Why do we keep getting letters over on over on bonus around.
Why am we now only getting cherries and below when we spin.
We really enjoy playing the game but cant see a reason to pay for it. Every time we get to the wheel we get bottom prize or cherries, that doesnt encourage us to spend money. So we can only play on occasion when we get free credits.

Was fun to play until this partnership with Messenger. When trying to access inbox end up in a loop with the Facebook login. If you hit cancel sends you back to original, never played login screen. If you fix it, Ill come back.
There appears to be an issue going to the inbox. When you try to open it puts you in an endless cycle of Facebook sign in but never actually signs in. It just keeps asking you to sign in.
Please have techs fix quest section of the game. We have accomplished a quest n cant claim the payout. Thank you.
It will not connect to Facebook for some reason, but Ive been playing this game for about three months now and it has never failed to connect to Facebook. It started yesterday the 1st of August.
Normally we have no problem with this app but today, it wont let us buy a coin package.
Ever since they added the extra free coins when you join through messenger, we cant collect our daily coins or our daily words. We end up in this continuous loop of connect through Facebook, then continue (which we allow both), then it keeps doing that 3 or 4 times. It logs us out, which we then connect again. Gets us back to play and if we select to collect our daily items…we start the loop all over again. Its irritating and Im about to delete this game.
Game keeps opening the daily bonus screen which is a purchase only and no way to close it. Ive tried closing the app and resetting multiple times and it keeps popping back up.
We did love the game until we have issues and theres no way to get in touch with the company. Ive left many requests for the issue we have in the past six weeks and no one ever gets back to us.

We contacted support twice from game and once in messenger. On 5/21/19 we received ticket #INC9318621, then no action. On 5/30/19 we received another ticket #9408877 and again nothing. On 6/11/19 we sent plea in messenger, still nothing. We had purchased from them twice. This is deplorable. They should be blacklisted for theft.

This game has gotten soooo boring. The challenges are always the same machines as well as just being the same. Bingo, big ten, cash mahal, dragon chase, etc. New machines are just different artwork on machines that already exist. Challenges are impossible to complete. Concept is fine. Many reviews comment on the excessive cost particularly give this is a game not a real casino. We notice over time returns continue to get lower over time. We wish it was more fair and less greedy – even real casinos give better returns and the give money.
