A lot of older games are hard to enjoy if you didnt play them at the time. But as someone who had never heard of this one but is a huge fan of similar games, Burger Shop immediately hooked us! Its graphics, audio, and goofy character will take you straight back to the 90s/00s, with none of the crummy controls or dated game design we were afraid of. Ive been playing all day and its a genuine 10/10. We just finished the main story and Im definitely going to go back for 5 stars on every level + try the extra modes before moving on to the sequel (which we already have downloaded).

Its really stressful we wish the people were less impatient but we love it! Even if the people stay the same (still impatient) we will be happy its a really fun game we made up fun names for the characters and its a fun game.
This game may be a little stressing but its super fun and interesting as you start learning what to do we highly recomend you get this game.
Despite being released in 2007 (18 years ago), this game holds up insanely well with its fast paced gameplay and charming humor and graphics style. It gets increasingly hard near the end of the game, especially during Expert Story, and still we manage to have fun through all of it. Great job :).
We havent played this game in years. We used to love watching our big sister play this game. THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY A CLASSIC.
This game was originally released when we were a little kid. We played it a ton then, and it was ridiculously fun. But it was too challenging for us, and we quit before we finished it. Now Im in our 20s, out of work, and we have plenty of time we dont know what to do with. So, out of curiosity, we returned to Burger Shop, and took up our virtual job as a cook again. Many years later, this game STILL is one of THE MOST FUN GAMES we HAVE EVER PLAYED, and it is DEFINITELY THE BEST FOOD-SERVICE game out there. We downloaded it and finished the main story within a week. Then we downloaded Burger Shop 2 and finished that in about a day. Thats how good these games are: we cleaned our plate, came back for seconds, and still have room for dessert! Im going to leave a separate review for the second game, but the original? BEAUTIFUL. ICONIC. CLASSIC. Hours of challenging fun! The most beautiful, silly art style we have ever seen in a food-service game! Music and sound design that lives in your head for years! Playing this again was like going to your favorite restaurant from years ago and finding that the food is just as good and the staff is just as friendly. The world-building and storytelling is actually something Id love to see a comic or cartoon of – there are so many implications to work through that are so exciting, but Ill let other players discover those for themselves! We rarely love a game enough to write a review for it, but Burger Shop is way more than a game. Its a story and an experience and a work of art. It feels dreamy and down-to-Earth at once, humorous and satirical and poignant even a decade later. And if the developers one day give their recipe for a triple-bacon-cheeseburger-with-ranch, we WILL try it. We would give this ten stars if we could! It belongs in a museum as a meaningful work of human culture! A triumph.
Burger shop is so much fun and challenging very entertaining . And for even more fun if you like this definitely recommend burger shop 2.
We played this game when we were little on our grammas kindle, and while we were looking for another nostalgic game from our childhood, we saw the pictures for this game and immediately recognized it. The music is so nostalgic and it truly brings us back. Love this game, 10/10.

We usually dont write reviews for anything but this game is so near and dear to our heart. We didnt have the easiest childhood, but as a little girl when we would find our moms phone and play this, it made everything seem a bit more quiet. Here we are 13 years later looking for a good cooking game and we saw this logo. It brought us back to the good parts of those memories. We didnt have a clue all these years that it was still out there but Im ecstatic to have it back!!! Ill be recommending this to everyone.
We love this game so pls make a new one soon but its kinda hard to play without being a little hungry still got the second one tho Im gonna take our time playing it.

This game is so good. Make more games. And even more games. Its hard sometimes but not enough to make you have a meltdown, at least in story mode. All we can really say is that itll be cool if we could see the player / see ourselves, and as well as being able to decorate the restaurants.
We love time management games and this is by far on the top of our list. Its so fun, the burgers look so good (we get so hungry playing this), and we love pushing ourselves to get perfect on every level. The dry humor in the tutorials is perfectly funny and Im addicted to burger shop now.
This game is so nostalgic for us. We beat it and its successor when we were younger. Id play this for hours! One of the things we love about this is you select upgrades based on funtheres no penalty for not upgrading a certain item first. Its a lot less complex than most games these days which is what we find relaxing about it.

When we were little, we would spend hours playing this on our Kindle with our mom. When we got our phone a few years ago, we didnt think to download it again. However, we randomly thought of this game and how much we loved it and re-downloaded it and our screen time is not looking too good Besides the point, we know its a mobile game but it has helped us make so many memories. It was so nostalgic when we redownload this the other day. Also, if you are worried about ads, theres not that many. Usually we delete mobile games a few minutes after we get them because the ads are horrible and theres too many, however this game is not like that and the ads are bearable! We dont see a huge need to buy the $2.00 not ads fee. Overall, if there were 10 stars to rate this game, Id give it an 11.
We literally download this on every phone and purchase no ads. This game is addicting and gets as hard as you want it to get. A good game for absolute GAMERS.
When Im bored we play this and it is fun we dont like how its really hard but we also do we feel we need to rush and if we get a bad score we have to play till we do and we need to be less hard we love this other wise.
