We really like the game – except – we have been stuck on Level 27 for A YEAR, on both IPhone and iPad. Help!!!! Its fun, but it would be nice to advance.

We love this game. Never bored with it. It is our favorite go to game. However we are stalled at level 30. Any hints so we can advance to level 31.
PLEASE!! Make some levels like 21 and 27 easier to solve! Add at last 15 to 20 more levels of varying shapes and configurations Allow random repeating of levels 8 and higher Allow them to go on and on like Fitz 2 to build sky high scores Stop neglecting the maintenance and upkeep of this fun and challenging puzzle.
We have played this game for several years..When we downloaded from the app to our iPad we received a version with no shuffle.. Options. Why is it and how can we get it? Not much fun if u cannot win.. Please reply.
Hopefully we can pass this level 27, we have heard from them and we will continue to try. We got very lose yesterday so we are hanging in there.
How do you get off of Level 27 ???? Ive been on this level forever. Its an addicting game but Im so frustrated playing the same level over and over again.

We really enjoy this game however, certain levels are so difficult that the faint of heart would not stick with it. Also, at times you can see your opponent receive a "shuffle" and we don't have anything like that. What's up with that.
They make it impossible to get past level 21. . Finally after months got past it, now can't get past level 27. Unreal, so frustrating.
We finally made it past level 30 and lost all progress had to start all over.
Since the update, we lost all the progress we had made and had to start at level one again. That's annoying.

Even though we have been on level 27 for months, we love this game. It is frustrating to get down to only the last 5 and have to start over.
We love the game. But we have been stuck on a level for over a year. We keep trying because we like the game. Hopefully Ill get past the block.
They have this rated as 4+. We dont think so. We are well past 4 and we cant get past level 30. Disappointing.
This is a wonderful game. But we have been stuck on level 30 for at least (drumroll) 5+ years. What does that say about us? What does that say about the game? Now we see how many points we have above our opponent. We have yet to see another person beat this level!,.
This game is fun. There are no lives to earn. You dont have to pay for anything.
We have been playing this game many years. It isn't just a match 3 game, it is a game of skill.
Why doesn't this shuffle like fitz2.
Fun until level 12. Play until no more moves and then start over at the beginning of level 12. Must have played it 30 times and always the same result. Once got down to one piece and was told that here were no more moves and had to start over. Willprolly stop playing.
Too slow going on the game. Every time you make it to a new level, you have to wait for it to connect to the server. We made it to Level 12 and now can't get past it. It makes us wonder…..is there anything after level 12.
When we got our new iPad, the fitz loaded, but as a new game with a new charge. We tried following instructions to reload again, but was charged a second time, and put back at the beginning. Communication seems difficult with language limits at their end.
