The day after we posted our review talking about crashes, they put out an update to fix it. And its fixed so thanks for listening to the reviews.
Pretty good game, so far the only complaint we have is that the price for 10 bait being $500 is a bit steep. Go through it pretty quick and the value of the fish that tend to hit the hook more is less value making it hard to have a steady income balance.
Love this game could be better like add a group chat and like battles against other fishing group like who can catch the biggest fish . Please update game make it better.
So far we have been loving the game but recently has been crash a few seconds after launching the app usually after opening the free box and removing it from inventory additionally the game isnt very balanced once you reach lvl 3 asian river becomes quiet the grind for more fishing power and the little fish being able to go after the premium baits is very annoying and unpleasant especially when you are trying to grind for coins and they dont even provide enough to buy the cheapest bait with that being said the basic baits for the level should be free or discounted not the funniest trying to grind coins just to spend them all on bait and not being able to upgrade your gear to progress in the game without having to make micro transactions which is what we hate most about mobile games Id rather pay for the game then having to pay to win. The game is VERY unbalanced during and after the asian river level, either make the fish power lower or have the upgrades cost less or have the upgrades more powerful then they are right now.
Please add one more past frozen lake Ive been done for ages and really want one more to play, This is the best game you can get on a cellphone.
The game the game is a great keep on doing the words that you can A couple things number one we want to start words with the fish. Number two is that more tournaments.
Gear is to expensive glitchs need too be fixed and over all just ends a little more work.
Love this GAME!!! Some call it Fishing. Well we call it Fishin! Relaxing heck no! If you hook into a big ol bass fishin in the lake or get yer arm almost yanked off by a Barricuda fishin the bay youll be on the edge of your seat praying you dont break your line! No need to pay ! So if you want fun this here is where you can wet your line and have a good time! Thank you developers! We gotta go we have a pole to watch.
This game was our childhood, if you are bored please download this game its amazing. This is the most realistic fishing game ever, theres tournaments and new lakes you can unlock the more fish you catch, the more lakes you unlock. The theme song is the best Ive ever seen. You can add your friends and stuff. And theres a online fishing breek you can download its AMAZING.

We downloaded this on a whim..we were just bored and looking for something different. That being said – Im SO glad we did!!!!! Its SOOO fun and addictive!!! It also doesnt have a lot of ads, comparatively – but even then, theyre pretty much all optional – which gives you the opportunity to play for free. Sure, Ive spent a couple dollars here and there – but nothing outrageous, and we dont mind if it supports the game. Anyway – we just started playing last night, so Im still learning a lot about it, but so far, we cant seem to stay off of it.
This is a fun little game that has variety in locations and fish. Its not a money pit which is awesome and is overall fun and easy to enjoy. We like the simple mechanics that make it easy for a phone. Overall we enjoy it.

Love the game dont like the fish disappearing like right after the Casterline not the ends of the hurricane we dont mind but as soon as you catch your line its gone no we dont like that and we dont like having the fish not even try to bite especially ones that youre trying Fish for but overall we love the gang thank you for making it. Absolutely amazing game. This game is so fun, because you are constantly trying to get bigger and better things all the while beating other people globally. If you enjoy fishing, youll enjoy this. There are so many cool fish you can catch, you will never get bored. Also, its really easy to advance in this game without spending any money.
We think the only negative thing we can say about this game it that you receive a lot of items you already have, so you dont really get anything. It would be nice to be able to upgrade them to a higher rating after you collect so many of the same item! Otherwise we love this game, coming from someone that has no desire to fish in reel life lol.
Love this game but how does a fish with under a hundred power from our rod break the line and also the fish thrashing shouldnt happen every 2 seconds. Love the game.
Its a good time killer but we really cant get behind the fact that bluegill have more defense than a great white shark.
This game is a lot of fun and has the potential to be great, but there are some issues with the game that heavily prevent this. The main issue we see with this game is a lack of balancing. For example, the attack aspect on the fishing rod is a great idea, but it quickly gets expensive to level up. This quickly becomes an issue considering how quickly the defenses of the fish increase, and on top of all that, a fish with half of your defense can somehow snap your line. This makes the game unnecessarily frustrating and require way too much grinding to be able to reasonably play the game. A similar issue can be seen with the price of bait as the game continues into the later levels. The bait is more expensive than the profits generated by the fish, which again would either require more grinding or for a person to spend actual money on more coins to continue. We are not sure if this is intentional, but regardless this is a terrible system. We think this game would be a significantly more enjoyable if it wasnt so bring heavy and just allowed the player to fish peacefully. It should be challenging to an extent, but not in the way that it currently is.
We had fun with this game for five days But once you hit a certain plateau It refuses to let you move on unless you pay Ive been playing the same level to no avail for five more days and it still wont let us move on Such a bummer.
We love it super fun keeps our mind going and attention, doesnt take too much effort to play. But we had to give it 2 stars because of the ads you have to continually watch for bait. They cant even let you buy a no ads version Im sorry but thats why we give it 2 stars. If they take away ads we would give 5 stars.
We spent 3 years playing fishing break and we cant get 1 paddle its impossible so impossible that our cousin has the number 1 paddle fix your game bozos.

Every-time we see an S tier fish it just gets killed by a special fish.
Ive been playing Fishing Break for years. Ive always loved the game. HOWEVER- about a week ago we purchased some in-game "bucks" ($9.99). Right after it said "You're all set," we hit okay, and the game crashed and it went to our Home Screen. We immediately opened the game again, and there was an error message that said something like "invalid . Something save. Something hash. Something" and when we hit okay, the game opened up like we were a brand new player. -With NOTHING in our banks, and NOTHING as far as progress. We were in the last level possible ten minutes prior to that. Like, there were no more worlds for us to get to. After the crash, we wasnt even in level one. But besides that, we have spent SOOOOO much time and real money on this game, and now it looks like its all just GONE?!? The absolute WORST part of all this is, Ive been contacting Roofdog support daily ever since this happened, and Ive heard NOTHING back from them. Talk about leaving a loyal player hanging. Ill be happy to update our review & rating if anything is ever resolved with this. Ill gladly give them a raving 5-star review that Ive always thought they deserved. Unfortunately, at this point we can only rate them as well as they are treating us right now. PLEASE, Roofdog, if you ever read this, or any of the many messages Ive sent you through your website, PLEASE help us.
1) Please reduce the cost of bait to a reasonable amount and increase the sale price for fish this achieves nothing other than to frustrate users and eventually quit and it makes people less likely to play when they find out its a pay to win type of game 2) If no fish has touched the bait, reeling it in should not make you loose it entirely. Again, this is not only illogical but also very frustrating given how expensive you have made the bait in this game. 3) Please make it so that we can actually move the boat left and right to find the fish we want to capture. Or at least add a feature where we can pan the camera left or right without moving either way we need a system where we can gauge where certain fishes are so we are not just blindly casting a line without knowing where our target fish is. 4) Please do us all a favor and remove all the unnecessary forms of coins make it simple and just leave one type. There is no reason to have a separate green cash and separate gold coins or whatever they are. One form of currency only please.
When playing this game we thought we would never catch a fish! Then a whole decade goes by and we got a fish.
Loveeee this game but we feel like there should be more updates add some different things like more interactions with friends or more customization or maybe some personal fish tanks you can put any fish in you want would be cool.
