tried to be kind or silent while online. Once we accidentally joined a game WAY above our comfort zone and lost millions within a minute or so. We contacted games help and explained what happened and within 2-3 days they refunded our loss. Ive never forgotten that kindness and happily report that this game is our playtime, people recognize us as a decently good, kind player and realize we never try to bully anyone, often choosing to take 3rd or 2nd when were down to the final three players. Most people, probably due to stricker security on behavior are well behaved. This is a fun game. Thank you.

Poker Deluxe is an awesome poker game. Ive played this game for years now. We started not knowing anything about poker. Now we consider ourselves a pro. Lol! Its seriously a great game.

Ive played this games several years off and on. 12 years . Cant take any more of the bulling on women. Cant go on a table main one jason Id number 582970417 we play all games. This by far our favorite . Our three sisters had to quit the game because of him. Now our son making us. Because Im picked on every day all day, evening , and night, right now had to get off four times today because of him. Plz stop the bullying. We love this game. Thank you so much.
We really like the app but sometimes it doesnt let us log into it.
Ive been playing poker on this app since 2012. We bought chips and gold. After winning a lot of chips on 2 accounts with about 40 billions chips total, they banned our accounts. They said the reason is that we used inappropriate language which is impossible because they have censor system in place. Even words like come, casino are censored. They have their goons on every table harassing players with continuous bombardments of friend requests and bad gifts to tick people off. As soon as you say something, you will get banned. All your chips that you have paid for and won will be taken. We had quit for 5 years after they banned our first account with 8 billions. With all our years on there, Ive seen a lot of people got banned for this fabricated reason. They have lost more than 80% off players since 2016 because of this scam and rigged cards. If you dont believe us, get on and see for yourself. Do not buy chips. This app is a scam. We wish Apple would do something about this.

This is by far the worst, unfair poker game site! They lock accounts with false reports. We regret purchasing chips, wasted.

Every time that you guys update we're not able to get into your site, as has happened again as a result of your 6/20/2016 update. The last time this happened it was 2-3 weeks before we could access the site again. We're pretty exasperated.

Only issue: need option 2turn off some impolite players chat or gifts, also BAN on Dirty pics! (anyone who tried poker apps long enough, knew what we mean as most apps just FORCE u to play on higher table, bet more, risk more&.., from moment u have a win streak or get multi million chips, they put u in chain of annoying offers, adds, or just restrict& push2play crazy till lost all that big win, then feel sad& regretful just surrounded by pay& purchase offers to get back on once millionaire memory…!).

This game is not so great poker mafia is way better poker deluxe will rip you off take a lot of your chips then not pay out , kicks you off the table mid hand and never comps or credits what is owed due to you you have to buy your gifts then they take what you have purchased away from you so you have to keep paying for overpriced merch that they rob from you and never get the chips back we give it a star only because we're addicted to poker but the way poker deluxe is a lame version of poker that literally robs the fun and joy out of poker including all your chips and gifts when it comes down to it at least during poker mafia they allow you to choose a bank to rob and pays you while your playing through out the entire game to make sure your taken care of poker deluxe just takes you & robs all your chips poker mafia has our respect and nothing bad to say about it poker deluxe is a sorry excuse for a game that has a virus.

It is a great action packed game. The other players are enjoyable most of the time. The down side of this app is that when the programmers have decided you are supposed to loose, you will loose no matter what.

Sometime it does ok, but it freezes and it's hard to play because sometime it hide our cards, the pot, and it also kicks us out when it freezes because of the time limit. We feel that it's time for a new update. Pronto. ASAP.

Program crashes, chip gathers ( creates action), and kicks people off constantly. We suspect it's too big and poorly managed.
