What Makes Buttons and Scissors Stand Out
Cut off the sewing buttons in the logic game Buttons and Scissors! To cut off the buttons, select two or more buttons of the same color. You can select buttons only on the same horizontal, vertical or diagonal line. Cut off all the buttons from the scrap of denim to complete the level. Try to complete each level in the shortest time possible to get a better score.
You cannot cut off a single button, so plan your strategy in advance! Buttons and Scissors is a fun way to improve your logical thinking and train your brain.
Tutorial:
When you begin playing the game for the first time, there will be a tutorial level. You will be presented with a scrap of denim and a number of different colored buttons. Each current move will be displayed as a white arrow. Touch the first button and move your finger to the last button of the same color you wish to select in that line, and then release your finger. All selected buttons will then be cut off with a scissors, if selected correctly.

Since the IOS 15 update, all our puzzles are showing as completed. Usually, when we complete all our puzzles, we remove the app and reinstall it and complete all the puzzles again. But now, it always comes up as all have been comp,eyed. Please fix this. We really miss playing the game. We bounce back and forth on different levels so we cannot track our progress on each level. Ive been playing this game everyday for so many years. Its our favorite. We miss this game since the ios11 update. Please please update!! We miss it. We wish we could reset levels so we can replay again. We use to delete and reload it from the cloud and it reset all the levels. Now it doesnt reset. Its just easier to replay it without having to remember which level we ended on.

This is one of our favorite games ever! There are barley any adds! This game does not let you listen to music and play the game though.

We like the bright colored buttons and if we get stuck we can see how to solve.
Im not giving the game a 3, we absolutely love it. We dont even mind the ads except that FarmVille ad. Im ready to delete the game because of it. Every time It pops up, it takes forever for it to stop. We have restart our iPad and refuse to do that all the time, we cant even go out of the game and go back it. Too frustrating.
We were enjoying this game, but it stopped working. So, we have to uninstall. Sad. Reinstalled, have problems with it stopping between ads for other games. Than it will not return to the level at which we were playing.

This is a very fun game the buttons we luv how there is now an updated version of the buttons…..every chance we get we play this game luv the button colors….the game is so fun filled we play it all the time all the way.

We love this game! It's kind of like a puzzle, and some are easy and some we get stuck on for a minute until we back up and try a different way. We feel like it is good exercise for our brain, working out different strategies, but not so much exercise that our brain hurts. Just the right amount! It's a great little game to play when you have a quick few minutes to kill. The graphics are large and colorful, and the layout is basic, so it's not complicated at all. We often tire of games easily and delete after a while. But not this one! We've had it for a long time, and will never delete. It's a keeper.
Hours of diversion, with a couple of stumpers that will perplex. One board in particular kept us guessing for over a week. Thumbs up.

OMG! We have no words to describe this game. A must have for anyone who loves strategy, color, fun – and who doesn't love fun?! When we can't sleep, and can't find any relaxing apps, this one is calming and reassuring. It takes our mind off things and tires our eyes. That way we can rest. The levels are HARD!!! But after you get started, you'll become addicted! Honestly, while browsing our apps, there is an end to the fun you can have on some apps. But this app – what can we say? We find ourselves playing and can't make ourselves stop! And why would we want to? With an app like this, there are endless possibilities. Thank you so much for this app, and for all you people who don't like Buttons and Scissors, well, shame on you Sincerely, CometCat P.S. Let us know if you find a game as great as this one.
Keeps you thinking. So far not too challenging, but we're only on the 2nd stage.
We don't want to play games on phone or ipad but needless to say we are now playing Buttons and Scissors on both. Relentlessly. Frequently. Annoying others. Love it (the game not the being annoying).
Fun to play, very challenging and addictive.
We dislike timed games because our thinking always gets muddled. Because of this, we previously rated the game as 4 stars. But tonight we discovered we can replay each game! That means we can ignore the timing and replay for a shorter interval / better score! We find now that the timing doesn't affect us nearly as much because we know we can always play a "do over".
