We really like the music boards. We also like the Treasury of Time, but you keep taking it away. You should make a feature where we can keep the features we like and opt out of the ones we dont. But, for all our complaints, Ive been playing since 2017 and doubt Ill stop unless you Really mess things up.
Sorry, but we do not think that any game should inflict long-winded, annoying ads WITHOUT ANY WAY TO GET OUT OF THEM and not even having a timer after which you can do so. We used to play this game a lot and really enjoyed it. Now we play it much less, and try to avoid the ads, but occasionally we get caught in one, which induces us to play even less.
When there are no moves left, the game will not reshuffle if there is a fire ball, even if you cant move it to any of the items.
What we truly dont like about this game is the ads wont let you go even after you go through a 30 second countdown timer they wont let you out without tapping the screen feels like a million times Im about getting fed up with this game because of that alone. On the other hand, the game is wonderfully made. Im sure youre making a ton of money. Why do you have to make people go through this aggravation where you cant get out of an ad.
Played several years ago and decided to play again. Good game.
We once enjoyed this game. After an absence we decided to return to it. Not a good choice. Its changed and not for the better. Also, Ive seen several ads for this game that replay the same 30 second video over and over (at least 10 times). We know that ads = revenue, but this is beyond reasonable! We actually became sick of the game by watching these ads! Im sure that wasnt the goal they had in mind.
The game is full of glitches since the last update.please fix it.
Just downloaded this game, so far it has its moments. Now just waiting for it to get a little strategy thinking, to win quicker & collect extra coins.

Cave level 124, no possibility of completion. Too many timed bombs and when you clear some, even more come back. So many blocked squares you cant get any match 3s to diffuse the bomb before it explodes and terminates the level. We love the updated graphics but its not enough anymore. Every level should be winnable at some point.

We have been playing this for along time, but we are new to Facebook. Our question is that when you finish a collection, do you get the extra 20 crystals that they show by Facebook and Twitter.

We like the game all except for the timed events cant beat them without spending cash to get diamonds and too hard to earn them thats why we rate it 4stars.
Today we worked on the game of the day. Every time we made progress, the game actually deleted a piece and as a result, we did not receive the credit towards receiving the reward. We dont know if this was a glitch and it wasnt the first time it happened to us. We will have to watch more closely and hope it doesnt happen again. If it does, then maybe this isnt the game for us.
We love this game! We would play it all day but our internet is acting up so we cant download the game. It is interesting and challenging really fun to play.

We have enjoyed the game except for when the suggestions PREVENT your from ignoring them because there is no X to move from the screen. This is not only annoying but takes away the enjoyment. We appreciate the suggestions/hints but leave us alone to use or not to use.
We loved playing this every evening before bed until a new update caused it to mess up and we were never able to open it again. We had plenty of storage on our device. Device was updated . Closed every thing and tried again . Turned it off and that didnt work either Gave up.
We love the game but the only way to progress in levels is to make a purchase. Disappointing as we all cannot afford to spend money on a game.
This is an enjoyable game, but for the last month or so we have not been able to make endgame purchases for gems. When we attempt to make a purchase, it just continues to spin and spin and we never am able to complete the purchase. We cant find any place within the app to respond the company, which seems to be a significant oversight on their part.
Play is ok, but each level only takes seconds to complete and then you are made to scroll through tons of stupid dialogue before youre allowed to play the next level. Waste of time! Already removed and deleted. If you want to read a poorly written book with a couple of seconds game play then this game is for you. If not dont bother.
We love the puzzles. But it seems very difficult to get the tokens to complete the collections, even if we go looking for them specifically, they rarely appear.
Empires is our favorite game play when ever we can.
We have played this game for a long time. Enjoyed it and yes spent quite a bit of money playing it. Had many friends that we gifted back and forth with. Now all of a sudden we click on our friends list and it says to log n using Facebook. The only problem with that is the spot where you are supposed to click to continue with Facebook, is also covered up with other writing. We can still play the game but no longer have friends. We want our friends list back. The game is losing appeal for us now. Why does everything have to go thru Facebook.

We dont know why there arent any new reviews. We played this game many years ago and we got frustrated and deleted it. We recently saw it on an ad pop up and decided to try again. Its changed for the better.
This is the first game we open and play, and has been for some years now. We dont necessarily play all the extra things you could do, but even without paying for extra stuff, you can enjoy this game. It does get progressively harder, but you also learn as you go.
