Love this app except every once in a while it deletes all our purchased puzzles and we have to go back in a download them all again so we loose all our progress of completed puzzles.
We love the beautiful puzzles, but not too crazy about how they are stored. Where do we find all of our purchases.

The functionality of this app is fantastic. You can work a puzzle almost exactly the same way as a real puzzle. There is lots of variety of puzzles. However having been using the app for over a year, they havent refreshed or added new puzzles. Given that these are digital photos you would think it should be relatively easy to get new pics. We also think they could crop the puzzles a bit more. There are a lot of pics where more than half the pic is background (blue sky or just a fuzzy color).
We love to work a puzzle each morning and at bedtime! Spot Dot Dot.
Need more buildings,landscape,plantations,different fighter jets,using to much sky, no food , beaches,highways sceanery.
We enjoy the puzzles, but am extremely frustrated that we start a puzzle, and when we return to finish it a short time later, it isnt there. We have to start all over! We have contacted support. They tell us to save and be sure we return to the puzzle the same day (on daily freebies). We do both those things, but our puzzle is gone.
There is no new puzzle everyday! A new one comes up whenever.
Good game, so far, but the frame flipping puzzle is so frustrating that we wont be using this App any more. Just finished a 72 piece puzzle during which we had to reorient the puzzle 27, yes 27, times. For Gods sake, when the player finishes the outline of the puzzle, lock it in the frame so that it doesnt constantly flip and change orientation. Sheesh…..you gotta be told that.
While we like these puzzles, we do wish there were more free puzzles here. We do not like that theres no way to see the puzzle after starting it and the way the frame moves. Many of your puzzles are beautiful but, there are enough free ones being on a very strict budget we cannot afford to buy them.
App is very good except for a major glitch that will lock a pair of pieces (that normally fit together) a couple of spaces apart. You cant unlock them and it messes up the whole puzzle. We were 13 hours into a 550 piece marathon puzzle when this happened twice. Ruined the whole effort. This glitch happens randomly. Like waiting for a time bomb to go off. Got zero help from support staff. Dont waste your time or money on this app.
We have been playing this game for about a year, we have bought some puzzle packs, but we like the fact that we can play them over and over with less pieces or more and rotating pieces can be turned on or off. So it can go from really easy to super hard. Best jigsaw out there.
Occasionally the pieces lock in but spaced one piece-length apart, generally at least once on each puzzle. Ive sent requests to support to get the problem corrected but they either cant or wont fix the problem.
We love this app but lately we buy a group and it does not open up where we can use the puzzle. We do not know what we need to do.
If there were more solid color backgrounds to select from would be helpful. Plain background would help with trifocals.

The puzzles are gorgeous and wonderful….not too hard, but not too easy either!! At night, before we go to bed, we do some puzzles to calm and relax us!! And we LOVE the puzzles of the day, gets our day started!! Thank you.
Every day theres a new puzzle waiting for us. The themes are varied so theres no guessing what is going to pop up. Colorful, playful and thought provoking. One improvement would be to offer more free packs.
We have been doing almost daily puzzles for a few years now. These are beautiful, high quality and sometimes different from other apps. Improvements have been made along the way.mespecially there are fewer monochromatic puzzles and more colorful puzzles which we strongly prefer.
We were on our 4th week of being quarantined . Our daughter mentioned jigsaw puzzles and downloaded these for us!!!!! We are sure glad she did. We are so busy. We love them!!!!!!! She can interact with us from her computer and work the same puzzle as if we were sitting at the dining room table. Thankyou for helping pass a lot of time. Bye Bye Pandemic !!!!!! Mom stuck at home.
These puzzles are great. Keeps the mind occupied to concentrate on pieces that will fit into each other. Helps the time go by.

Why is it that some days the daily puzzle doesnt come up ? Im really disappointed.

Love doing these relaxing puzzles. Our only complaint is that some of the free puzzles are missing one or two pieces.
We love the puzzles in this game. The are beautiful and interesting. There is an eye on the side that when tapped will show you what the finished puzzle looks like, this really great for when your stuck. We like that you can choose if you want the pieces to rotate or if you prefer them all in the right direction. This is because we often do these puzzles with our grandchildren and the oldest is 6. Now for the negative side, Im on a fixed income we dont have money to spend on our puzzles. You pop up the packages available when we start to play. Its upsetting each time we complete a puzzle you pop them up again. If we could afford to purchase these we would do it at the beginning of the game. We have many apps that you watch videos to gain access to more. We really appreciate this. Thank you for the lovely puzzles. We hope that you can find away for the elderly, who love puzzles, to gain access to more of these terrific puzzle. We understand that you need to make money to keep your apps available, but there are way to do that.
