Im giving it 1 star because that is as low as you can give. This game allows people to be vindictive, spiteful and hateful to the nth degree! Team owners and administrators let what power they are granted over you to go to their heads and they do unbelievable horrible cruel things to the other members of the team! Certainly no place for young people! We were on teams where inappropriate comments and suggestions were made. We were on teams where people were kicked off teams with no idea what non stated rules they were supposedly violating were until boom just out of the blue they were evicted which was very hurtful. And theres nothing ever done by the game! Add to that all the technical problems that occur with actually playing the game because the developers just spring changes and updates out of the blue that totally changes gameplay and players are left to figure them out on their own as supposedly the developers dont have time to address problems and work on the game! Many times hurtful things happen to players by other team members as they exercise this power they have over others with no checks or balances and just based on their personality and whatever whim they happen to be feeling at the time. The Facebook groups for the game offer little to no help with anything as Facebook has disassociated their direct connection with the game. Overall, this is a horrible destructive oppressive place to spend your time.
There is too much notifications we got 16 teen already ok at the same time and all the same notifications ok stop being annoying.
The app keeps crashing when we try to take socks from our friends. It completely shuts down the game. We tried reporting the problem but the developer website is also not functional.
This game is absolutely addicting! You dont even need to spend money like a game that shall not be named (Candy Crush ) our sister, our cousin, and we all play this game and are completely enthralled by it! Trust us, this game will have you matching socks all day and night long! So give it a try! If you dont like it you can always just delete it from your apps.
Loved this game before but now we dont know how we can play it without having to sign in every time we want to play help.
Heres the thing!!! We love this game!! Im addicted. We are having issues with our sock team info. We cant invite people to join our team. When we click on the button it doesnt do anything. It wont let us edit our team info either. Other then that we love it.
You need to add more levels.. And stop the nonsense we are at max level nowhere to go the choice is start back at level 1 with 0 coins we have been playing this game for 5-6 years love it just not good.
One of our favorites- its nearly meditating to search for and match socks. The addition of the groups was really the only improvement we saw after taking a few years off the game, but with that you dont need to seek out players that are your level -thats what groups are for. However, there are still glitches where we get kicked off, if no team mates are on its mind numbingly slow to play and forget about hearing back from support. Chances are your teammates can help you quicker as Ive never had a reply. We do pay real money for sock cash in the game though because we love it and Im happy to support games we like.
We were enjoying the game and signed into Facebook to play now after getting to lvl 3 it just freezes then goes to a grey screen and crashes.
We will not show up when we tap SUPPORT. We TRIED here to contact Developers SUPPORT, but it says its not working. We have a few suggestions and we need a bit of help. Did the developers quit their game? All our reviews disappeared.
The game is broken on mobile app and has been for days or weeks. When do you plan on fixing it? Teams dont work. Moves are repeated. Keeps saying no internet. Very aggravating. We have played for years. How did you recently break it? Fix it please.
Fun game. Thank you for fixing the bug that made us log into fb every time we got on. So much easier to play with out having to do so.
We used to play this as a kid and a we played this until we went to bed we loved this game.
Our young grandson introduced us to this game. He is not so young and now taller than us. Our issue is the option to watch videos for Socks Cash. This is quite useful and we have even played some of the games advertised. However, now we cannot view the videos and much harder to collect socks and advance to the next level. Otherwise love playing and exchanging socks with friends.
We used to find the game relaxing but lately a variety of authentication issues make it unplayable.
It wont let us play unless we have our Wifi on.. If we have the Wifi off it wont work it hasn't done that we a long time please fix it.
Im in the 54, 55, 56, 57 all at the same time now. It just keeps advancing before we have all the pairs. No rewards either.
We have been put back to level one on our iPad. We sent in a request asking to be reinstated but have not heard a word, not even the courtesy of an email. It was our favorite game for two years or more and we are disappointed.
We absolutely love this game however we have some suggestions. We really wish there was a 3rd line after so many levels. We do not enjoy tossing a sock just to get the same sock right back. We also think more people can send you socks not just 1 at a time. Just a few thoughts Ive had thanks for the game.
So we haven't been able to play for a while but now it's back and running. Fun game! Addicting! Would love to see some additions to the game. Maybe after completing a set you can trade in for dollars or energy. We would have rated 5 star if it had more options to get energy to help play the game longer. Sometimes hard to get the socks needed due to lack of energy.
This used to be a game that we enjoyed, but the last couple of weeks have worn our patience to the point that we can no longer recommend this to anyone. We dont know what has happened, but it doesnt seem that the company knows how to fix the games serious issues.
The new version is supposed to be faster. Instead its just buggy. Keeps saying its offline. And definitely NOT faster. Also the new feature, hints that keep dropping down to tell you to do what you were TRYING to do anyway, are annoying as HECK! If some people like them, fine, but give us a way to turn them off.
We hate new update. We lost all progress when we updated. We have to restart. Contacted game through help. Got no response. Tried through Facebook today hope it helps. Not happy considering money we have spent on game.

This used to be our favorite game when we just wanted a distraction. We were forced to update a couple weeks back. The upgrade turned out to be a big failure. We lost all the progress we had made and am back to beginner level. It keeps trying to make us log in with Facebook which we dont want to do. We tried to use their customer support. They responded once but not to any other request. On top of all this we lost our over 4000 points and the money we had in our bank. Like we said it used to be a great game. Not any more.
No longer fun. Rarely connects to server, always asking for login to Facebook and to iTunes Store. Reinstalled and no better. Used to love this game now its just sad.
Still annoying like the black banner that tells us what to do next is really annoying if people cant figure this game out without those then they should not be playing, its not rocket science to play this we dont need constant guidance please remove the pushy banner! Also Im still getting notifications telling us we need to update , we did that 4 days ago if we get notified again Im deleting! And Im not gonna download this game again.
We cannot discard to players after the last update to the IOS app. Works ok on the Windows platform on our laptop. Just FYI. Wont stop us from playing but wanted to the team aware.
We updated yesterday 7/31. Game will load but nothing after that. We have uninstalled and reinstalled. Shut phone off and turned back on. Nada.
Been playing this for a VERY long time now. Its just a calm game which is more our speed. Just disappointed that the Christmas decorations and Christmas socks didnt make an appearance this last Christmas. Thats was always fun!! Otherwise love this game.

Since the game switched to Unity (the new version), it crashes multiple times a day. Just closing the game and reloading often doesnt help. Most days, we have to uninstall and reinstall 3 or more times.

Well you state we dont have the latest version, then you send us to your web sight to update there is no update available. Where is it.
We're trying to log into the game and a message pops up saying we don't have the current version, and to tap the button below that says "ok". When we do that, we get sent to the App Store and we tapped the "open" button and get sent back to that message again. We turned our iPhone off and back on again. Didn't help then uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still nothing, same. We've contacted support, so we'll see if it gets resolved.

Some suggestions…balls, amusement parks, balloons, dishes, etc. We cant get on the game now because it says that we dont have the latest update, however, it says there isnt an update available.

This game is so fun and addicting… But it only has 100 levels. Please make more levels! We're almost to the ending point and we don't want to delete it.
