Ive been playing this game for years and we still come back to it. You can play for a l9ng time and not have to put money into it.
Over all the game is a lot of fun! Customer service has been really good at replacing diamonds we lost by accidentally clicking on the shuffle button (3 diamond) when we meant to hit the return tile button (free). These buttons are very close to each other and would be nice if they could change the lay out of at least ask you if this is what you want to do like it does when you want to add an extra tile box. We've been playing for a couple of years now and really enjoy playing. It's addictive.
We dont know how its possiblebut the latest Update changed how we play. Never any ads to earn tokens. We will be playing this game less often.
Ever since the update, we have to click at least twice to select a tile. Super annoying so we hope its fixed soon because its pretty much unplayable. Otherwise Ive enjoyed the game for years.
We know the game recently had an update. Not sure what happened but now selecting tiles is extreme slow. It takes at least two taps to select a tile to match. Now Im losing games like crazy because we cant go fast enough to win. What happened.
Love the actual game, but there are a couple of major flaws with the game: 1) When you barely beat your opponent (like by 1 point), the game says youve won, but it actually awards the points and record the win for your opponent. This has happened to us multiple times and we have screenshots to prove it. Granted, we have benefitted from this glitch ourselves, at times, but its still a major problem. If you are able to beat someone even if only by a point you should get the credit. Period. 2) For whatever reason, the sound just cuts out on this game. Its not our device because it happened on another device, too. Our sound will be on for a game or two and then the next game theres no sound. VERY ANNOYING. We usually end up restarting the game, but after a couple of times, we just quit playing. Please fix these issues.
Every time we play a 2500 point game. No matter how far ahead we are, it beats us at the very end. We know its not a person but an algorithm just to get our self to buy more points. We wish the game would be more fair. Especially for us people who buy the additional help! Really disappointed after playing for quite some time. It used to be more fair and now all they care about is spending money on the game.
We will win a game and dont get our points.
Never get coins you paid for, game constantly freezes, watch endless videos for FREE COINS or FREE DIAMONDS dont hold your breath, they never register if they do, you CAN NEVER CLAIM THEM! Thoroughly disgusted.
We love this game but we are so frustrated with the issue of in the middle of our game it will just shut down and we have to restart the game and hope it lets us back in on time before the other person wins !! We have lost hundreds of games and points to that problem please fix o dont want to delete the game for good .. Also we havent been able to watch videos for diamonds.!! Please fix Im using iOS and android.
Love the game but it keeps resetting in the middle of games and we end up losing or have to wait for it to reset. Ive lost thousands of coins because of this issue. It typically resets after an add comes on. Very frustrating.
Please fix it. Ive been a player for years . Now it disconnects every game and we lose our points.
The updates are awful. There are too many ads. When you swipe be careful because you will open a game by mistake. We did this twice and lost 20,000 points to which no return was fixed. The format is not as good as the old one, and to earn extra points the ads are to long and infrequent. Im done after losing 20,000 points for no reason. Fix it as this version is awful!!!!!!! Not to mention the slowness of the connection. Hate to tell you it is yours As we have no problem on any other game or app. Time to start over.
We have played this game for years! And we got a new phone and it updated the app to this new crap! We hate this new look! We are very unhappy about this! Give us back the old look.
Love that you play someone and its a timed game. Thats the fun of it. The game is definitely glitchy at times but the glitches usually happen between games with the adds.
Since the recent update they changed the look of the tiles and it is awful! We have been a player for years but we will now be deleting the app.
We absolutely loved this game before and played daily, but the new version is a great big let down. 1. It is so hard to differentiate the layers of the tiles, 2. The images on the tiles are harder to see, and we never thought we would say this, but 3. We miss the snowballs! Big let down.
We have been playing this game for many years and had reached level 10 with over 30,000 games. Then we upgraded our iPad and all the tiles are different and so are the layouts. It is a real pain now. Very hard to see what tiles are free and you cant plan moves ahead or even take back more than a few moves. We are deleting it. Bad choices Lazyland.
We have played this game for years because we truly enjoyed it. But, due to the changes that include annoying ads after every game, we are deleting the game. We really enjoyed the challenge. Sure wish you did not go this route. Sigh.
This update is crap because its just a whole new game now, not just a little change. The only change we like – hence the two stars – is that the tiles arent blocked from the opponent. Just sad.
Game is slow. Tiles are difficult to differentiate. Not a fan of new version. May have to start looking for a new game.

Dont like it at all, pieces are too small, enjoyed the old game. Why didnt you leave it alone.
We love the game. But. The messages that pop up. Do take away the ability to keep playing by a few seconds. Which is crucial to game play. Also, the matching up with a partner to play with is not always a fair match. If the person is way ahead of you in level. Then your doomed no matter, So it becomes a waste of constant to play.
