This was a pretty cool game with an interesting and creative twist on childhood stories. It's not too easy and not too hard, but offers a nice balance for a hidden object game.
Loved it in anticipation of the ballad of rapunzel the game is soooooo interesting from jack hunting down the king to returning to his lost love always and forever.

Dark Parables are so much fun. Okay, so the games aren't the most challenging, but the stories are always fun and the graphics are without equal. Bring on the sequel. We're cheap, but we'll even drop $6.99 for these. Thanks for the fun.

We love the art on these games. The HOPs make sense. They aren't just random objects in a screen, but create key items to figure out the mysteries. We're so glad this series is continuing. It's given us a lot of fun and we keep the wallpapers just for the art. All the Blue Tea games we've played have been excellent.
This is not the first 'Dark Parables' game we have played. We always buy them as soon as they come out because they are so much fun. In this game, we accompany Jack (of beanstalk fame) to the sky kingdom to save the world. No pressure. Hee hee What struck us here was the music. As always, the game is fun. But with most games, we end up turning down the music because it gets annoying. In this game, we went back and listened to it even after finishing the game. It is that pretty. We need more Parables.
We LOVE the Dark Parables games. They have good story lines, which makes for a fun game. We have played several of the "Dark Parables" games and enjoyed all of them. A lot of the games have morphing objects, Hidden items you need to find throughout the different scenes. Each new game is fun and exciting and ties in with the one before it.

We love the Dark Parables series. This one is no exception. We love a good challenge. Get the Ballad of Rapunzel in as soon as possible.
It's been a while since we've seen a really great HOA…objects actually hidden and truly written as an actual adventure! We really enjoyed Artifex Mundi's awesome spin on Jack and the Beanstalk! We really enjoy the HO scenes, they are so well done and we love the fact that they have a different point, you don't just receive an object after finding objects on a list that aren't really hidden. The game is logical, easy to navigate, and beautifully drawn. The stories fit the game tasks, the hidden object games are precisely drawn and naturally hidden, and the additional games are interesting and vary in their difficulty levels. This makes it playable by any gamer level. This is one of our favorite hidden object game series, we look forward to the new games and we purchase them as they become available.
Ok, ok, we get you, this game was not perfect. You had to tap multiple times to get HO items, and maybe there were too many "put the pieces together" HO's. But the voice-overs were incredible, and the graphics were Perfect and more beautiful than any we have ever seen. Blue Tea was meticulous about the details, and the music was superb. So what that the map was useless, the plot and precision were marvelous. We have played every Dark Parables game, and as soon as Blue Tea finishes the next one (Repunzel) we will buy it too. There are other companies out there that get maps better, and have much better touch, but no one has a prettier game that makes you want to keep playing than Blue Tea.
Every time a new Dark Parables comes out they just keep getting better and better! The best fhog games.

This was a truly enjoyable game.
We love these games so much!!! We play each one as soon as they come out! This one is by far our favorite the puzzles and the animation and all the animals!! Although we're confused about what happened to rapunzels tower!?if it was at the sky kingdom why didn't it fall into the ocean with rest of the castle? We guess ill have to wait for the next game.
Love getting lost in every gorgeously detailed scene–Jack is quite pleasing to the eye, wink wink–Soundtrack beautiful…fun and entertaining…lack of teleporting map doesn't bother us with this level of beauty.

We have all the parables. This was a great addition, like always great graphics, great story, and great mini games. We really enjoyed this definitely keep them coming BFG. We must say though that the second parables the Frog Prince is still our all time favorite only because it was longer and harder. If you make the next one longer and harder with the same graphics it will be totally awesome.

We forgot what an amazing creative team BFG and Blue Tea are. This is well with every penny. Fantastic graphics, great storyline, decent puzzles, lengthy game. We loved every minute of this one. Keep up the great work BFG, these are the quality games that got us hooked.
Another lovely game by Blue Tea. Just gazing at the beautiful scenes makes you feel happy. Jack isn't too bad himself! We didn't find we had to tap more than once on our iPad Air, as other reviewers have stated. Wish the map were more helpful, but the hint button does the trick. Can't wait for Rapunzel.

We have loved all of the series. We loved fairy tales and even in college took classes that offered them. This is beautifully done, the artwork is gorgeous and the music is very soothing. We are jewelers and also collect many old pieces that are used in the devices here. That is a delight. We wish we could redo the puzzles that had you search for the beautiful jewelry and devices in the extra section. The music is lovely too…but we would like a nicer transition between the tunes. Those aren't big deals…it would just make it even better. Bring on Rapunzle.

Our new puppy Raven and we are so excited to play this new exceptional Blue Tea Game just like the others in the series this has interesting story amazing graphics great voice overs and teleporting map inventory items are labeled great clear HOS interesting puzzles morphing items to find did not even wait to play trial before purchasing and no regrets have no had any problems so far but not very far along if you like the Dark Parables series you will want this game also Map is not teleporting.
