It could definitely use some updates and minor tweaks, but overall its pretty good. Doesnt seem to just be a remade cash grab game.
In games like this you expect to battle people who have access to the same units and at roughly the same level also when you press battle would expect one in under five minutes now thats a stretch because less than one minute would be the norm. So as a beginner we dont have access to planes it was surprising that everyone Ive played and everyone is not an exaggeration meaning most players it actually means in every match they have had planes. As we are new Im not as familiar with the hit points or level of our buildings but we believe the hit points are around 600 and level is 3. Ive faced level 6 players that have bunkers at 1100 might below 1100 but at least 1000. If you have to buy things right away thats fine just dont act like the game can be played by everyone and we would think the more low hanging fruit for your big spenders would be good if for nothing else to build numbers so the people who want to play dont have to wait long for a battle. This seems to be the way of things as Im finding it harder to find a game that you dont have to spend money just to learn to play. And Im sure this is the idea behind the arcade game give people nothing for nothing then if they have to spend have them spend money on are new arcade.
Too similar to Empire Z only without the zombie theme. This game needs more work and features. You would think they would add more updates after years of being away. We checked to see if any change happened, to our disappointment nothing has changed.
This game is borderline at best. The only quality is the people you meet. Ember is a joke and could care less about the consumer. You have to pay REAL $ and we mean avg. 5k$!!To be in the Billion power range, cause ther are folks in there at up to 8Billion who will roll easy targets like you. When you realize you can't outspend everyone you'll be in too deep. If you wanna log on n kill time at work, well this game is not even good for that. Builds n research go into WEEKS 9+, So you have nothing to do, unless you $$. Online poker is a better option. Now move along!! We played 3 years without spending 1$ and made it to 100 million power 3 years. 100 million is NOTHING.
We been emailing them multiple times to fix our issues we were one of those dumb @55es that spent a ton of money on this game n still do up into this point. They wont fix our issues they wont reply back to emails. What a waste of time and money, dont buy nothing from this company cuz if something goes wrong they aint going to help you.
We have been playing for over 3 yrs. Ember is very dismissive of people that have spent money on this game hoping/begging for any update. EMBER DELETE THE GAME OR UPDATE. Very disappointed.
Game loads but screen is dark and there is no functionality. This game always seems to have some issue with loading or like now you can see your base but cannot select anything. This is not the first time this has happened to this game.
This game needs an upgrade and new features… Great game but, ember has neglected us for too long… Bored AF.
Great game, Ive been playing for 2 plus years now. Ive met lots of great people and is still very entertaining to play.
We have been playing commanders for almost three years. The reason for staying is the people Ive befriended in our alliance. Not for the game play, the events are the same predictable events, there has not been any new units released recently to train for even though they have slots available. Ember seems to focus more on its other games, granted they did issue another update recently but after the update we keep getting constant reconnect messages. The game has become more of a money player game if you want to level up quickly, and its obvious who those players are.
Since the update we can't stay on long enough to enjoy the game. We spent to much money and really enjoyed the game to quit but if they do t fix it soon we have no choice but to give up the game and say goodbye to the friends we made in the game and move on!!!! Pls fix it soon!!!!!!!! Fix by getting a new phone and been playing since.
Good platform easy to grasp. What we really like is the game plays with phone/tablet in the sideways position. Personally we've lost interest in games that play with phone held straight up and down.
Good game much like Game of war, Empire Z. Addictive and fun. Find an alliance and get playing. Better game than those in our opinion.

Thought it was going to be another RTS game … Never played E Z (empire z) another ember game …. First was a little hard to handle but once we got the hand of things our core power was shooting up amazing people in game also haven't had an problem with game yet … Need to kill time just down load it and try it out … And see for your self.
Overall good game. Need to open more regions as current regions alright have dominant players that you would have to spend thousands just to become even with. Also, it's been a long time since the last update. Let's hope they have something solid coming soon. Very similar to EZ just on a smaller scale.
Empire Z was awesome before all the changes. This game is identical to when empire z was good.
The game is okay. But if you dont spend a lot of money you will be zeroed of all your troops all the time and never get ahead.
Ember clearly doesn't care about this game. The same tired events weekend after weekend… There are far better games out there.
We really hate these kind of "pay to win games". This is exactly like clash royale. We'd be more inclined to play if we could tell our opponent off of he beats us. Deleting this app.
Good game needs better way of finding alliance members on world map.
We like this game a lot. It does takes some time to gain power once you get up in rank, but it's a lot of fun. There needs to be an update for you to be able to move buildings around other than tearing it down and rebuilding.

Decent game that can be put on autopilot for a short period of time.
The game is interesting, but needs more controls. Things such as a limit on high-level players constantly attacking and basically making lower level players so broke they can just start to recover before another comes and does the same thing. The alliances in this game need better communication options, such as real-time communications, and alerts to other devices in a more timely manner. If these things were fixed, along with access to PC, it would be a very good game to play long-term. Several weeks later: the other reviews talking about the imbalances and the ability of coiners to constantly keep you unable to advance without coining yourself are very true. No way to make significant gains in this game without inserting significant amounts of cash. We're uninstalling this game asap.
This game could be a lot of fun and we could see ourselves spending money but we're constantly getting kicked off and it's extremely aggravating.
Fix ur game, it keeps kickin us out and it's freakin annoying, we can't jack crap cuz of it, ur game just completely deleted our account, we want our account back, Reaperyates, y do we hav to start all over again, the more we play this game, the worst it gets, now fix it.
All they want is money . All the games so out of balance it isn't funny.
Impossible to play well without spending a ton of money. People who do spend a ton can easily destroy those who don't. Good for them making money, bad for having fun playing.
Amazing game, we love it. It's quite addicting. It's a great strategy game that keeps you playing!! We really enjoy everything it has to offer, it surpassed our expectations in every way!! The only thing we wish could change is the app crashing. We know, every app has it's downfalls due to unfixable issues, we're not sure if they could fix this. But if they can, this game couldn't get a higher perfect rating from us. If you like games conquer quest, zombie whatever it's called haha. You'd enjoy this game!! It's worth the trial!! Update: game is still great, but the game needs some stability fixes, it crashes every time the game is almost finished loading.
This game is not what we expected us and a lot of other players are upset over the manipulation of your wanting us to spend a lot of money and later getting our troops slowed down , our farms deleted , rrs. Lowered ,gold disappears. This game has a lot of dishonesty about it so that's why we're tired of being forced to to buy more pack to recoup our losses.

We loved this game so far it surpassed our expectations and offers so much things you can do (if you ask us is it better then empire z yes it is) now crashing don't have any problems with this prolly due to what system your using some better then others.
Easy to get into this game and enjoy the missions. Thanks for the ability to gain extra gold too! Definitely a great time.
This is a great game but a cant get it to load, and maybe you could add more troops or buildings because we have no more buildings to build.
Although this game is still developing, it is a great game. We can't wait to how far Ember can go.

Really fun game if you find a good Alliance that is good! This game forces you to help each other out. The only bad thing is the new Commanders to expensive and not worth money otherwise a really great game.
But military style. We like it, same strategy.
Building process takes too long plus very few free speed ups.
