What Makes Mutant Mudds Stand Out
Our hero, Max, may be just a 2D sprite, but he can leap into the third dimension by jetting between the background and the foreground playfields with his trusty jetpack in this unique dimensionally-woven experience.
Armed with a heavy-duty water cannon, Max has what he needs to vanquish his long-term nemesi: the Mutant Mudds. Max must blast and hover his way across the soiled landscape to seek out mysterious Water Sprites. Legend says collecting all of the mysterious Water Sprites will wash the filthy Mutant Mudds away for good!

Im getting close to the end of the game but now its too hard.
We actually know the person who made this his son is a good friend of our little brother.
This has to be the best platformer in the App Store. We're a huge fan of platformers, and the App Store does have some good ones, but this has to be our favorite. We were initially drawn to the game because of the retro style but we kept coming back for the gameplay. The levels range from easy in the beginning level to brutally difficult if you are able to fully complete the game and reach the cga levels. If you are looking to waste hours of your life in a frustrated rage, we could not recommend a better game.
This game is amazing in the gameplay! We have had tons of fun so far. However, if you want an easy game, we wouldn't go with this one, it is harder than Dark Souls.
The game is very very fun with hours of play time,pretty difficult,cool bonus levels and good controls all around the game is great and you should buy (it's worth it).
Excellent game. The perfect combination between simplicity and gameplay. The graphics are fantastic. The music is good. The buttons are responsive. And the levels are awesome. We recommend this game for everyone that love platformers. This game remember us the first games we played like Mario, Metroid, Castlevania and Megaman. It has something of those games and something fresh. We congratulate the developers and we're expecting the second part.
This game is fanatic in every way. Tight controls, difficult yet fair platforming, brilliant enemy placement, beautiful Metroidvania feel, and an amazing soundtrack. This game is a must own for any gamer who enjoys platformers.
We will echo our old TA acquaintance (SumoSplash here) syntheticvoid's sentiment, in that this is a top shelf precision platformer, worth whatever the asking price is at any given time. The game is so good that waiting two years for it to be fixed is a transgression already forgiven. Premium app with an IAP unlock for extra levels–EXACTLY what the AppStore needs more of…in mass quantities. A request… The d-pad and the buttons are very hard to reach on an iPad Air 2. It would be great if the player could customize their location. Thanks.
WOOHOO!!! Thank you for the VERY quick fix for the issues that came up in the last update. This is a FANTASTIC platformer – and for those who are saying that it's unfair that you have to buy more levels and listing off prices for the game – it was LAUNCHED AT 99 CENTS – then went FREE about 2 months later – then back to 99 CENTS for another month. It's gone FREE at least one more time since then… It didn't go up to $9 until a FULL YEAR after it was released. You still have the FULL game if you don't buy the new levels – because they were never included in the original game that you played when you were 'a kid'. Just because you played a game in the past and have an iPhone now doesn't mean you're entitled to free anything.

All we see is a black screen we cant play the game.
PLEASE ADD CONTROLLER COMPATABILITY it's a great games keeps us entertained but plz plz PLZ! Add blue tooth controller COMPATABILITY.
The game is great, but the onscreen controls are lacking.
Downloaded it was excited to play it and the screen is black you can here it and push the screen and it sounds like something is going on we just cant see anything black screen only.
We would love to rate this game higher than we gave it but we would like for the game to work for us first. Is there something that we can do to fix this? Is there going to be a patch that would work with our phone.
No video on screen. Will not work with current ios.
But you only have three hearts before you have to start over. You should be able to get a power up or something to give you some hearts during each level. Otherwise it doesn't make us want to continue playing. Look at Mario, if we have a small Mario we can eat a mushroom and he'll be a big Mario and if we touch an enemy we'll go back to being smaller but we can always get another mushroom. Not sure why this game doesn't have it.
Game wont start, just a black screen.
We hear music but all we see is a black screen. 13 pro max must not be supported.
The app does not even start. It a blank black screen. Please fix it.
Using latest version of iOS 14.6 on iPhone 12 and when opening the app its just black screen.
We loved this game on 3ds and gave it a purchase here. Horrible without a physical controller.
Worked fine on our old phone, but trying to redownload it now on our XS we can hear the audio but just get a black screen? A fix would be much appreciated :(.
We have the iPhone XS Max and we cant play the game. Not sure if its a big or not. We remembered playing this game as a kid on our Nintendo 3Ds and it was amazing which is why we wanted to purchase it again. Please fix.
When we open the game we can hear audio but it is just a black screen.
When we try to launch the game we can head the music but the screen goes black so we cant play. We would like help with this.

The developers finally updated the game to work with iOS 8 & 9. Great game with cool graphics.
The controls are amazingly accurate for a virtual joypad. We loved it so much we even finished all the grannie levels.

Well we have iOS 9.3 beta 1 and it doesn't work on the beta. FIX.
We love this game, since we play it in our Nintendo DS now we watch it and we install it but it crash after the mini movie… Please solve it.
After the cut scene, the game just lags out to the home screen, what a ripoff that we had to spend 5$ on a game we played when we were little.
Crash continuisely on our iPhone 5c iOS 9.1 !!!! Please fix the problem as soon as possible, then we will give five starts.

When this game was first released, it cost $9, NINE DOLLARS! Now you want us to pay $2 for something that the 3DS and Wii U got for free? Not acceptable.
We thought this update was supposed to fix a crash but there is still a crash for older devices.
Not sure why it does that. But it wont let us past that point.

This game rocks! Old school side scrolling game. Don't attempt if your not a 90s gamer. Update this so we can play on our iPhone 6 plus.
This is one of our favorite games of all time. And now we can't play it because Renegade kid hasn't updated it for iOS 8 :( Please fix it so the game is playable.
This game is like 1/2 super Mario brothers and 1/2 Castlevania. Totally retro. Totally awesome. Unfortunately it crashes. Can't play it.

If we hadn't known this was originally a 3DS game, we wouldn't have looked a it. If we hadn't known this was a great 3DS game, we wouldn't have downloaded it. We're happy to say that it lived up to all the good reviews we heard when it first came out. And though we know for a fact that a D pad and buttons would have been much better for the controls, this is honestly one of the better cases of touch screen D pad controls that we've seen. Great game, especially for completionists. Very rewarding feeling after collecting all 100 gold diamonds in each level. We highly recommend.
The train can be a depressing raid sometimes her in NY, but thanks to this game we felt happy and comfortable while riding the train. Thanks for an awesome game.
Really fun game. Highly reccomended. It's one of our favorite games, also very creative.
