So, whenever im rebuilding our city, we always have to put all our buildings in the plot, it wont let us keep our buildings in the storage box, whys that.
Been playing game for years and have enjoyed it until the latest updates to the airport. It is very hard to get supplies for upgrades and builds and we have rely on constantly watching videos every 4 hrs. The original airport provided an alternative for supplies until the so called amazing updates. Now it is way to complex, too many gems and jewels for not enough reward. You get like 1 item and the rest is junk to send more stuff thru the airport. Huge waste of time and effort with no reward. Even the events and other games give you more crap for the airport so it is impossible. Worst update ever and most people we know who play dont bother with the airportlosing interest.
Had our data on old device now we cant recover please help.

Your recent new update crashing the game we cant even get in. Im playing this game for very long time.please fix it.
We are on level 126 and the game, with the latest update is no longer fun. All the land upgrades are super expensive and hard to get. Additionally with each new update things seem to become more pay to win and less fun. For example the last update before the most recent one introduced a ton of glitches, some of which still havent been resolved. The latest update is making us consider uninstalling the game. For one thing, land expansions are no longer worth it, but still needed. Another thing is the UI is really bad. Finally, the game is super laggy and crashes if you try to contact support about the many bugs.
This most recent update made the whole display look so strange and bland and the game is acting buggy after the update as well. It seems like they keep coming out with these frequent updates that seem to change the game pretty radically and its getting somewhat annoying because we liked the game how it was and now its different so we dont like it as much. Game is still fun its just things like these that get on our nerves, especially with an idle game that takes a lot of time to develop anything significant in it. Hope the developers see this.
This latest update has destroyed the graphics refresh rate. Have to zoom in and zoom out to get things to load. Scrolling across the map is very choppy now. Also agree that they have made certain tasks extremely difficult to accomplish. We are highly considering uninstalling the game at this point. Bad move on the greedy developers part who only want players that pay big money to play a game.
Every update results in less and less playability. Btw, where is our zoo? Cause this latest disappeared it.

Every time we finish watching a video we dont get anything because everything go black and we cant click on anything. We have to restart the app every time and it doesnt work.
We love the game, love how they improved a lot of stuff so the user doesnt need to buy a lot of megabucks or coins to go ahead in the game, however we want to report an issue with the ads, since that is a way to get megabucks or construction material, the ads play, but at the end of the ad, it froze so we are unable to claim the reward for watching the app, we uninstall the game, reinstall it, restart our phone, close the app a bunch of times and the issue still persists, we would love that this could be fixed so we can use this rewards and you also can get more money through the ads.
This game is great! Everything is just great! We really love this game. However, there is just one thing that bothers us. The underwater tunnel goes through the land put in a recent update. If you could fix this one thing, that would make the game quite better! Please take this into consideration at the very least.
Was good but after an update we cant even doing anything after watching a video for the materials and Im not getting the daily gifts. We have been playing this game for a long time and never had any of these problems. We tried to reach customer service but after going back and forth for over a week and still not working.
Ok, this game is everything that Id hope for(a 5 star game) been play for quite awhile now. However, this last update had many many! Bugs! From simple, graphics not aligned correctly, to major, game freezing (from clicking on ads for free megabucks/extra items.) Ive reached out through the game help chat two weeks ago and was told working on them. Well, sadly there has not been any updates to address these issue that many players are talking about Im hoping to get some kind of status or a game update by now!!! Im just worried that the time Ive put into an amazing game is going to be for not because it will take too long to fix and we will have moved onto something else.. So, play, and experience this game in all its greatness, but know it has many issues.

They added cargo, transport, more mining stuff thats takes double the time to get parts for building. We still have no idea what the cargo and transport or gems have to do with the game. We dont even know how to get gems since they ask for so many bucks and we would have to play for years to get that amount. The game was ruined the minute they started to mess the airport and redid it a few months ago.

And if you dont complete a mission in time, your final reward changes to a different structure, and you never get to have the original structure. Why cant the final reward stay the same? Besides, we have many missions going on because the game forced us to start them from leveling up on experience. Finally, we think it would be more helpful if you could request more different items at a time, like 15 or 20. Thank you for your commitment to reading this review. This last update that you did on 8/3 there is an issue when you try to add/apply your items it just kicks you out of that window. It doesnt allow you to apply them from there.
Great, great game.!! We sure do appreciate the new territory created by the new update. It was needed.But, please finish your road from the Island Hotel to the mainland. We cant do it, only you can.
The update yesterday made it so that we cant use any resources. When we try to apply them they disappear from the screen and nothing changes.
We have been playing this game for over 8 years. Its so fun building your dream city. Recently the updates keep focusing on more factories and mining.in our opinion this takes away from the original purpose of the game which is to be the best city building games. We would love to see more areasand more new objects to build instead of always recycling past events. If they came out with amusement park rides this game would become one of the most popular simulation games. Please go back to what made this game so popular and stop with side games to try to make more money. People will pay if you give us what we want instead of temporary worlds and factories.

