We too have layer a lot of FISH GAMES, but we really am enjoying this one. We like the characters blinking and lip talking. The hidden objects are hard to find, but when we stuck with itI figured it out! We wish we had the $$$ to buy the rest of the game, but Im disabled/ retired and money is short right now. The colors and the intricate scenes are fine! First time we had to inspect the vegetation to find objectsvery cleverly placed. (The scraper got us..) we were supposed to use a code for a lower price, but there was no place to enter it.we are not happy because we simply cannot pay to finish this great game. [Not asking here; just expressing our feelings) Please keep to this style of playI want moreI have played for almost two hoursmy mind off our problems and the pain pushed aside because we were totally enthralled by the gameplay. Based on the legend of la llarona, a creepy story we grew up with. The art work was nice and colorful. That part was a standout from the multitude of BF games. A bit low-res during video, but great during gameplay. Decent HOPs and ok mini games. Logical gameplay, and memorable cues…Im going to need an eye for that funky guy. Downside…multiple crashes on iPad, but did not lose progress, so thats a plus. A lot of fetch and carry across multiple sites. Map/hint were decent for helping with this, but it got a bit tiresome.
We purchased this game a long time ago. We find ourselves going back to play it over again due to the colorful graphics and interesting story line. Do not hesitate to buy this game! Love it.

Nice game, great storyline, colorful graphics, easy to play and we got through the entire game with all achievements! We would have beat every single puzzle/game except there is a glitch in one of the puzzles (in the bonus chapter game) where you copy the shadows on the wall with the stars, circles and moon shapes. Every time you would move one it would throw you out of the game. We really wanted to play this particular game because it looked interesting and we couldn't because of that glitch.The only way around that was to skip the so that we could continue on with the bonus chapter. Other than that it's a great game and we give it five stars.

This game is a nice change from all the dark and spooky being put out. We love how colorful it is and we love the Latino accents. The storyline is good too. Please put out more like this, not everyone likes dark, spooky, and dastardly all the time.

So far we love it!! The beginning of the game is amazing and fun to play, oh and easy we must add! Yes, we think we're going to buy it and we hope we won't be disappointed in the end. Not that we're anticipating it, but some of these games may "fool" us in the beginning. But, nevertheless, we hope for the best.
We've deleted all our other Hidden Object Games because they became tedious. This game is colorful and full of adventures to keep your attention. We love the puzzles.

This is our first written review after playing many HO games. This is a great game but we wish it was longer! The colors were beautiful. We're so tired of dark, grim settings. Gunnar games are new to us but we hope to see more of them in the future. The story was interesting and kept our interest (not all games do).
This is a pretty good game as far as the free trial, we may continue with the paid game.

Greetings, Gamers: Yep, weeping with joy over this delicious, delightful game. It's everything we want and look for when playing and purchasing. Didn't even wait until point of sale to buy this gem. Love the different and unique aspects to this game. The graphics, the telling of the story, the characters, the HOS, puzzles, narrative are all excellent. Plus a cheeky sense of humor to spice things up! You collect hidden skulls and morphing flowers along the way. Sometimes we've been so caught up in the eye candy that we forget those and have to return to previous scenes to seek and find. But no bother, the jump map is efficient and portions of game don't permanently seal themselves off once you've visited. What a visually lush and rich game this is to behold. Gunnar Games, take a well-deserved bow. But easy on the siestas, we want a sequel pronto! Pass the margaritas, y'all! Until next time, fellow Festival Lovers, May the fiesta stars light your way.

Finally a great game that had no glitches and a working map. We almost stopped playing big fish after the last four games before this fantastic game. We will always buy new games if they are this good. Please keep this type of game coming. GREAT.

This is hands down the best game ever, we buy every hidden object game that comes out, & this is now our fave. Great story, great colors, great game. We LOVE IT.
We've played countless games like these but this is by far our favorite. Bright, vibrant, fun.
This is a 5 star game easy. It just moves along from one scene to the next. Graphics are great so are puzzles.

This is not a fairy tale but a different slant on a story we haven't seen before. Bright and colorful taking place in Mexico. Good voice overs with moving lips Hoss transporting map and ever present strategy guide. Your collecting golden skulls and morphing flowers which are hard to find at times. We played this on our Mac sometime ago can't remember any Rats L/M but we wouldn't swear to it. This worked good on our iPad up until the free part was over won't buy again. We would generally have replayed on our Mac but haven't been feeling great so will pass this time. A big shout out to all the gang and so glad to hear about Raven Nambr proud of you. Loved the game. We really like the games that are not fantasy, Art work was amazing, didnt really care for all the back and forth but enjoyed the game nevertheless.
Good game…our only complaint is that the bonus chapter had no map…but the ending is well worth it.

We loved this game….no glitches….beautiful scenes and good storyline…love the accents and the moving lips ( thanks Snooper, ya know we love it when the lips move). Puzzles good but little easy. If we have any complaints, we do like less HOPs and more varied puzzles (getting spoiled with the variety these game makers are churning out), no trouble finding our way around with map and hint if needed and labeled inventory. What more could a game player want….pia Colada in Cabo maybe.
This game had a good story. It was not too difficult or too easy. The map didn't give everything away. The puzzles were fun. Of the 40+ HO games we have played, this is the first one we were able to get all of the achievements.
This game was great and very well done. Loved it. But it was very short compared to others we've played. Still it's worth the 4.99. Just to let you know, there are a lot of HOS in it. We would have given it 5 stars if we didn't finish it and the bonus chapter in one night.
We like this one so far. It is something different.
We got this for $4.99, which was on sale, but it could have been reduced more. The total game time play, including the bonus game, was no more than three hours. The puzzles are easy, the plot is simple. The graphics are decent and the voice overs/drama is okay. Nothing to rave over, but if you are bored this game will suffice. We dislike that you can't replay the main game with the same profile to go back and earn all the achievements if one desires to do so. The game makes you create a new profile and start all achievements over, which is very annoying. Also, in the bonus content, the voices for the dialogue completely stopped working. It wasn't hard to put together everything overall. Some of the additional collectibles were hard to find. Considered giving a 2-star rating, but it wasn't a total waste. We just wish it was cheaper than what they originally charged for it.
This game is below average in comparison to other Big Fish HOG that we've played. Pros: the jump map, hint button recharged quickly, variety of HOS puzzles. Cons: the jump map didn't always go to the exact site (there were sub-sites), hidden skulls (waist of time), objectives that you would never think to do if not for hints (the top of the pyramid, the moving columns in the cave and the whole gas tank thing to light the room…Why? Storyline seemed promising, but turned out to be just silly. Overall, something to do – But Don't waste money paying for it.
Love the color of the game. Graphics nicely done. Needed more puzzles and hidden object games. $6.99 is to much money for this games. Story well done.
