The biggest issue for us is that when one side goes out there is no hand review. We like to see the hands that are left and peruse all the cards on the table. We know theres a point review but its not the same. Even set at hard level, the opposing bots are not always a good challenge. We like this game better than others though and think Ill stick around.
Ive played this game site for many years through the hot messes. And still enjoyed it.we returned recently and see you found the key, or people to make the opponents finally make some good moves and actually win some games, not just a hand here or there. So much more intriguing to play.
Just had a hand close and didnt get points for our mixed canasta (took a screenshot). Also see computer players wasting wild cards. Computer players make bad plays and pick up pile then not laying down runs we know were in there. How can you go out, get 100 points for going out but not a single point for canastas.
Partner consistently holds too many cards leaving us with few moves. If Partner has 8 or 9 cards in hand, we cant believe Partner cant meld some of these cards. Also, Partner fails to pick up large pack when he obviously has 2 of same card in hand and we have few available moves. We agree with partner holding too many cards. What is even more unsatisfactory is when partner can pick up deck because of cards melded and doesnt. Both us and partner had little to work with and partner could have picked up large pile and didnt.
We have LOVED this game for a few years now. But, ads between each hand? We could tolerate ads between each game, but between each hand is ridiculous! We will be looking for another version.
This is a wonderful game. We enjoy it wherever we go. We play it every day. Almost.

We play this game nearly every night before bed. It is a great calming game before sleeping.
We love playing Canasta, but, we absolutely hate waiting for the same ads over and over! How do we get rid of them? Get rid of the game.
We loved this gamebut recently the deal and end of hand are not fair to us compared to computer loaded hand and perfect ending.
We learned Canasta on this app, so we might be missing something, but it feels like the bot to our right knows what we have in our hand. We never get a card we can use except when Im close to winning and theres a big discard pile.
The goal is to make as many canastas as possible. It dont make sense to need one wild card to make another canasta , then use for example,using 2 queens and using 2 wild cards with them instead of using one them to make the canasta and you still can lay the queens down with the other one. You do this a lot.
We love this game because it is a classic, which challenges the mind and captures the heart.
We used to play this game with our mom and uncles. However, over the years no one else learned it. So this app brings back so many memories.

We enjoy playing this game but the ads are VERY annoying. We would pay for the app, to be rid of the ads. We suppose you make more from the ads but the one that perpetually spins right where our cards are? The most annoying thing ever! We came to complain about ads and see we already have. The person(s) writing the algorithms for this game needs a lesson on how this game is won. When there or one or more possible canastas with one wild card, why does the algorithm put the wild cards on a canasta instead. Just finished a hand where we could have had 3 more canastas, but the 3 wild cards were put on a canasta already made. Every canasta app we have tried does the same thing. It is very stupid.
We love to play canasta on this app, but then Satanic and nude inappropriate ads popped on and we had to drop our favorite app due to the disgusting ads.
Since we have updated this game we no longer will play. Each time we go through all the ads. Why did you ruin a good game.
In the middle of a play the screen goes black. We have to tap the x as in an ad to remove it and resume play. This has been happening continuously. Ive deleted the game and downloaded it numerous times. It doesnt correct the issue. This is a new problem for us. Sorry but Im fed up. Have played this game for years. We quit. Its become aggravating.
We like this game and the game seems appropriate on playing, but the statistics on single with two players seem to be incorrect. For example; for two players on single mode we lost the game but the statistic says we won instead so that seems incorrect. Same problem with two players on classic mode. The four players on both modes are good. We had to delete the statistics. Would you fix the errors for both modes for two players? Thanks! One more thing we would like to see Draw 2 and 2 Canastas added to this game. Thanks! UPDATE: 3/13/2023 below This game is messed up so we had to delete this game. Wrong scores as in adding and subtracting the scores are not right and it is not how it should be played.
Would give it 5 stars if It had the option for no ads.
4/20/22 Update: we are giving you 4 stars because the update has cleared many previous problems, making the game much more fun. But it added a few serious problems. The play is sometimes jerky & will lock up, forcing one to log out & re-enter the game. Frequently, red 3s that have been played are deducted when an opponent goes out even though they have been saved by the persons meld. Definitely, this is wrong; they are only deducted when a person does not meld before an opponent goes out. Also, when players have 4 red 3s, the meld count is 800; if it is not saved, that amount is deducted from their score. To clear a comment from another player about the need to have a pair to pick up the pile: this is the OLD WAY to play canasta, before update in in the latter 50s/early 60s. The pile was not frozen, requiring a pair to pick it up; a wild card freezes the pile. Updated way: pile is Always frozen requiring a natural pair to pick it up. 1/6/23 update: Thank you for addressing problems in our April review. So much more fun! However, we are leaving our review at 4 stars due to previously mentioned problems regarding uses of wild cards, bots failing to recognize/pass up opportunities to make natural canastas worth 500 points & continuing to hold cards in their hands in order to go out therefore preventing their partners from playing on them. Remember, the object of the game is to make as many canastas as possible & maybe catch your opponents if you play all your cards. But in partners, you count on your partner & hope you are holding same cards so you can make more canastas. Going out is not the highest priority, though nice after you have reached a point where you & your partner have played all you can on each others cards.
We used to love this game. Now we get depressed playing it. The auto opponent p on Ayers get too many wild cards and too many impromptu ending of game. Not realistic anymore.
We love playing this game , hate the ads is there any way to get rid of them some are really long. We would give you 5 stars except for the long ads. The game deserves 5 stars.