We really enjoy this game except for the quirks! Almost daily, we suffer from connection failures that we believe are the games issues. Our internet connection is fairly strong since we recently upgraded it. We know that the occasional internet interruptions occur but this happens way too much. Id give it a 5-star rating but for this irritating quirk.
We like the game but we feel it screws you over a lot. There should be a time limit on how long tiles are covered. There is one aND the game will screw you over a lot knowing your waiting on a certain tile to be uncovered.
Most of our games were interrupted by bad connection, but even tho it wouldnt allow us to finish the game, it took the tokens. Oh, well. It would be fun if it would actually let us play. Deleting app and finding a different game.
Every night at 9:00 CST the game disconnects every 10-20 seconds. It would be a fun game but it is too unreliable and you lose points every time it happens. Also the freezing tiles aspects are very unfair.
This game keeps glitching and cheating.. The ice shots seem to last way too long. There are too many other apps out here for these issues not to be fixed.
Please fix it or we will have to remove it from all our devices.
Worst game ever!!! Lazy land is a HUGE rip off! Sad to even give them 1 star.
We love this game and am totally addicted, however, there are some frustrating aspects… The message that comes across the screen blocks you from making moves, these messages relate to the other player being done and you have 45 seconds to beat their score, the message cuts that time to about 30 seconds. The other message that pops up alerting you that you are way ahead also prevents you from finishing the board for a few seconds. Lately, we have not been able to watch videos to earn diamonds either…we guess they want you to spend more money. Sometimes the game freezes which is super frustrating…that's why we gave it a 4 instead of 5.
We love the game! Best Mahjong & duels game. We agree the freeze lasts too long and now they don't offer the ability to earn free diamonds! They are way too expensive to buy. So excellent game that could use improving in several areas.
Im so obsessed with this game but it is super frustrating that whether Im on WiFi or not it keeps saying connection failed reconnecting and then brings us back to the home page and we lose our coins!! We have a fine connection its getting on our nerves to the point where we want to stop playing.
We used to love playing this game, but lately it's just problem after problem. Other players seem to be able to shoot ice shots constantly, effectively blocking our board the entire game. Today, the game repeatedly crashed, costing us coins and money. You really need to get with the program and fix these issues.
We absolutely love this game, however there are times we buy chips and then we get paired with someone 5 levels ahead of us and they are blasting us from the second the game starts which is not possible. You are stealing and allowing cheating. You cant win and all it makes us is furious every time we play!!! Its unethical.
We really like this game we wouldve given it 5 stars but lately the game crashed multiple times in a row and cost us our chips and it counts as our lose.
You can be way ahead and all of a sudden tiles get frozen sooo long, you lose! The do you want to end game when way ahead message comes up, it blocks your board so you can' keep playing! Give opponent an undeserved advantage! We do enjoy the head to head competition though.
Since we already like mahjong, we find this to be a challenging new twist. We like the competition. The only drawback we have is when we don't win we run out of chips soon.
It seems to us like the ice shots are way too easy for other players to get. There have been a lot of games where it seems like they are sending an ice shot way too fast to be possible, like every two seconds, which isn't possible if their Gage's are emptying after every shot like ours do. In addition, when someone hits the done button, it's impossible to move for a while, because the message covers part of the board, and thus blocks moves, taking up 10-20 seconds of your 45 second limit t out score your opponent. It's almost like its programmed to ensure that the only way to win is to have a lot of diamonds, which means spending a lot of money.
Ice shots are completely unfair have only gotten worse. They last longer on certain tiles and sometimes don't even affect the other player. We're actually tired of playing a game that was once enjoyable.
Some how players are taking control of our game so they can win, why cheat? As Im playing they can replace tiles Ive taken off the board and also freeze the board to where we touch a tile and nothing happens. How can that be? We spend money to play this game . After we use up our credits Im going to delete this app. No fun if players have to cheat to win.
Mahjong deleted all our coins, diamonds and restarted us at level 1. Please address this most distressing issue! Thank you.

We don't know if our iPad is not working, 'cause we cant play the thing with the ticket. The game load to 95% and then the game had all in black.
Although your opponent is often of a higher level than you, the game is challenging and highly addictive.
Great game with too many bugs. Game starts and you cannot play…there go your points. Every 24 hours you are offered a Bonus … And the button may not work. Mid-game, you guessed it…buttons stick and … You lose. But you keep playing because it is addictive.
99% of games paired with players that are higher ranked to be severely beaten! How do you advance levels that way? Daily bonus "locks" up doesn't gift or time is off from when you last collected. Game freezes. Tiles are difficult to distinguish which ones are open. Emailed support and get no where. We don't mind playing a level over us one game next should be one lower or something so that you can actually go up levels.
