Its really cute and you look forward to the new rooms or fancy doctors. Its just happens way to slow. Its a lot of just keeping the game open and no interaction. More interaction would be fun.
When we get off the game & come back, it doesnt have any offline progress saved. We even selected the option to have it active while Im offline, very disappointing. What is the most disappointing is the fact that we can click off the app for 5 seconds & it clears our whole hospital.
Current update are pure greed and ruined game So what have a decent system of iap. Get people to buy everything then turn to very greedy tactics to push more profit after already over charged for staff to begin with.. Have a nice time, no more spending from us and most likely we will delete it soon if not become more reasonable.
Love this game, but if you intend on participating in tournaments for rewards it can be overly time consuming. Waiting 30 minutes after a cleared task is way too long. The perfect emergencies dont give enough points for tournaments either and cost diamonds if you want the full 300 which is excessive.
It was a pretty fun game until we unlocked the latest patient. Autism. And its treated with electroshock therapy. Yeah, the game has a mix of real and fake illnesses. But the autism thing is a bit too far.

Ive seen many ads and Ive never heard any that has vulgar language like this so im giving this a bad rating because it is not appropriate for children it was advertising CD creative destruction.
We hate this game so much this is the worst game in the entire world its like let it got every single bad thing in it we cant even clean its so hard to do its like the worst thing in the entire world so so so so hard.
Great game with fun characters. Most games trick you into giving back the diamonds you earn but this game never does that and we appreciate the honesty of the developers. It is by far the best game we have ever found to play on our phone.
Edit Do not get on iOS, if you have an Android device get it on that. There is a one time offer at the beginning of the game for 2.99, (200 gems, cash, tokens etc) from then on the lowest/best offer you can get is 300 gems (no other items) for 4.99. Android users get the lower/best offer (200 gems, cash, tokens) ALL THE TIME. Its a complete rip off for iOS users. Be warned, this game has massive memory leak issues causing iPad pros to become unresponsive during gameplay. Not only does the screen become unresponsive it is impossible to do anything while the game is running especially typing (keyboard unresponsive) both ingame and in other apps you might have running. Sometimes rotating the iPad 180degrees solves the issue for a few seconds but this gets very frustrating very quickly – especially when there are characters setting fires in your hospital. Its a shame as the game could be really good.
The concept is good, cant wait for the upgrades.
Im trying to recover our old account and when we click the server its on (NA-01) it gets stuck on the loading screen. You guys are the worst game company ever and we tried emailing your support team and they have no idea what theyre doing they stopped emailing us after we told them ive done everything they told us to do to recover our old hospital. We still cant get our old hospital back. Ill never play this game again unless they can fix our issue.
Great game but sometimes glitches when zooming in and zooming out. Maybe some more decor options. When ads pop up, it doesnt let us close them so we have to restart the game.
We wish the wait times werent so long for building but its a fun addictive game for wasting time in the evening.

Im really happy theres no ads except for the prizes but some pictures are disturbing like the pharmacy their eyes are just wide open and it looks disturbing also it takes a very little bit of time, we like that also they die when you dont heal them? That made us scared just from the research so dont make that disturbing please.
This game is very fun and super addictive. The fact that we can restart the entire game is amazing. Recently the game has been crashing constantly. We have lost a lot of power ups we gained and it had caused us to lose the tournaments. This is beyond frustrating because its rare they are given out. Theres no way for us to get any without purchasing. Im on level 20 and this is when it started to glitch and crash. Please fix ASAP.
We got kicked out our union the spades and we had got 2nd place and we helped Get a bunch of points for the union and on the last day they kick us out we wasnt saying anything bad we were just getting points. We didnt get our diamonds.
Love the game but Many of the achievements we are working on or have totally completed dont register and we feel ripped off. Also no rewards for any achievement but a skin. Also it is said that it only has problems on apple products.
We like this game but this week with the tournament the game glitches on us and we lost a task that we were in the middle of doing, it really annoys us that this happened we just started the task and now Ive lost it and gave us zero points for it.

