Ive been playing this game for years now. Its a calming strategy game thats easy to learn and difficult to master. We recently achieved our highest score ever – its been fun to get so far.
We played this a lot when we were younger and we just recently came back to it and it holds up so well! Super simple, majority rng but it leaves just enough room for strategy for you to feel accomplished when you do well! A lot of fun.
This is one of those simple but amazing games that is timeless, like chess. Each run is different and it can get very difficult and addicting to get a high score, which we like. Ive had this on our phone for years. Took a long break where we were never interested in playing but recently came back and had to support the developer with the new Tokyo pack and leave this review. Thanks for a great game.
After you update it, you only got World Mix Map and Tokyo map (in app purchase)! And only have 1 mayor mark instead of 3.
We love the new level especially the sunset and night time modes. We hope more new levels are added soon. Also support is very polite and tries to help, which we appreciated.
This is the one game we cant stop playing. We loved it. But with the latest update, along with graphics updates, the whole strategy changes. We used to play for days to work up to 99 mayor marks, then have one blow out game. Not possible anymore. We dont think it will be nearly as addictive this way. :(.
Hate the current version. Now u have to purchase mayors instead of collecting then thru multiple trials. Have to sadly delete the game we have played for 5yrs.
We like this better than we liked Triple Town. The design is cute but not childish, the play is fun, and there is strategy involved but luck too. We like that it saves progress. We immediately bought the IAP for the mayor character to remove ads and support the developer. Great job, thanks for a great game.
The game started crashing a few months ago so we reinstalled. Now the ads are back even though we paid for the app.
If you enjoy simple puzzle games, youll like this one. Join blocks with matching colors and watch the buildings on them grow, which in turn causes the population of your city (which doubles as your score) to rise. Also worth a mention is that the game has unobtrusive ads, a rare feature these days.
Ive paid for in app purchases before. Then the dev upgrades app and wipes out purchases. Stay away.
We really enjoy this game. Its simple but has layers of depth.
First off, we adore this game. Its extremely addictive and we know Ive lost So much time on it. It has been the only game Ive kept on our last two phones! It runs great; has never frozen; and doesnt interrupt your game with ads…… BUT since this last update, you cannot merge your buildings because of an ad banner across the bottom of the screen… Where the merge button is… This very effectively renders the game unplayable past a certain point. We understand the need for ads and am happy they just went with a banner instead of interruptions but the placement is atrocious! We hope someone at the company actually reads this. We do not speak or read the language on the page that the Tech Support link takes you to. Therefore we are unable to make any kind of report, which would have been our preference. Please please fix this! Having to delete this game will be like losing a dear friend!! Update the next day fixed the problem!!! Great game! Keep up the great work.
We really enjoy this game good for fiddling at the bus stop or when listening to a podcast. But this latest update did NOT improve performance under iOS 11 as claimed: instead it slowed the game, made animations clunky and responsiveness unreliable, and added a pester about buying extra turns at the end if every game. Im happy to pay to remove ads from a game we like, but this has made rhe game itself the obstacle.
What happened??? The game is very slow in this version on our iPhone 6.
Cute, simplistic puzzle game with great background music!! Super relaxing, easy to catch on to, but it doesn't get old too quickly! We play it to help us wind down from a long day and get to sleep. Love it.
The play style of this game is lots of fun, but it gets old really fast. A full round only lasts a couple minutes, and every round is pretty much the same. It seems more like a demo than a full game. There's lots of potential for this to be good with the game mechanics as they are, but there needs to be more. We're limiting our rating to 3 stars due to the lack of replay value.
We love match-3 games, and this is our latest fav. No annoying popups or in-app purchases, no long cut screens. Just a fun game. Leaves us satisfied. Only downside is we've lost track of time playing and all of a sudden an hour has gone by.

We usually reserve reviews for games we truly love. This is one of those games. We haven't had this much fun in a game for a long time. It's simple to learn and slightly hard to master. We only wish we could pay (why would anyone say that?) to remove the ads. Otherwise, this is a great game and we hope they make a more robust sequel without losing the core gameplay and fun that this one offers. It's fun to try and earn each building type. Great job.
This game is omg amazing, so addicting, we tell ourselves last round! And 30 rounds lTer we're fast asleep on our iPad!! All of our friends love this and we totally recommend this to u all, and u will b glad u chose to listen to us.
This is a great game. It's well done and very addictive. Also, the background music is beautiful, we wish the soundtrack was available.
This is very fun puzzle game perfect for quick time bursts and longer play. There's a good combination of luck and skill – it wasn't until our ninth city we managed to get over 1 million.
Well wasted time! We absolutely love this game :) we can play it for almost an hour at a time. We definitely recommend downloading this game.
Please let us pay to remove the ads. Or make a premium version with no ads, we'll buy it! The game is wonderful but the ads ruin it.
We loved threes. We've played so many puzzle games since. We pick them up and put them right back down. But this game… We don't know if they just got lucky but everything plays so perfectly. We are amazed at the flow of this game. Absolutely awesome.
Its such a simple game, and the music is very relaxing.
One of our favorite puzzle games. Very simple, yet still requires thought before moves. Also has saving, so you can always come back to your growing city later. Has a decent amount of in-game unlocks you get by fulfilling requirements, allowing the small expansion of visuals. Your first good amount of times playing usually only get you up to 'Tano City' (A Level 2 City) which gets a little frustrating, but the key is to play slowly and be aware of what falls where. You'd be surprised at how much better you do when you take your time rather than rush and just press what you see that connects. Download this game! Its totally worth it! Hopefully you guys decide to add different city themes, such as Medieval, Native or Chinese Dynasty or such. Would help keep the game alive.
People say it's a clone of triple town or threes!, but we say that the premise is similar yet with more accessible gameplay. The graphics are cute and does the job well enough, but we hope it will improve on the following: 1- iPhone 6 Plus screen resolution support 2- allow ad-removal option via iap (it's free to play with no energy system or premium currency, just a good puzzle game. But we don't want to see ads and support you anyway) 3- don't auto turn down our music volume. We like the bgm when playing at home, but on the road, we prefer to listen to our own music at regular volume. 4- there is so much wasted space on 1/3 of the screen for some reasons (besides the ad banner). That space can easily allow one more line of game space, and possibly prolong each session with luck.
In the Triple Town category but less difficult and perhaps a bit more pleasing.
This is a really fun and addicting game. We would like to see more updates in the future. Thanks for this fun game.
BGM is perfect. Takes us back to when we used to play RPGs and the dreamy soundtracks that came along with it.

It's fun though it's hard to start off with.
This game is really fun and just something to play if you get bored.
Ok we bought it, played it for a half an hour then we were like: "wow this is fun!" But after a few more minutes… We were like: "this is getting old.".
The game like many of games what like with the blocks an rows an elbows an tee tetrisy but no falling all sit an poke with finger make green an brown an numbers go big like math an it all.. Go bake.
To be honest we hate it. You just touch blocks. That's it. It's really boring. Do not get it. Play Mr. Jump or geometry dash. We would put 0/5 stars but we have to do at least 1 star. It doesn't deserve 1 star.
