We have played this game for at least 5 years and loved it until the past 6 months. Numerous times, this app opens but freezes on the screen that first comes up and wont open to play games. All you see is when the developer responds back to others; they just say send an email. What is up with your app.
We have played this game for a very long time added a lot of money and it seems as if every single time you add money they take your points twice as fast so in our opinion in our experience with this game dont add any of your own money to this game they take it within minutes.

The chat box makes the game crash is the first issue. The second is after we downloaded this on our tablet we tried to also put it on our phone and it says we have the game on too many devices. The error is some security issue.

We like playing this game,but it keeps kicking us out in the middle of our games. It takes our credits and does not give us any payouts. We have emailed about not getting credit for wins. Your support told us to take a snapshot or something. We dont know what they are talking about, or how to do it. This game is rigged we played 25 rounds two cards each game and NEVER won once. Very disappointed and angry.
If we could give the game a zero we would in a heart beat! Signed up using a link a friend sent us. Not only did neither her or we get the reward for her inviting us she doesn't even show up on our friends list on the game! Verified our email for 100 chips and never received the chips! Lost a bunch of coins due to the game reloading. Customer support just says use firefox, they dont reimburse you. This is being downloaded from the Apple ap store so they should make it work with Safari or chrome or all of them. Dont spend money on coins or dollars because you could lose them. Please ensure you have a good internet connection.Also we recommend for you to use firefox as you browser as this is the platform that serves our game.Also ensure you app and device are fully up to date. On Sat, Mar 11, 2017 at 5:53 PM, Three times now we have lost coins do to the game going into a "oops need to reload cycle". Only way to get it working again is to close it and open it again and losing themgame/coins in the process.
This is great game keep us coming back for more.
Since we became a VIP, we love this game. It's a lot of fun.
There's no way to see all numbers called, power ups don't work and winning is less than 20% of cards played. We tried writing to support, we can't even do that. Don't spend money on this game, you will be disappointed.
