Cant update been trying for the past 2 weeks.
We have been trying for over two days to get into the app to play the game, which we love very very much however it will not open when it did open two days ago. It said we had an update. We clicked on update it once to go to the update, we clicked down where it says update again and it takes us back to the app and this is a vicious cycle. It keeps going back-and-forth to update in the game updating the game now it will not even open, very disappointed in this.
How do we get back if we already hit the UPDATE button then OPEN.
Game keeps telling us to update but it wont update and cant get no support.
It keeps our thought stronger then ever.
The game wont load after you click update, does nothing but go back and forth to App Store to game that says UPDATE.
We cant get the update to work. We dont want to update. Im happy the way it is but we cant even get it open to play. Please fix it.
Keep saying to update and then when you update, it says open and then goes back to update. This new update is sucky.
We love this game but we have purchase 4 times a boosters are $3.99 each and it says our purchase was successful then it just spins saying processing in circles and we eventually have to soft reset to get to play the game – we want either our money refunded or our boosters and stars we purchased – id rather have our boosters other than that we love playing the game. This is another time we purchased some booster one time and you charged us for it again but the thing just spins and says processing for ever wont give us our boosters that we bought and paid for this has happened a total of 5 times now Im not buying again ever.
Literally takes forever to go from one level to the next. Add a tap to skip option Bc holy cow its slow. Even the bubbles shoot slow.
Each time in between when you offer the extra bonus stuff its annoying the wait time instead you should offer a no thanks option we dont like just sitting there.

Change the daily reward to having to watch an ad to get it, there are enough ads already! It was better to just get one daily reward with option to watch a video to earn a second. Updates also took it from 5 extra chance to 1 and now none!!!! Also getting 6 of the same color in a row and that color is all the way at the top, so when and if you get there that color bubble is spent! Been playing this for awhile and we might just have to delete it, it is becoming impossible.
Ive only been playing this game for a day and so far, so good! Its a lot of fun and the ads are not bad, because theyre not popping up every couple minutes and theyre short.
When you click on a reward or the daily spin, next page is black. You see green loading line on bottom, but after loading, then nothing. Been playing for years he frustrated. Please fix.

This is a great game and it makes us feel good. And it helps with dexterity.
We like playing the game. However, when you get down to only having 4 or 5 bubbles we find it really unfair and cheating that while you may only have blue & yellow bubbles the game will only give l you green or purple. If this keeps up, we will delete the game & not play an unfair game.
Quit playing. When they advertise the game they show multiple levels with different creative graphics some seasonal, however when you download the game it is entirely different from the advertised game. We thought maybe we were not at a high enough level for the graphics to change but after 1500 plus levels there was nothing different. We were on level 1520 when we finally stopped playing because it was the same old boring format level after level. Nothing to keep us interested. No challenge.
Im no longer playing cause of then. If you shorten them then we will play again. No reason for long ads and the same ads.

Ive been playing this game since 2010 an we luv it its so addicting.
Now since we were winning, Im on a level that is at the mercy of the right bubbles aligning, and not enough shots. Eventually they will win and Ill spend 1.99 for extras. Just like the rest $$$$ driven.
NEVER spend any money on this game! They take your money and you get nothing. If you write to them about this you get NO RESPONSE! This game always has playing issues too. Dont take up space on your iPad or phone!!!!! Horrible is honest game. After years! Of playing we have deleted.

5 stars for a game that is not interrupted by commercials every few plays. Games with ads every 3-4 screens, for us, is unacceptable, therefore we delete the app. We have deleted 2 games that we tried to enjoy, but for frequent ads, we cant enjoy with buy thisbuy that. No thank you.
This used to be fun to play. But then they started putting ads from "Outbrain" on the game. The X comes up and it doesnt close the window. It takes you to questionable dangerous click bait ads. Pleas dont download this game. We know they need ads to keep the app up to date. But not at the expense of the users.
This a fun game just tired of it freezing up and not loading updates.

Im so addicted to this game our wife may divorce us.
We used to love this game. Sadly it no longer moves to the next level once you finish a level. Now you have to close the app & re-open it to move to the next level up. Very lame.
Im just starting & really like this game but Im on level 177. When we lose we dont have the option to replay the level. If we dont activate we have to completely get out of game & go back in to replay the level. What am we doing wrong.

We are on level 2874 we play it every day when we went to play it it said to update however when we click on update it just goes to the update and back and forth wont let us update or play.
This game is challenging, addicting and fun; however, the constant June Journey ads are so frustrating because you cannot close it to continue playing the game. The ads ridiculously appears so frequently that it ruin the enjoyment of playing. You would either have to wait a bit until it allows closure or exit the game and closed the game and return later. We definitely would not recommend this game to anyone. Time to delete this game again.
The ads keep hanging at their end. So you are forced to eatch the ad but never get the reward or credit for completing the level. You have to close the game and start again.
It says download new version and when you try it dont work and it wont let you go back to the original version.

Why do we have to hit X 3 or 4 times to get out of an advertisement??? This is not only ridiculous it is frustrating. Do they think we are stupid and cant decide if we really want to close an advertisement? You need to set guidelines for your advertisers.

We love playing the game keeps us occupied.
This is the only bubble game we have played that doesnt try to help the player when it is obvious what color is needed. Plus you have to watch so many ads even just to get to the next screen even after winning. Its the same one over and over. The path shown is very short. You can pay to get it longer or win it by playing many games. The only plus is that you can spin a wheel everyday to get a worthwhile prize. We also think some of the games are fun if you have coins or the rainbow or blast bubble to help.
