Very excellent and adorable app we could play this all day.
Very cute and fun. Only downside is that every time we open it, it has to download again… Wish this could be fixed.
We wish there was an easier way to get rubies other than paying. It is hard to get decorations in the game without buying more rubies, and the decorations are half the game experience.
We think the scale of the farming items is a little steep – it goes from little time to a lot of time very quickly. But theres so much to do. We absolutely love the style and it feels so immersive.
This fed the gremlin inside of us,thank you.
The animation of the characters keeps the original design that tore had in mind and the game is just overall one of the best farming games we have played.

We just got it, our friend recently got us into the moomin franchise. We LOVE THIS GAME SO MUCH GAHHH we will play this while watching the 1990 ver of the show asap.
Average farming game, slow at times, but overall very nice.
We tend to play a lot of "idle town" games but this one is a stand out. The secondary currency that can be pay-to-play in other games is actually achievable by in-game quests and experience grinding without feeling impossible. The wait times are fair to the levels and match along with each other when you're making things in tandem. The lack of ads is honestly astounding. There's only one place to watch an ad and it only refreshes once every 10 hours. Amazing. We're sure there's more that we're forgetting but we can't recommend this game enough.
Ive loved this game for years! Every time we come back to it after not playing for a while, its the best little treat.

Ive been playing this game for a few months now, so here are our thoughts: (1. The game progresses VERY slowly. (2. You dont get a large reward for completing quests, for example, you can spend 10,000 shells to buy a quest required item but only get 230 shells as a reward for completion. (3. It doesnt feel worth producing all those items for a Party (with just ONE guest btw) when they barely reward you with anything. A lot of items take A LONG TIME to make, then youre just wasting them for a characters affection to go up 20+ (4. It takes a very long time to accumulate gems naturally without spending real money, which leads us to our BIGGEST GRIPE: we earned over 900+ gems and decided to spend it on a limited shop item. We wanted a flower lamp, but instead we got a different item 3 TIMES IN A ROW. The first pull was discounted for 100 gems, then you had to pay 300. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. Im very angry about the fact that it gave us THREE OF THE SAME THING AND NOT EVEN A DIFFERENT ITEM. That whole situation is the reason why Im finally writing this review. We absolutely wouldve given this game 4-stars because we love the coziness and simplicity of it. We love seeing all our favorite characters walk around and interact with objects. But the game is too slow and you cant get everything you want without spending money.
Please, we dont know how the generator works, but Moominmama has not made curtains ONCE. Not a single time for us, we only get rugs.
We started playing this game because a friend recommended this to us, its a great addition to our cozy games (animal crossing pocket camp, cats n soup, hungry hearts 2) and also because we like Moomin. But this game is expensive. Takes too long to craft, plant, and everything you need to fix to expand has a high price and needs huge amount of shells or red coins. So nope, not gonna do another money grabbing game. We reached level 18 but we had to buy the red coins pack 5x because we just could not progress without topping up. And that is it. Im letting this game go and will stick to the ones Ive mentioned above. Sad because we really liked it. The only great thing is it does not have a lot of ads, once in every 8 hrs or so.
We love this game! Theres no ads, only in app purchases. But not like Episodes where you have to drop a ton money to even play. Its just fun stuff you want to buy :D we would really love an update where you can activate the decos in you friends valleys! We really like seeing theirs, and they buy so many more extra decos than we do so we think it would make it more fun when exploring. We do like the chest finding, but Id like to spend more time exploring. Thank you to the production team and coders.

There is a humongous ratio between the time and materials it takes to make items and get rewards, and extremely high prices for everything in the game, it is beyond the moneygrabbing of genshin or any gacha game. Besides this, very cute animations and decorations.

This game is so adorable, we recently actually started watching the show and we really love it, the art style to this game is so different something ive never seen before in games.
Its a cute little game, the art style is pleasant to look at, the concept is a bit generic but it makes up in what you can do in the game like meet characters from Moomin Valley and it doesnt happen in one trip it takes many to unlock them. TL:DR it is great game to play when you have time to kill.

We want to start out by saying we truly love this game. Its wonderful. However recently, for version 5.16, every time we go to open the app and play the game it makes us sit through the data download. Even though it says download for the update is complete, Ive had to sit through the version 5.16 update like 10 times now. Im not sure whats going on but if it is resolved we will change our rating to 5 stars because other than this issue the app is beautiful and fun.
We very rarely rate games, but for this one we have to make an exception. This game is absolutely delightful, it stays true to the Moomin franchise, while also being a very fun game. We love that you collect the characters as you go, and we love the different decorations. Also, as far the actual game mechanics goes, this is an extremely reasonable game when it comes to progression and in game purchases. Theres no wall that you get to in the game where you cant progress without spending money, its all very fair. Overall, delightful game, we love it a lot.
The moomins is a franchise that has always brought us a lot of comfort. We even have moomin themed wallpapers on our phone haha. Its nice to have this little app that allows us to collect all our favorites and also pass the time. The game is incredibly cute and we adore the style. :).

Moomin is adorable and we like the game. The problem is it keeps making us download the same update almost every time we open it. Every time we have to wait for it to download the same 95 mb download!? So we deleted the app and had saved our code to get back into our account. But then it wouldnt let us back in. So we had to start all over again. We dont know if im the only one with this issue but its rather frustrating and makes us not want to play the game. :(( please fix this if the developer sees this or has a solution.

Not a game you can play all day but one that you can go back to many times and catch up everything. We love the Moomins as a franchise very much, its our current fixation, and this is such a good way to fulfill our daily Moomin consumption xD Its so much fun to upgrade things and have a goal set in mind. We love to decorate the valley, too! The things you can earn and buy are really fitting to the series and we love how they inspire from Toves style! Overall, 10/10, huge recommend if you like to farm and/or love the Moomins as a series/franchise.

We love this game so much it is incredibly cute love the graphics and the illustrations.
This game is so fantastic! The animation is adorable and sweet and we love how the characters interact with objects!! We just cant get over how wonderful this is! Our only complaint, if you could really call it that, is that some things take a really long tine to create or fix. Especially so early in the game. We think as you level up things should take more time but Im at level 6 and Im waiting for things that are taking hours. You should change this so that new players can enjoy the game longer and the higher level things should take more time but we understand thats how these games work. Was going to give 4 stars because of the ridiculous wait times but decided on 5 anyway because it just really is that special and unique! We definitely recommend this.

With interactive characters and an art style that mimics the comics very well, this game is better than any other farm game, especially if your a Moomins fan.
This game is the cutest thing EVER!!!!!! Its fun and easy and so calming and charming the only issue we have is that part of the display is cut off due to the front facing camera on our XR, but that isnt a hindrance at all its just a little annoying please play this! Its so cute.
Its very cute and fun!! But sometimes the buttons dont work and we have to close out of the app to fix it.
