We have made some decent flights , and landings , and we have completely screwed the pooch on some, and maybe lost some air crew in the process. We even landed on a carrier , but our percentage of survivable carrier landings is probably 10% ! We will stay in the infantry ,oooorah.
Other than lack of controller support, we LOVE this game! We first played it MANY years ago, and it is VERY nostalgic.

We have played the best game ever and it is a good game.
Very we'll done flying game featuring ww11aircraft. More than we expected from a handheld game.
On landing, we came in for what we thought was a butter landing, but the whole plane bounced and crashed. Gameplay is fun, realistic, but sensitivity is horrible.
Love the game but the controls are tucked in the corners on iPhone 13 Pro and they are very hard to reach.

You can make it through all campaigns fairly quickly. Ive repeated it so many times that m getting bored with it.
Get rid of the timer , give someone a chance to do a go-around if you blow the approach , or just to fly around at will . Its challenging enough just to land properly . Otherwise a real fun game.

We also was able to land on the runway for the final mission. We followed the advice of several reviews, get to about 20k feet and glide onto the runway after the engine gets taken out. Though we also did not receive an award or ceremony upon landing, we had a small get together at home to celebrate. All in all a pretty good game. It would be great in the future if you could add being able to bomb targets yourself rather than just marking targets for the bombers. Was definitely worth the price to play all the missions.
They fixed the bug on one mission but put another bug in. Now the airbase is just a mud landing strip that doesnt show up on the map. Heaven knows if they fixed the award ceremony where after evading being shot down we can land easily at the airbase after which the plane spontaneously accelerates backwards.
Its a really good concept but the makers havent updated this game to add anything new since it came out.
Dude, you dont get to use a joy stick and plus joy stick is a lot more easier than moving your device. We really want the developers to see this review and add an joy stick. We dont want to move our device its a lot harder. Please, just do it.
This is a really good sim. But the physics are unrealistic even in simulator. And the cockpit is unrealistic. And campaign even is unrealistic. Its just not what Im looking for.
Ive played this game for quite a few years on android and we like the concept of this game. Now one thing thats been bothering us for a while is the free flight modes. On the other games youve developed we noticed that carrier landings and the others have a free flight mode without having to purchase one thing to get the other. Honestly Im just saying that free flight mode should be free just like carrier landings and the other carrier landing games youve made. It does get boring after awhile when youre stuck doing the same levels but when youre doing free flight there is much more to explore. The new aircraft and new levels we understand but just to fly around and explore is just a little too much. We hope you guys look forward to making free flight free for those who cant get the full version and want to just explore but other than that…good game in our opinion. We havent played anythin this good in forever. But great job.
No avid updates nor new missions has got the game boring without further improvements.
When we got this game we played the first 3 levels and then you have to pay for everything else. Dont get if you dont like doing the same thing over again because thats what the dumb game will do.
The game no longer works. Several of the menu items do not direct the player to the correct selection. Update the game or remove it.
We really enjoy the features on this app., especially the various ways one can view the landings. The graphics are excellent, very detailed and the 3 – D effect is light years better than some other free downloads. Altogether very enjoyable! New review as of late 2018. We payed for an upgrade, to do nothing more than land planes on the carrier, which at our age (86) is a shakey proposition. A recent bug fix caused our upgrade to disappear. Very disappointed.

Plane doesnt land, just blows up. We tried all options following the instructions and plane blowed up. Then we tried all possible landing areas at the airbase and plane blowed up. Then we tried to land back on ship and plane blowed up. Then we flied to different areas of the map and tried to land on much better and convenient areas for landing and plane blowed up. We can assure you we can land supersonic jets. Bruh you dont have to fool people to make them frustrated and buy missions in order to be able to land. – Just put a price on your app.

First, the landing is highly inaccurate second, dont even get us started on the crash mechanisms we mean come on third, on the free play its not even free play its missions forth, the models are not even how they look in real life fifth, we are %100 am positive that anyone should get this game sixth, Air Combat Pilot is a better game than this pile of dang crap.
DO NOT TRUST THIS DEVELOPER! IT COST ME A BIT OF MONEY TO BE ABLE TO TELL YOU THIS, SO BELIEVE ME! THEY PROMISE MUCH. THEY DELIVER RARELY. ONCE THEY HAVE SOLD YOU AN APP, THEYRE DONE WITH YOU. SO THEY HAVE TO ENTICE NEW USERS. THIS IS DONE BY DEVELOPING A NEW GAME WHILE THEY IGNORE REQUESTS FOR AN UPDATE TO EXISTING GAMES.
Was good when first started now after update landing strips gone and flap control gone also guns have been taken out. Now board with games.
Not sure what is wrong with this game on our iPhone, all Rortos games play great on our android. This game is something frustrating, just will not land on first mission. If we can't get past that, something is very wrong and only recourse is Uninstaller and try on Android, see if that problem continues.
Some airfields are not there. The main base is just a mud strip compared to the first edition we downloaded which worked perfectly.
We love this game a lot and what makes it special to us is it has our favorite plane of all time, the F4U Corsair. But we do have some ideas. We think this game needs some more planes like the F6F Hellcat. Anyway this game is great keep updating it.
Got a new iPad, and it wont allow us to restore our purchases to play the campaign.

Our plane reverted from pulling it up it's supposed to go up but it goes again when we pull down it goes up also we would like it if you added a couple more aeroplanes like P 51 Mustang.
We wish there was more free missions. But its really fun game. We wish you could shoot though.So please whoever the developer please respond to this.