We bought a bonsai tree for 7 diamonds .. Went to move it from where it was placed but hit the red X as we didnt like where we had it and it disappeared. Then when we tried to move anything else we got a room not complete notification? Where is our plant or our 7 diamonds.
How do u move the furniture after you place it down.
It keeps on asking us to buy gems and stuff and played a game and spend a lot of money kind of a turn off we had to take to stars because of their.
At first we loved this game, but after realizing how many problems there is, it makes us feel so frustrated. Patients are thirsty and need an exray, but we can't build anything because "there's an unfinished building" which is absolutely incorrect… We're not about to restart all our progress we've been playing for a while now.
The game does not save when you exit out of the app, also cant place any building when you have room for one it says Theres an unfinished room in your hospital. And can not move the red stools or the heaters most of the time.
Pretty cool game, came across on fb, and have been playing for weeks now, its fun, couple things we dont like is the wait time for rooms to be upgraded, and the off line not being counted to the tasks at hand.
We really like this game but we think if you have a union tournament and your hospital is curing patients offline it should count. Example during this tournament one of the tasks we picked up is to cure 270 people. When Im offline our Hospital cures but nothing is counted towards the task. That is pretty disappointing because we just cannot day on our phone with this game open for hours to finish. We will keep playing but we think little things could be done to really improve the play time.
We get booted sometimes when watching ads causing us to start over if Im doing the ambulance or the xtra patients. Frustrating.
Very well made smooth only thing takes so long to level up you can loose interest stuck on level 9 for 4 days but its worth the wait.
Let us start off by saying the game is fun. The support is terrible. It takes forever to get a response (have been waiting two weeks – still no contact from the developer). The las time we had an issue with the game it took forever to get a response and they were no help. Very poor customer service.
We love love love this game but all day we havent been able to get it to load so that we can play. Really sad. Please fix this.
There was a glitch with our lab when we went to purchase it. We had to pay the remaining difference with 40 gems and went to place it and it didnt fit and then it just disappeared we thought our lab was in the warehouse-nope but our money and 40 gems definitely been used smh Contacted customer support via the fb group and what do they say? We upgraded the toilet with 40 gems and we keep telling them that we know we didnt and hes keep telling us oh we did this and that All we wanted was our lab we wasnt expecting a refund or anything Just make sure u dont pay for anything unless u sure its gonna fit. Im lucky we didnt pay for those gems too we got 60 gems free cuz of maintenance that the company was doing but still its the principle of the matter.

Hey guys! The game doesnt download during the day ! Despite In App Store it was upgraded till last version! We lost last wave of tournament, while we were in top players! And obviously lost daily login prize! Meanwhile we cant write to tech support , because from App Store it requests our pass to enter fb, which we dont remember. Please, resend our feedback to tech support and do something with the game download!!! Helen.

The game keeps popping up a window asking us if we wanna log in here or through the cloud. That window is blocking us to get our daily reward. Plz fix it. Thx.
We do really love this game, but if you offered more special offers for diamonds we would buy more.
This game is fun but there are a lot of issues. First off, you use the cash to buy more patients but the game keeps crashing and resetting the number. It has cost us about 300,000 in game cash which is a lot. It also rewards not playing which is weird. Youre better off waiting 24 hours for your patient count to refill than to buy patients because then you advance too far but are spending a lot of money on patients so the patients get harder but your staff cant keep up. The patient flow should stay the same when you are in the game without having to buy more patients so you still have money to upgrade facilities.
So… We downloaded this game yesterday and it worked just fine, BUT now its stuck on the loading screen, we would really like this fixed cuz this is our favorite app plz fix and we will update this review and say thank you and give it five stars.
Well its fun but it loses connection a lot. Like every 3 or 4 minutes. That very annoying.
We really like this game, but it moves so slow, and you don't have much to look forward to after level 30. We wish the game had more decorating options. We will continue playing, as we hope some neat upgrades may come our way, but we're not buying any thing with real money, because like we said, there isn't really anything to look forward to. So just to say, your new tier thing you did, well it was fun playing, but the fact you don't give any reward unless you come in top ten! Really, that's pretty impossible for most of us. We're so disappointed! This game could be so much better! But you make it so hard. It cost so much for interesting characters, no new doctors or nurses or cleaners, same old rooms and decorations. Impossible to compete with top people in this game. Too bad, this game had some potential to be really cool, but you made it so difficult.
We've enjoyed playing. We have complete control for layout and can watch flow to get best results, adding an X-ray machine, moving a doctor's office, etc. The surprise has been watching characters whose stats are lower, actually excelling for some reason. When you see a star, you start helping them along and watching their careers.
Hope for more to come for this game.