Not only is the computer given more wild cards but consistently gets just the right cards to end the round and get extra points. Anyone familiar with the game knows it just does not happen that way. Are you trying to discourage participation? Whats the point.

We love the game and have played it on Jogatina for years. Ive about had our fill of the offensive ads showing fecal matter shooting up from a toilet, a woman covered in mud, impoverished people dying of cold, scantily-clad obese people, etc. Is there a paid version we can get so that we are not subjected to ads that take up half our playing time.
We understand apps need some ads to make money. This game should be making millions. Started putting an ad between every hand! Will likely delete.
Been playing this canasta app for a few years then. Took hiatus because of unrealistic, nonsense moves by computer opponent. Just downloaded last week after a year off. Now game keeps freezing up and have to totally delete app each time to clear it. About to call it quits again. One more peeve. WHY does it keep asking if we want to CONTINUE GAME or START NEW between rounds??? Annoying.
We actually had to reboot our iPad to get back to the game. But then the very next ad did the same thing – no way to get out of the ad and back to the game. If this is an effort to get us to pay for no ads forget it. Ill delete the game first.

Can you stop with the ads that turn our screen upside down.
It seems this game locks up quite a bit and we have to delete it and download it again. It used to be that we could skip the tutorial but now we cant. We have had to go through the tutorial six times in the last three days and we dont appreciate it. Is there any way to bypass the tutorial.
The Bot plays very well at the Hard settingbut we still beat it! Great fun.
We can not pick up the discard pile help but we love it.

We have been playing this game for many many months and it is the best we have found, but on our iPad there is no option to turn off the ads and it drives us crazy after every hand to have to wait for the ad. The other thing is in the real card game a player cannot pick up a card from the discard pile if that person already has a canasta with that card. That should be corrected. Those two things got the 3 stars otherwise we would have given 5:.
We enjoy playing canasta but we do not like going through commercials. It takes away from the game so we dont play it.

Please put back the regular canasta game. Dont need all the flashing cards flying around. Give us a chance to see the cards.
When you want to take the pile and havent melded yet you cant get the whole pile until you get from your hand and only the top card of the pile either 50, 90 or120 which ever is required of the player for meld at that time. If you successfully meld THAN YOU GETTHE WHOLE PILE. This particular version gives you the whole pile right up front and allows the player to use other cards in the pile to reach the meld thats required. Thats incorrect for canasta.
We have been playing this game for years and all of sudden the screen goes blank after certain ads. We have to wait a whole day before we can play again. Please fix this problem or we will find something else.
Again we lost and we dont know what happened it goes so fast, show us what happened.
We just continued the game after being off for a few hours. We had over 4,000 pts., but the game said we only need 50 pts in our hand to start the hand, when it should have said 120 pts. This update is no good.
