OK Game, you got us. We wasnt around 11 years ago when this game was having issues but was out. We just downloaded it today, but we have definitely got lost and taking over castles and building our empire.
At first it may seem boring, but the more you play, the better the game gets and starts to get competitive! Its a blast.
All the other reviews from 8 YEARS AGO say the game is BAD. But they released a new update, remaking the WHOLE thing.
Nice app and we like the logic. Kinda feels like playing chess.
Other than the crashes and loading problems every once in a while, this is a pretty fun game that really doesn't require constant attention and is still pretty addicting. Especially if you travel a lot, this game is for you.

Not much better than being a top player fast without much playing required, but wait! Only need to play twice a day? So not playing 24/7 and your top dog? Yup! Nothing better than that.
All around a great app to use if you travel a lot if would give it five stars but we think it should give a little more money for beginners.
Great until the price to increase your troop strength steadily increases faster than you acquire gold making it impossible to play without buying some gold in real life.
The makers of this game obviously abandoned it long ago. It constantly crashes and gets stuck loading consistently. Do not waist your time.
The app crashes frequently. App is not actively developed or supported. Major client/server communication issues which crashes the app, spins forever, or times out. On w positive note, it is fun to play.
Just DLed this and it will not load.
It doesn't even start. Says its compatible. Obviously not. It says it will work for iPod 4.
This game is highly addictive. There have been glitches but they are quickly resolved by the developer in most all cases. We've played for 6-8 months now and have never had a blue screen error that wouldn't let us in. (You are probably one of the people who just got banned for cheating). The developer has spent a lot of time with developing the game but also takes the time to get players involved with decisions and makes it open for discussion in the forums. Everyone should give it a try.
Well. This used to be a fun game. As of the most previous update, all the app does is go blue screen and die. One star for doing nothing but use up drive space. We will change our review if this ever gets fixed.
Have played Castle Attack since its early days and it has provided hours of diversion while traveling or just staying at home continuing your conquests. The ability to expand your domain in other real world locations and battle other players worldwide was a nice addition and the current set of new features look good as well. Nice to see a continually evolving game and a developer that actually plays his own game and pays attention to suggestions.
Castle Attack continues to grow. Updates are fairly regular, and Kurt the developer is often available to answer questions.
We started playing this game on its early stages much like other turfers. It's very simple, yet it just makes you want to keep playing more and more! We love it's social concept, and just the fact that you could claim a castle on your very own neighborhood! How awesome is that?! The developers of this game definitely knows how to listen to their players. Looking forward to the next update.

Ok this game is absolutely fabulous. We were one of the few people that started playing in the the first days of its launch. We watched meanwhile we played this game it has developed into being such a great game. The game is so unique with the feature of the real life GPS. You cannot go wrong with the game. The owner of the game is very caring and always heard our concerns and innovative ideas to make the game better we salute that. Sincerely WEC CMS.

This is a great game. Takes a little bit of trial and error to figure it out but once you do it's fun.
We got this app thinking it would be stupid, and pointless. But it was the complete opposite! There's a lot of players and you can actually interact with other people and control all the kingdoms and castles in your neighborhood by beating other players. Its a fun, quality app.
Great new objective. Become lord of your city and you'll collect taxes. Look out! We have a good collection going. Could your city is next on our list.
This is a good easy app to play and learn how to play, not very time consuming either which is good.

And we have downloaded some pretty bad apps. The reason they are all better than this crap is because they work. Some of them may crash every once in a while but we cant even do anything on this app. We just downloaded the app we went on it, accepted privacy policy, clicked yes to let them use our location and send us push notifications. Then we read how to played the game and pressed OK. We zoom in on our location and then notice that there are no castles near us. Then we move to nyc where we know there will be castles but there arent. After, we click on profile, app crashes. Open app again and click profile. The app crashes again. Then we click stable crashes. Stable again crashes. Feed crashes. Feed again crashes. We try every single button, and it crashes every single time.
The game crashes whenever we try to do something.
We love this game. It's awesome.
Keep up the good work. You guys are doing great, but theres needs to be more to the game play, it needs more detail on the attack screen like the other players info such as when that castle was built, what level they are, what strength their army is. More to the profile screen too. Just over all more detail to the game.
You have to accept their privacy policy before you can play. But, if you read their "privacy policy", all it says is, "By Playing this game you accept the privacy policy.".
We try to refresh the battlefield and it just loads for hours and does nothing. All our castles disappeared.
It is a great idea and works very well, the gameplay is great and the live map tracks your real life movements. The only thing that is bad is how long it takes to build troops for beginners but once you get a few castles it is a great game.
One of the best games on iPhone.
It's a good idea for a game but implementation is lacking. There's really no instructions, you can't build your own castles, from what we can tell, and there's no way to expand beyond a small area of where you are located. Needs work.
