This game is fun but it needs allot of improvement. Such as level saves so if you get to the 4 levels and you die you have to start all over again from the beginning should just start at that level.

This game is a joke! Terrible controls that are so bad, we blame the programmer for lazy programming! Just using similar graphics, sounds and designs ripped off from a very famous Nintendo game that was most likely NOT approved by Nintendo. But who cares? Our kid wanted to play Donkey Kong and since we couldn't find it we tried this. He is excited about it, but can't get past level 2. He complains about the ads -there are too many and no opt out option. Our kid rates it as 4 stars, but we rate it as 1 star, because it's too challenging for kids and the ads. Booooooooooooooo.
Wow! We just saw the movie "Pixels" today and we wanted to try out donkey kong! Apparently because of copyrights and what not, it can't be actual donkey kong. So we searched up 3 spoofs and this one was the most fun, funny, and addicting! 5 stars for this game any day.

A good game but a little hard the second level is really hard.
First off the title of this game is Blocky Kong Retro arcade fun, this does not even begin to resemble the original Donkey Kong arcade game. The first level is super easy and all you have to do is go forward without stopping. Then second level BAM! Right in your face an extremely difficult level. It's like jumping from level 1 to 50. Also, why do you go all the way back to the first level after failing on the 2nd or above? Imagine how frustrating it would be if you are on a super high level that you spent so much of your valuable time on and you die. Finally, you should make a version that actually costs money to buy so you don't have to constantly press that tiny x in the corner of the screen that 99% chance will bring you to the app. We give this game two stars because it is not a bad game over all with the music and animation sprites BUT we think it would have been a lot better if it was not named after Donkey Kong.
It would be a fun game, if it'd let you actually play it. Ads are forcefully smashed into you, destroying the game play.

We love Blocky Kong!! It's so addicting and there is no other game like it, it's very unique, has a good plot, and is tricky in its own ways. The animations are beautiful and the gameplay is splendid. The fact that after every 5 stories you move to a different construction site and have different obstacles to avoid is great! Over all this game is terrific and we strongly recommend this game as a time waster and it's a game that is easy to play but hard to master, so if you're up for the challenge and a bit of anger, pick up Blocky Kong and play a few rounds.
There should be a "leave off where you were" function, instead of having to start all over. Otherwise it's a good game.
It is addictive, colorful, and runs smoothly. The picture quality is top notch. We like how much we can play and it continues to challenge us and throw new things our way. The app itself hasn't frozen on us or stopped randomly or anything. It is a lot of fun even when we lose a challenge because it motivates us to get back up and do it again until we win! If Flappy Bird and Donkey Kong had a baby, this is that baby. The game is simplistic, get to the top. Your little construction worker runs either left or right and changes direction when you tap the screen. There's a lot of throwbacks to classics like Mario with "Your lunch is in another construction site" which is rather clever of them. Download this, it's a great way to kill time.
Character in the game is very funny and cute. We think we will have to save this game in our phone for long. And more fun, it's free game! That's great.

This game rule is so simple, whoever can play but to earn high score is hard. You have to choose time, tap to let the worker pass by without crash into box. The higher you come, the harder to choose. It is addictive. Besides, game sound is smooth to listen, graphic is well and colorful.
