This is one of our favorite games.

Why dont you update in stead of same old games we love your game but you are old school thank you.
Ive had a blast playing this game, but we reached the end. It says new levels coming soon, but we doubt it so we had to delete….after we replay.
Normally, we would rate this game 3. We came to the end and have been waiting for it to continue , but, we got a new phone and it started us back to beginning. Im enjoying it so much. Still freezes up when we use gems to continue. But, THANK YOU, for giving us all that free time to play. Being stuck at home is not fun, but being able to play without having to wait to recoup lives was wonderful. So, 5 stars.

Love playing this game but turns it off as soon as it starts processing the ads- just too many, many ads. Imagine, had to watch 13 ads before you could start playing. One or two ads is okay but not one in between lives. So please minimize your ads.
To many commercials need more game time and beginning to long to get in.

This is a great game, but Im still not able to connect to Facebook.
This game is fun to play, but many times we have had to restart the app because there is absolutely no way to get the ads to clear the screen.
Love the game but we have been having a lot of trouble with it getting stuck since new episodes are being added. Most of the time it never lets us use play plus 2 to start a game. And it often gets stuck on processing and we just have to quit the game. Very frustrating.
Fun but every time we switch devices lose all games and history.
Seriously this game has too many advertisements and some of them make the game crash! We understand that they have to have advertising but its way too much!!! Please fix some advertisements that crash the game. So annoyed.
We have reached level 1800 and the next level says coming soon Its been over three weeks now. When is the next level coming for 1801 and up.
We would give it more stars but its glitchy sometimes during gameplay if you use bonuses it freezes up! And it takes an inordinate amount of time to get to the games when a person has to clear a number (6-12) advertisements to actually get to the game. Sometimes by the time we get to the game we have run out of time to play. Support is, for the most part, nonexistent! One reply we received stated that this game is no longer supported.

Too many and too long ads that sometime crash the app. Understand ads are needed for support but its definitely frustrating and less enjoyable than before ads were added.
It is very rare to be able to get the videos for bonus points on the left of the screen and even when you reach the end the videos rarely come up to give the extra turns needed to reach the gems. Most of the time we have to exit the entire game after winning a step to get to the next level. Love the game but really annoying.
Its a decently fun game but has issues. Honestly, we wouldnt bother with it if youre looking for something new to play. Once you reach about level 800, the levels are all just repeats. Im on 1240 something and cant remember the last time we played a new level. Some repeat two or three times within 15 or so levels. While you can technically watch ads to earn more moves, at least half the time they dont load or freeze the game completely. The ads hardly ever load between levels, and you just get a Processing message overlaying the level.that you can still play. The ads will maybe load halfway through the number of moves and then take over. And lastly why cant you hand off between devices without starting over? We dont really think the company supports the game anymore.
This game can be fun but its hard to advance.
Levels are just repeated with substitute colors. New levels coming soon depends on your definition of soon. No updates in months. Our FAVORITE game, but disappointed.
We have played this game long enough to reach the top level. Waiting for the update to get more levels. Need to hurry up coronavirus is the best time to play and catch up.
We really like this game. But there are to many ads. You guys make it nearly impossible to win some if the levels unless you buy helps.
We also agree with others that we enjoy playing this game. Our problem is that we make it through a level and have to wait for months for a new level. On top of that, you take away the most fun games, and then we are stuck playing games we dont enjoy. Please dont take them away if you cant provide new levels.

We have found in the newest version that many ads dont dismiss when you click the X or actually bring up the App Store when you click the X. When we brought this up through the app, the auto response email was that they werent supporting the app and maybe another user has a solution in their forums. Too bad, reasonably fun game when not abusing players time.
The ads keep freezing. The ones that dont are the ads we remember. We are about to dump the game because of this issue. We enjoy playing the game but you really need to fix this problem.

Some ads cant be exited out of after watching the entire thing unless u exit out of the game completely and relaunch it, and by doing so u lose ur play life. This is extremely annoying.
Adds are very long and slow, many times as if one ad is 3 different ads.
We like this game, and have been playing it for quite some time. However, Im just about to give up. It has happened toooo many times that ads have hijacked our level and then frozen the screen so our only choice is to leave the game and either restart our phone or come back much later and hope the ad is finally gone. Either way, we lose all of our progress on the level. It is such a waste of time, we dont know if we will playing any more unless this is fixed. We get that ads support free game play, but it ceases to be fun under such conditions.
The 4-5 ads are one thing but the game freezes up & ads wont either load or take forever to. We like the game but freezing up is ridiculous.
There are way too many ads and the levels are too complicated. The app freezes all the time. Its rare to be able to earn moves-its regularly unavailable. No ability to sync with our other devices like our other games.
This used to be our favorite game, but it has started freezing between every level and we have to restart game and go through all of the pop-ups again to get to the next level. When you watch a video for the bonus, it will often get all the way through the video and then tell you the video did not complete, so youve watched the ad for no bonus. No recent updates, so guess it is time to find better games.
The game is fun when its working. But every time you opt to watch an ad to get more moves or more lives it crashes. It works just long enough to make you watch all the ads. But when your done and go back to use your earned moves the game is frozen. EVERY TIME. This has been happening for years so at this point we can only assume thats their intention. They just want you to watch the ads and have no intention of giving you any extra moves, or they should have been able to fix this bug in the many years its been happening. What a scam.
We really love this game, but often we have to suffer through SO many Ads to keep playing that we wonder if it's worth it. The most frustrating part is that we usually CHOOSE to watch the ads offered to get extra moves or the Event Snowflakes each week….and then immediately they are popping up MORE ADS that we didn't choose to watch!! If they offered a paid version of this game with No Ads, we would probably just buy it.

You have to Watch ads almost every time you win before you can play again. Incredibly annoying.
The game is constantly freezing when an ad plays. You need to fix this glitch because its unplayable. You need to hard close the app to start again and lose a life in the process. You cant add add extra moves with an ad because it gets stuck and the ad doesnt play. Please fix.