Can you PLEASE find a way to fix the glitches that have made it so you cant see the list of locations you can apply the materials you have to? Its also an issue with the substation thing where you apply materials to upgrade different areas. We would love to up the rating on this game, but those things are affecting game-play.
Fun game but their is always some kind of glitch when they update it.
Since the update there are so many bugs. We cant earn our rewards when watching adds it freezes the game. Then you are not able to apply any gifts to anything. It just sits in your inventory, if you do click it it acts like you are trying to place a building but nothing else. The other thing is when you try to accept and use a gift from the messages on the left side, if you click accept on anything, everything that was gifted is gone. Please fix this game.
Please bring back what buildings or trains can use the gifts we receive. We have no idea which building to click to provide the necessary items we received.
We cant get our supplies out of our warehouse and Im stuck.
They have changed how factories and production work like 3 or 4 times in the past months. Pick a way and stick with it stop changing it every couple of months after we get used to the new way. And also these new production and ours buildings are huge. With no place to put them. You basically have to clear off a whole plot of land to just have dedicated to production they made it overly complicated. Then all the materials wasted into upgrading the old structures which are now gone.

Hate it. Hate it. We cant use any gifts that we receive at all. We hate the new production crap. We hate that we cant upgrade anything because of this new update because now we have to search and freaking find the building to see if it needs upgrading to actually add the gift too it. So dumb. Stop trying to change the game.
We really like this game but the new update (8/3/2023) ruined it. We can no longer apply storehouse items to buildings under construction. We just have to stumble upon a building that needs it so we can apply it to the construction. Please fix this bug ASAP.
Could you please fix the assets menu so we can apply the items sent to us to our city? It used to open options for buildings that required the asset and you could select where to apply it. Now, when we click on the asset, it just minimizes/disappears and doesnt actually let us apply it.
So, today they added a new update with a bunch of new mines and buildings. But, for those of us who have been playing for a decade, we have nowhere to put them without destroying a bunch of buildings weve placed and in some cases purchased. We already have dozens of buildings Ive purchased in storage waiting for new land to open up. Now they give us a bunch more? This update was worthless.

Dont you have a model to do testing before releasing updates! The last couple of updates have ruined a fun building game. You will see players delete their games. Junk, junk junk.
Again the system is down. They already have limited access to the game and they cannot allow older events to be restarted because we truly think they have limited access/knowledge of the game. Its almost as if they bought the game from the original developer and they have no idea how to gain access to legacy areas of the game. Theres been lots of bugs and now its completely down again.
Our app says theres an update and each time we hit it it brings us here but doesnt show any updates to update the app. The game is really wonderful and we love it.

We have been playing this game for over 11 years. Its our go to game to escape from everyday stress. We usually get bored with games and move on but not this one. Theres always cool new buildings and decorations.
We love this game and have been playing it on multiple devices since its release and yes we do prefer the old version but still love the game yet in all this time there is still no way to fully reset the game and if there is please tell us. But overall great game.
This game is great but a few problems first we really really really really really really really dislike the new airport design second,when your at a high level you spend ten minutes TEN MINUTES then it gets boring you get stuck and just abandon the game, finally, HUNDREDS of people said this and this time dont tell us to go in a contest or go on the dreaded (high picted ) social media we and many others want easier ways to get resorses or megabucks sure theres a lot of stuff acummaleding in your warehouse BUT DO YOU NEED IT? RARELY we want useful stuff which is why its not a 5 star review anyways take care ( of your game ) and pickle . P.S: and we dont want to spend money on a game – bye. Ive playing this game from the beginning. Now we only check-in once every month. Nothing new in a year. Just sell the game to an American company. War torn Russia/Ukraine is making this game pointless to play.
WOW! The uselessness of this game is unmatched. We just downloaded this, it goes to the loading screen and says An Update Is Available we click on Update, takes us back to the App Store. We click on Open it takes us back to the loading screen, and will not load past Checking For Updates Pathetic! F this game! Im just going back to SimCity.
